  • A GREAT Experience!

"This was our 6th trip to Turks and Caicos, our second time at the Villa Renaissance, and our first time in condo 102. Look no further, this is everything you could possibly want. The condo was beautiful and the location is ideal. I would only like to add that the people who work here, Shereen, Gorgeous, and Bentley for example, add that special touch to everyday. You quickly come to think of them as friends! We did encounter a small problem with the washing machine. I called Mel and within 10 minutes someone from maintenance was at my door. The problem was fixed immediately! Thank you to everyone at the Villa Renaissance for making our vacation perfect! We'll be back!!!"

  • Outstanding condo in a great resort at the best location on the most beautiful beach!

"We could not have asked for anything more: very nicely furnished, comfortable, recently remodeled! The owners offers great tips & suggestions to make your stay the best. We rented a car to see more of the island and enjoy different restaurants although the IGA & lots of restaurants are withing walking or biking distance. We brought our own breakfast cereals, coffee and snacks and shopped the IGA for milk, OJ, bread, butter, etc. We have visited many different islands with beautiful beaches but never the same one twice. We hope to return to RWI suite 123, it was truly a wonderful vacation (but far too brief)."

  • Simply gorgeous!

"The island was absolutely beautiful! The weather was perfect. 80's every day with no humidity. The condo was spacious, clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything that we needed for a family of five plus some. The grounds were beautifully maintained and there were no crowds for the week that we were there. Most of the time my family were the only ones at the pool. The owner of the condo, Vanessa, was very informative and easy to contact prior to our arrival of the condo. Once we were there, the managers of the condo, Tarcia and Kensha were very friendly and helpful. The location of the condo was great. Stores and shops were very close however would recommend a rental car if you have small children, otherwise it will be quite a walk for small legs. The island is very expensive so plan to be sticker shocked at the restaurants, grocery stores and in gift shops. Restaurants I would recommend is Bugaloo's in Five Cays, about a 10 minute drive. They have a beautiful setting with tables on the beach, come how you are. Bella Luna Pizzeria which is around the corner from the condo have fabulous pizza. The only downfall of our condo was the beach was very rough. Small children would get thrown around out there with the waves coming in, however I was told by frequent Grace Bay visitors that normally the water is calm. I guess we came during a bad time. Another small nuisance were the little ants in the kitchen. We had to keep any open food in the refrigerator, and the counters kept spotless of any crumbs so then they weren't noticed that much. All in all our family had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to Turks and Caicos and stay at the Grandview on Grace Bay. Simply gorgeous!!"

  • Awesome choice

"My husband and I stayed at this property last week. It was everything we expected and more. The master king bed was so comfortable. The unit is in the back and very quiet and peaceful. Although it was in the back it was still within steps to the pool and office and only two minutes to the beach. The beach is clean and the sand perfectly soft. Umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The snorkeling was fantastic. We ate at Marigolds, Big Al's, Jo Jo's, Somewhere Cafe. All great! We cannot wait to come back to TCI and the Reef Residences."

Providenciales Travel Tips

Providenciales Vacation Rentals on 38 Square Miles of Bliss

Getting to Providenciales vacation rentals could not be easier. The island is home to the region’s only international airport. While it is the major resort area of the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is just 38 square miles. But those 38 square miles are a vacation paradise! Once you arrive for your Providenciales travel, venture to between the islands to discover each island’s unique characteristics. With a base in Providenciales, there are plenty of opportunities to take day trips out to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful and tranquil area. It is close in distance to many major U.S. destinations, making it an ideal vacation for Americans. Temperatures here are constant throughout the year with averages between the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with little humidity and rain. Although the islands are British territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar.

As recently as the 1960s, there were no cars on the islands. Now, visitors can hire a 4x4 Jeep to make exploring all those out-of-the-way places easy. Another great option is to use the Gecko Shuttle, operating from Grace Bay. Be sure to buy your token before you board.

Stay at Providenciales Villas on the Beaches and Discover Paradise

Provo, as it is called locally, is the most developed of the islands, with resorts, golf courses and casinos. When asked, many visitors say they come for the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are beautiful but there is much more to Provo that that! Such as the unique Caicos Banks, an undersea pillar that comes from the depths of the ocean to within 30 to 50 feet of the surface. This bank provides safe inshore waters, just perfect for snorkeling, swimming and boating. Outside of the bank is a treacherous reef notorious for wrecking ships which makes for great diving and deep sea fishing.

There are a few tips to be aware of when hitting the beaches here. All the beaches are free and public, including those by hotels and private homes. Most of the coastline is part of the national park, and fishing is not allowed from the beach. There are a huge variety of watersports for visitors, including jet skiing, jet boating, skiff boating, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips, parasailing, banana boats, semi-submarine trips, kiteboarding, and windsurfing. If you're ready to try something more than snorkeling but not quite ready to try diving, try snuba!

Meet the World’s Only Performing Conch!

For the days when the beach doesn’t beckon, there are golf and miniature golf, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jogging and soccer; you can also wander the miles of beach searching for shells and driftwood. Beach-combing can be one of the most delightful ways to spend a leisurely morning at Northwest Point. Here, the pounding surf brings new treasures with every wave. Then, of course, there are a variety of sights and attractions scattered around Provo. Try a visit to the Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins, explore the spectacular caves and rock carvings at Sapodilla Hill and West Harbor Bluff, and sample the local beer with a visit to Turks Head Microbrewery and the world’s only conch farm at Caicos Conch Farm. Make sure to see the live show featuring some trained conchs!
