  • A truly, truly special place!!

"Casa V far exceeded our expectations! Seven couples rented the main and guest house for six days for our 50th b-days and we couldn't have been happier. The setting is magnificent. Very private and the beach is so near and inviting at the bottom of the stairs of the house. We stayed down there many afternoons, some in the shade of the enormous natural thatched tiki umbrellas while others stayed in the sun and water. Wonderful 2 mile walk on the beach if you go left. Great beach spot as grace bay was too windy and rough most of the time we were there but we had calm blue torquoise waters on Long Bay. We didnt leave the house for three days! We had a private chef during that time and the outdoor bar and dining area is where we took every meal. The outdoor covered area between the TV room and kitchen was the central meeting area as it had plenty of chairs and room to catch up. The pool was equally inviting for a quick dip after the ocean or lounging on the beach chairs. We also had a great tennis tournament and the only regret was not taking lunch and beverages down at the covered tiki umbrellas and amply sized tables and bar area. The court is in very good shape and its hot during the day so a recommendation is to play early morning or in the early to later evening as the lights work great. The condition of the home and all its contents were excellent. The chef (Dave Moser who is amazing!) said the kitchen and outdoor grill were centrally located to allow him to be around the broader group and not run far. The beds were comfortable and each room had safes. Town was about 15 minutes away. We really enjoyed being off on our own to catch up and there are no neighbors on one side of the property so for late nights we need not worry about making too much noise. There is a caretaker on property who we never saw unless we needed to and the rental company island escapes was very attentive to our limited requests. Many of us have vacationed in nice places all over the world. This venue is spectacular and we all had the same feelings post event - the meals, accommodations, views, setting and wonderful weather could not have been better and really made our trip so memorable. I would take this place over any five star hotel and if we go back to turks, this will be the first place I call."

  • Everything we hoped for

"We can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay with David, Amanda. We had a wonderful week. David met us at the little airport and drove us to the car rental and then led us to the property. It's at the east end of the island, away from the hotels and condos. The little cottage was clean and well maintained and David and Amanda were perfect hosts; available when we needed to talk with them or ask questions and giving us plenty of privacy. We would definitely recommend this property and in fact, we made a deposit for two weeks next winter. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but is splendidly isolated. One morning we walked and saw only a few people. There's a wonderful restaurant, Flamingo a few minutes away - the curried grouper was great. They're cash only, about $50 for two, including drinks. Graceway supermarket is only a few minutes away and I would say it's on a par with a Harris Teeter in the US. Rib-eye steaks were great (Dave has a grill by the pool) and they also have a great gourmet counter. Don't miss Coral Gardens Beach, a few miles up the beach. It's an underwater national park where you can snorkel and see lots of beautiful fish. Dave and Amanda had great beach chairs with umbrellas, so make sure you take them along in the car. We also took an afternoon snorkeling trip with Big Blue. They were great and not only took us to a couple of reefs, but gave us a chance to see humpback whales jumping. Everyone we met on the island was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back next year! Really glad we found this place."

  • Perfect location! Perfect condo!

"What an awesome time I had in Turks & Caicos! This is my third time visiting the island, the first to George's condo. The location was great, very easily walkable along the beach to many different restaurants and close to the Salt Mills Shops and IGA grocery store. This was a girls trip with my Mom and we had a blast! The condo was perfect for us. Clean, neat, and all of the amenities we needed for a week. Even with having just a kitchenette, it had everything we needed to make simple breakfasts and lunches as well. Helped save us money on food too :) The condo had a comfy bed, lots of towels to use, a nice sized patio, a safe in the closet, and even a W&D if you needed it, it was perfect! George was super helpful with all of our correspondence and gave me some great recommendations to car rentals, adventure tours and restaurants. I hadn't rented a car on that island before but I used George's recommendation and it was perfect. Grace Bay Car Rentals - they dropped the car off to us in the morning at the resort and picked it up the next day! So easy! We just used it for the day to go to the other side of the island to see Taylor Bay, Sapodilla Bay and then made our way to Da Conch Shack for lunch and then out to dinner that night. Way cheaper than taxis. The Alexandra property was very nice too, nice meals at their onsite property (Mango Reef) plus 2 bars, large pool, plenty of beach chairs with umbrellas and lots of free water toys to use at the beach. I only went into the pool once, but with the ocean like Grace Bay, who needs a pool?! :) I've traveled to many Caribbean Islands and the Turks & Caicos island chain (Provo in particular) has the best beaches around. I'll definitely book George's condo again! And hopefully soon, I'm already missing that amazing clear aqua blue water."

  • OCW Suite Rental

"This was our first experience with VRBO so having selected to rent this suite from this owner was a definite plus. We loved the suite and the owner has put thought into some very nice touches. This is the first time we've ever looked forward to being in our room and when you're on Provo that's really saying something! We've been staying at OCW for many years but won't hesitate to rent directly from this owner again. He was very responsive to an item that came up and resolved it quickly. The suite is awesomely positioned on the property and the grounds are kept picture perfect."
