  • Perfect Vacation

"My family was truly blessed to have this home for our vacation. The pictures are great but when you arrive the home is even better. Our flight was delayed and Dinesh or Julian went to the grocery store and purchased breakfast items so we didn't have to. Julian met us at the airport and was more than helpful the whole time we were there. The security at night was very reassuring but we were not worried about that anyway, we felt very safe. Meg, the owner of this beautiful home was very helpful before and after our vacation. I am in agreement with all the reviews I have read, You could not ask for a better home to have your perfect vacation. The beach was wonderful and the Lani was an added extra that none of the other houses on that beach had. We did not want to leave, and if I owned that property I probably wouldn't. We will definitely return to this home in the future if we are able to book a opening. You do need to rent a vehicle at this home, unless you use a taxi or do not plan to leave the property. I have no complaints at all only to say this was one of the best vacations we have had."

  • Wonderful excursion

"My wife and I spent 8 days at the cottage. The weather was not always cooperative but regardless we had a wonderful time. We cannot recommend enough snorkeling outside of the cottage heading west as well as over by Heather's Beach. There is a wonderful tiny reef with lots of great fish to see. The smaller private beaches (Heather's beach being one of them) are amazingly private and so close to the cottage it was like having your own resort. We watched a spotted eagle ray one morning from the balcony and swam with a sting ray in the main channel another. Also saw cowfish by Heather's beach and in the channel leading to it. CocoBistro is a wonderful experience with excellent service and food. The gourmet grocery on Allegro road has the best variety of foods for allergy conscious people. Taylor bay was also a lot of fun and there were only 4 couples on the entire beach while we were there! Heather made us feel very welcome, met us at the car rental location and showed us where the grocery stores were. The cottage itself was a wonderful home away from home. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it for it's privacy, location and natural features literally outside your door!"

  • Excellent Condo with a Fabulous View

"This was our first VRBO rental experience, and our first visit to TC. It was one of the most relaxing and homey vacations we have experienced in our travels. Waking up to that view and the breeze every morning was fabulous. The condo was spotless, which was very important to us, and our hosts have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. We can't stop talking about our trip and how much we loved T&C. We were steps from the beach and the pool, and we swam and walked the beach every day. Bring lots of money! Everything costs a little more than we expected. The best thing we did during our week stay was the 1/2 day boat cruise with Island Vibe. It was worth every penny! The casino is very small and bare bones; however, my husband won almost $300, and we were only there about 40 minutes. The Thursday night fish fry party at a neighboring resort was excellent. Great food, live music, everyone dancing. We opted to use the taxi service vs. renting a car, and it worked out fine. We only needed a taxi for the grocery store, some shopping, and to/from the airport. There were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance, and we were picked up at the beach for the boat excursion. Yes, there is an abandoned hotel next door that is scheduled to come down. On the bright side, it allowed a level of privacy that would not have been possible otherwise. We can't wait for our return visit. R & M"

  • Best Vacay Ever- loved loved Casa Grande and Turks

"Where to start recounting the lovely amenities of this truly fabulous property. Everyone focuses on the lovely beach and view from the home, yes....paradise, but even the front of the home beacons you with a lovely swing and peaceful fountain and beautiful gardens. Within 20 minutes of my arrival, I was picking out my snorkel gear from the assortment of sizes provided by the owners, and walked right out on the Casa Grande Beach, about 50' left to the reefs and enjoyed some of the best snorkeling ever. Better than any snorkeling boat I've been on. So daily snorkeling became part of our routine since so accessible. Every room is so well appointed, decorated so perfectly, and I slept so well. Ironically, our bedroom was the room with the two twins that were joined to make a king, it was sooooo comfortable. Darling room....and I loved loved the outdoor showers. Loved being able to throw open the living room doors every morning, and enjoy the indoors...outdoors. In the evening, after being at the beach, we would enjoy the pool and loved the fabulous restaurants, especially the Tiki Hut and the Conch Shack is a must. Loved karaoke at Danny Boys, yet could watch sports too!, Best wings on Turks I've ever had too ironically. Could not get over the friendliness and warmth too of all of the people that live on the island. If 5 stars tops, I give this 6 stars:):)"
