"This has to be the most perfect location in all of Abaco! Easy walk into 'town' for dinners at the two fabulous restaurants, central location so easy boating to anywhere in Abaco, great snorkeling right off the beach...everything you could want. If you are looking for an updated, bells and whistles sort of place this would not be for you. But if you like lifting you head in bed to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, or taking a few steps to get down to the beach, or watching the sunset on the other side of the house this is for you. This is a wonderful, charming, beach cottage sitting up above the water on both sides catching the ocean breezes. You can tell a family owns this with lots of loving touches. The minute I walked in I started relaxing. It has windows on all four sides, and the landscaping and absence of windows on nearby houses afford great privacy. The house was immaculate and had everything we could want. On our 4th trip to Abaco (our favorite place in the world) we found the perfect place to stay and are already planning our return. The Berry Patch is perfect for a couple who want to slow down and get away from stressful lives!"

"We had a great vacation in a tropical paradise! The house was perfect for us, with plenty of space and accommodations for eight of us. We snorkeled right around the dock at the house, where we saw a few rays, schools of fish, and even a needle fish. Lounging on the veranda or around the infinity edge pool was fabulous. We marveled at the fantastic sunrises and looked forward to the shooting stars at night! The kitchen was very well equipped with good appliances and cookware to cook for and serve our entire group, when we felt like it. And, when we wanted to experience the local cuisine or bars, there were fun places with great food within a short distance up or down the beach. When we went on excursions to experience some of the amazing local dive spots, the friendly team at SeaDuced picked us up at our dock, showed us a great time diving at some of the best dive spots on the magnificent local barrier reef then returned us back again at the end of the day. Their trip to the mainland for cave tubing and zip-lining was great! And don’t miss their catamaran day trip – it was wonderfully relaxing with a great beach barbecue tucked in the middle!
It was easy to quickly feel at home and on vacation in this beautiful villa nestled in a beautiful setting with very friendly and helpful people. We lived in paradise for a week!"

"My husband, two sons and I recently spent a wonderful week in St. John. Moonswept Villa is a truly beautiful home with amazing views. We kept asking ourselves how we could be so lucky to have found such a wonderful vacation rental. First, the home is immaculate inside and out. From the moment you arrive you can tell a great deal of effort goes into maintaining this home. The main living area allows you to see the amazing view no matter where you sit, and it never got old. We ate dinner at the villa every night because we could not resist the view. We spent early mornings on the patio, took in the beaches during the day, and returned to the villa later in the afternoon to enjoy the pool, hot tub and the view. We did not use the a/c in the bedrooms at all. The cool breezes kept us comfortable all week. The house has everything you need including beach chairs, coolers, plenty of beach towels, basic soaps, etc. The ride up and down Calabash Boom was an adventure every day but you get used to it quickly. You definitely need 4WD. We have rented many lovely homes in multiple locations over the years and Moonswept is among the best. The owners have thought of everything. The rental process is handled with utmost professionalism. Dave was helpful in getting us settled, and he was available but never intrusive. Thank you Terre and Gary for sharing this special place with us."

"I would echo everything everyone said below about Vistas Supreme. The property is beautiful and has everything you might need while staying in St. John.
The winds made it possible to sleep without air conditioning despite it being July. the fridge was large enough for some groceries to make breakfast each morning. Tom and Dee provide a coffee maker and plates, utensils etc. The outdoor shower and toilet are also great touches while providing plenty of privacy. The only thing to make sure of is that no food is left out because ants will come in. Its island living and what you should expect anywhere you stay on St. John.
Tom and Dee recommended great restaurants and activities. They were also helpful in getting us set up on the property and making themselves available whenever we needed anything. Despite their helpfulness there really is a lot of privacy on the property. We will definitely be back."
