"This was our first time in Turks & Caicos. The home is gorgeous, spacious and very clean. Jose made us feel as if we were his guests of honor!! We loved the gazebo and pool area where we spent a lot of time. The Fish Fry, Las Brisas, Taylor Bay and Bugaloos (eat everything conch) should be on the to-do list. We will certainly return with our family members so that they too can enjoy a piece of paradise."

"My husband and I just returned from our first trip to Provo and Bonefish Haven. To say that we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. We fell head over heels in love with the island. The private, peaceful, quiet tranquility of this place had me in a trance. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. We went to celebrate our 20th Anniversary and purposely did not jam our trip full of "activities". We kayaked, swam in the pool, laid in the sun, drove around the island, snorkeled in Grace Bay on Bight Reef, went to the Thursday night Fish Fry at Bight Park, had an amazing dinner at Coco Bistro and walked to Taylor Beach(hands down our favorite). The view and sunsets over Silly Creek are spectacular. The night sky and moon shining into our bedroom through the open patio door with the gentle ocean breeze each night was magical. The week flew by in a flash and we were reluctant to leave our wonderful "home" away from home. Two weeks next time, one is just not nearly enough. What are you waiting for? Book it now, you won't regret it."

Stunning Oceanfront Property, breath taking views. You won't regret selecting this property!
"We stayed at the Oceanside Tower Villa for 2 weeks in June/July & the property did not disappoint. The home was located in a quiet & safe neighborhood full of beautiful homes. The house was spotless w/more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen is larger than it appears in the photos, the great room had room for everyone, and the tower room was a nice quiet retreat where you could see the ocean on one side and Chaulk Sound on the other side w/the most incredible blue water you could ever imagine. Many days we stayed at the villa & enjoyed just sitting by the pool and snorkeling right out our back door. We snorkeled every single day and saw plenty of marine life right there at the villa.
There is a grocery store about 10-15 minutes away and a larger one further in town. We had most of our meals at the villa. The kitchen was very well equipped w/anything you could need. There was also a grill outside which was very handy. We would usually sit outside at the table by the pool for dinner, except if we were eating late, then we would eat in the screen house as it could get buggy when the sun goes down. There is also a glass table in the great room for another option if you want to eat inside with a view of the ocean.
There was a king size bedroom upstairs with a slider to the deck, a walk in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs there was a small bedroom with two twin beds, another bedroom with a king set up (2 twins together), and a slider with an ocean view. You could walk right out to the ocean from in front of your room. The last bedroom had a queen size bed and a slider to the outside door. There was also a bathroom downstairs that connected the two larger bedrooms.
You would walk down a little walkway to get to the ocean. When it was high tide you would step into very shallow water, but when it was low tide you would have a soft sandy beach area. The water was shallow quite a ways out and very calm..... never a problem for the younger kids in our party. The house was equipped with some floats, as well as some spare snorkel equipment. There were handy guides and maps, and we ate at many of the recommended restaurants. Nearby, we took a snorkel excursion from Sapodilla bay (Ocean Outback Adv), a tour on Chaulk Sound from Las Brisas, visited Sapodilla Bay, and Taylor Bay. We drove to the Grace Bay area for a couple excursions and shopping, but were happy to return to the peace and quiet of Oceanside Tower!"

"My wife and I spent five great days at Hilltop Villa overlooking Chalk Sound in February of 2015. The house sits on the highest spot in the development which gives it nice views from the deck of Chalk Sound. It also exposes the house to breezes that eliminates the need for air conditioning. The hill, however, also exposes the back of the house to views and sounds of the shipping harbor. You are just a very short walk from Sapodilla Bay which is a nice beach for both swimming and sunbathing.
The house is nicely appointed and obviously well cared for. The kayaks are an added bonus for trips on Chalk Sound.
If this house were directly on the Sound as opposed to being across the street from it, the rent would probably be twice as much. If you can get over that location shortfall, this house is a great bargain on an island short on bargains. One word of caution for women, there is no hair dryer. That is probably the only thing lacking in an otherwise well equipped home. I would readily recommend this house, but a car is a must for any house on the southern side of the Island."
