  • Best location on the best beach

"This vacation rental--what can I say--the pictures are beautiful, but cannot do it justice. The most beautiful beach I have ever been to. White sand, turquoise blue water, and an oceanfront balcony with an unobstructed view of it all. Full kitchen, no oven, but a community grill to use whenever you need. Mango Reef is a great restaurant, and will deliver to your room. The restaurant is not cheap by any means, but not much on this island is--you get what you pay for. Beach chairs and umbrellas are always available, no matter what time you get to the beach. Plenty of excursions that leave right from the resort, and these seemed packed everyday. Housekeeping kept our place spotless everyday. The employees as a whole were not super friendly, but that has nothing to do with the great experience that we had at this vacation rental. For an out of the way experience, go to Bugaloos on Five Cays. Great meal, great views. We will definitely return to this vacation rental on Grace Bay!"

  • Perfect Vacation!! Fabulous Condo!!

"My husband, two sons (23 and 26) and I just got back from a 5 night stay at this beautiful condo on gorgeous Grace Bay. It was an incredible vacation and the accommodations were a big part this! I had already decided to stay at the RG because of its central locations and just happened to look at VRBO and found this amazing 3 bedroom condo for less than a 2 bedroom through the hotel site. Needless to say, our kids were delighted to have their own room and bath. The decor is lovely and beds so comfortable. Great kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot. Eating breakfast, having predinner cocktails. and just sitting around and talking. Incredible breeze and wonderful hearing the ocean. Things could not have gone more smoothly. Candy and Craig immediately answered any questions and were great about sending any information we requested. The in town manager, Nicola, was at the reception when we arrived and gave us a tour of the facility. She also had made us some advance dinner reservations, had a pull cart for us to take to the grocery and gave us a cell phone to use while we where there, which was really nice. It was great to know we could call her at a moments notice, but everything ran so smoothly, we did not need her much. The staff at the RG was really wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Always plenty of beach towels for the pool or beach, umbrellas ready. Great pool side bar-Turks Head Lager was cold and perfect on hot afternoon. They offered great beach and pool service. The pool was beautiful, grounds lovely and everything so clean and well maintained. Not enough adjectives to describe sand and turquoise waters. We were fine not having a car. Were able to walk to all the restaurants, either along the beach or on Grace Bay Road. Grace Bay Gourmet was a 10 minute walk and had everything. Had delicious fresh fish at almost every meal. Ate at Bay Bistro (twice), Coco Bistro, Seven, Caicos Cafe, Hemingways, Somewhere, Cabana Beach Bar and the sports bar in town. Lots of places closed on Sunday, so make sure you figure that out. We never did get to Vix, Bouchon or Bella Italiano, so will have to do those on our return visit! Walked to Coral Reef and snorkeled-rented the equipment when we got there. The RG concierge arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport-Note that fee is about $14.00 per person, so make sure you have cash. All in all, paradise and thanks to the Davenports for making it so!!"

  • A perfect home away from home!

"This condo has everything you need and more. We were surprised to find floats for the beach, chairs, beach bags, snorkeling equipment and assorted necessary toiletries like sunscreen, aloe vera and bug spray. Turks and Caicos is a very expensive place to visit and staying here makes it much more affordable. We used the grill at the hotel and the bikes which were both great. Also the central location makes it easy to get to dinner, ice cream, shopping and of course the french bakery across the street. Also if you are travelling with small children there is a high chair, pack and play, baby bathtub, stroller, etc... this would make packing sooo much easier!! I also have to say that we have rented from VRBO about 25+ times and have never had an owner be more attentive, helpful and hospitable. Louise answer every question in a timely manner and usually included advice from her own family's trips to Turks and Caicos. We had a bit of a stressful situation come up while we were staying here and Louise could not have handled it better. You never want to have a something bad happen while you are on vacation but if it does it makes all the difference in the world when it is handled without stress and with absolute grace and hospitality. Thanks Louise!!"

  • Beautiful room on a lovely property

"We rented Unit 501 from March 28 - April 4, 2015. What a beautiful property! The unit itself was spotless and provided everything we could have wanted and all the comforts of home. The kitchen has full amenities along with dishes, utensils and coffee for the week. It is beautifully decorated with warm spa-like colors. The unit is located next to the pool and doesn't have an ocean view but it doesn't matter, the beach is only steps away. There is a nice patio with table and chairs that we sat at for coffee in the morning and drinks in the late afternoons. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, beach vacation, this is the place for you!"
