  • Paradise!

"Our family (two children - 6, 3) stayed at beautiful Villa Renaissance during March break and had an excellent time. The property itself , which has a breathtaking ocean view that you can enjoy by sitting on a large patio, is beautiful, very clean, very well maintained and conveniently located in Salt Mills. You can walk to many delicious restaurants, cafes and shops around you. For an island where taxis are quite expensive it is a very important factor to consider. In addition, there is a big grocery store within a walking distance, with great variety of food. Everything is amazing about this condo, which is very reasonably priced for the "package" it offers. Hurry up to book it, as it gets booked very fast. We are looking forward for our stay next year. Thank you, Bill!"

  • Place de la Sol

"Today is our last day at Place de la Sol and I think I may cry. Wish we were staying for two weeks. This place provided an amazing vacation for my husband, myself and our three children. The house was spacious, clean, well equipped and had a lovely beachy feel. Loved all the seating areas from the large screened in deck where many card games were played to poolside where many cool beverages were had. The beach was amazing! Crystal clear warm shallow water and barely any people around. We love that sort of peace and privacy. The pool was really nice to have and the kids especially enjoyed it. We all loved the outdoor shower off of the master bedroom...what a treat! The manager was excellent to deal with and gave us some great tips. Upon his suggestion we tried a restaurant his friends own called Via was excellent and we went there twice. He also hooked us up with some fresh fish( red snapper) and we cooked that one delicious! The owner of the property was also great to deal with and understanding as well. I had sent payment in the mail and somehow it got lost( came back to me 6 weeks later) but she was very patient and kind and we got it all sorted out. We did visit Grace Bay Beach a couple of times as we had friends staying at a condo on that side of the island and I really enjoyed that area as well. I do not think there are many bad spots in Turks and Caicos. We went on a Glow worm sail cruise. It was a beautiful evening and I thought the glow worm phenomenon was fascinating. The kids were expecting more but they are kids. We snorkelled at Coral Gardens and our group saw lots of variety there. We also ate at Mango Reef which I would give 5 stars, Las Brisas 3.5 stars, Shark Bite 4 stars, Danny Bhouy's 3 stars and Opus 4 stars. We mostly shopped at IGA and I was prepared for super expensive prices but it was not too bad. It was certainly more expensive than Canada but not outrageously so. It was pretty easy to get around Turks and Caicos by car, especially once you figure out how to landmark by roundabout. All in all, this was most definitely a 5 star place to be and we would definitely return."

  • NICE

"My husband & I stayed here for a week. The queen size bed was doable but would have preferred a king. We actually liked not having a maid, we changed our sheets hallway though the week & had extra towels. We used the kitchenette for breakfast & lunch. This is a studio unit and it's very small, but was budget friendly for us. The resort was pretty full but we always enjoyed the beach & the food at Mango Reef was excellent & so was the service. The island is very charming and the beach is wonderful."

  • Great place

"Ocean Club was a fantastic vacation resort. At the end of the beach resorts so very low traffic and very quiet. No problem getting chairs at beach or pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Resort has everything you need; restaurant, spa, bikes and the shuttle to the OCW is great. You ride the shuttle and can walk to grocery store and plenty of other shops and restaurants. Unit itself was all you need. Nice little deck, FULL fridge(very nice), w/d, and a comfortable table for 4. Sun rises right through the slider but if you are not up for that, the curtain blocks it completely. Except for our mistake of losing track of time on beach for checkout there were no problems at all. The cleaning staff was patient and a quick call with bob and our tardiness was taken care of. Owners were fantastic to deal with, give you a very detailed info packet prior to visit and are available through your entire dealings with them. I highly recommend WPL and this resort as a travel option!!! Bil and Sharon, April 2015"
