  • Secluded and Beautiful Hideaway

"From the moment you walk through the doors you feel like you are in paradise. The villa is beautifully decorated and the view is breathtaking. The villa is fully equipped so you can prepare all your meals at home. It even has a gas grill. The home has central A/C and a separate unit in the Master on the first floor which is very quite. Alepheus the owner goes out of his way to make you feel at home. He meets you at the ferry and escort you to Emerald estates. He is there to assist you with anything you need. I do recommend you buy all your groceries in Provo. Also a jeep is the best way to get around the island and explore all the beautiful beaches. It is quiet and secluded we never so anyone else near our villa the entire week.It is also centrally located to Whitby, the ferry, stores, restaurants and beaches and not far from Middle Caicos. Alepheus was a very attentive and gracious host a pleasure to work with. He hooked us up with his brother Nat that provided us with fresh fish during our stay. We also hired Nat to take us out to find shells, go snorkeling and fishing. What an awesome experience. So if you are looking for a perfect place to stay that is quiet, comfortable with a breath taking view to wake up to every morning look no further than Emerald Estate. It is the best place on North Caicos."

  • Beautiful Island, Excellent Location

"My wife Katy and I spent 7 days at Caicos Condos on North Caicos, and we LOVED every moment. We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet environment, long walks exploring the beach (which is absolutely breathtaking), sipping cocktails every evening by the ocean, snorkeling from the beach right in front of the condo, and biking all around the island. We read more books in one week than we have all year, and savored every moment in the beautiful sun. The condos were clean, well maintained and the property manager was very helpful and friendly. The best part about North Caicos is that it is remote, quiet, and secluded. If that is what you are looking for, then this is a fantastic vacation destination that both Katy and I HIGHLY recommend!"

  • Great Rental

"My Wife and I spent a full week at the Conch Cottage for our Honeymoon and had a great time. The house is stocked with everything... full kitchen, beach chairs, towels, rafts, etc. The beaches in front of the house were soft and the water was warm. Denise was more than helpful and responded within minutes whenever I had a question. I have absolutely nothing bad to write, it was a DREAM. A couple pieces of advice for future renters: 1) Stock up big time in PROVO. Food and liquor can be found on North Caicos but it's low quality. Bring more than you think you need. 2) Be sure to rent a car for at least part of your trip. We stayed for 7 days but only had a car 4 of the days and it worked out great. You will want to drive to Middle Caicos as well as check out other spots on North, a car is a must for that. 3) Plan ahead for EVERYTHING. The island shuts down about 4pm everyday so make dinner reservations early in the day or even a day before. If you're debating on whether or not to rent this property, I hope this review will persuade you to go for it! I recommend it for anyone and everyone as long as you are okay with staying off the beaten path and appreciate a quiet relaxing vacation. THANKS DENISE!"

  • Great Stay

"This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, specifically North Caicos, so we were not sure what to expect. Our transport to/from was arranged and the rental unit was spacious and everything our family needed. The beach was just steps down the path, people in the community are friendly and welcoming, it was by far a trip to remember. The owners are the most wonderful people and it was definitely hard to leave. This will not be the last time we come, I can't wait to visit again!"
