  • Fantastic as usual!

"This is our second time staying at El's condo because we loved it so much!! The Alexandra is a wonderful resort on one of the best parts of Grace Bay. The condo was very clean and spacious better than even in the pictures! El is wonderful to work with and was available whenever we needed her! Do yourself a favour and stay here!"

  • Family Paradise

"I was about to write my review when I received this thank you note from one of my daughters and her husband. Thought it best describes our visit.."thank you for such an amazing vacation! The Turkes and Caicos was breathtaking, the house incredible, JoJo was awesome and Maya so sweet. We enjoyed everything, the hot tub, the beach, the pool, tennis courts, the snorkeling, the conch shack and all our dinners together! Charles and I are very grateful to have been part of such a luxurious vacation and we can't thank you enough". I would like to add a ditto to that also mention that the owners were delightful to work with!!! They do everything they can to make your stay as wonderful as described!"

  • Wonderful Vacation

"Perroquet Villa was a wonderful vacation choice. We were rarely inside. Most of our time was spent in the backyard, sitting around the table, having drinks at the bar or just lounging by the pool. Plenty of sun or shade whichever you prefer. It is a very short walk to a beautiful beach that never seemed to have many people on it. I stayed in the master bedroom and have no complaints, slept like a log every night. Never had to use the air conditioning (there is a ceiling fan and that seemed to be enough) I would recommend renting a car. We went to Da Conch Shack and Bugaloos for lunch they are two, inexpensive, beach restaurants. Also the restaurant at Chalk Sound was good, we spent the day at the beach across the road then had a late lunch (lunch was reasonably priced dinner menu looked expensive) before heading home. The food was delicious at all, don't go if you are in a hurry, you are on island time now. Also the fish fry on Thursday night was a lot of fun. We snorkeled at Turtle Cove. Coming from Canada we heard it was quite expensive to buy food so we brought some bacon and coffee with us. Hey, might sound funny but the bacon was $13.00 a pack and coffee over $15.00 a pound. (We did declare and had no problem going through customs)"

  • Condo and TC(Providenciales) is for people to be alone.

"We were in this condo from December 28, 2014 until January 10, 2015. The condo itself was what we expected, except one thing - it was 25-30 minutes walking distance to IGA Graceway store. Not really possible to walk with all your purchases. You have to take a taxi or rent a car. The taxi from Craceway IGA cost us $20. Kitchen in condo has everything you need for cooking. Condo WIFI wasn’t very fast for a first few days and I was connecting to somebody else’s wifi. But after that it was good. I was even able to download some programs. Without an internet I cannot imagine our life in TC. We connected to our friends and relatives using Skype when we got bored :) Beach was 10-15 minutes walking distance away. It depends what way you’ll choose to get there. At the beach you most likely will be alone. I guess this is why people go there. Owner Joseph was good to communicate with. Fast to answer our questions. His aero bed was very helpful for us. Definitely 3-4 people can stay in this condo. Queen bed in the bedroom was kind of squeaky and hard to move without bothering another person. I would definitely recommend it to somebody who doesn’t want to see or talk to anybody. Who wants to be alone. It’s very quiet place. The only way to go is first floor. There are no elevators in this condominium. Also this condo can be accessed from 2 different entrances. One is the hill side and other is where the parking is. Make sure you tell a taxi driver where to go otherwise hi will take you where that hill is. We had to carry all luggage up to the room. Same happened with groceries. Overall this condo is in a good location. We have rented a car and did see all island and now can compare what we saw. If you don’t want to pay $1500 a night than this is your place."
