Well kept, stunning views
"We looked at every villa before choosing this one. What a great pick! The villa is beautiful, clean and very well kept. The owners did not skimp on bath towels, bedding, beach towels, cookware, dishes, etc. It is nicely decorated with a great beach feel and perfect for relaxing. The pool area is great with the big shade cabana and views of the beach. The landscaping is very colorful and lush. The cabana on the beach is a great addition. When i walked by other villas, the people staying there had to drag out various chairs to the beach. So nice touch!
Cari came and cleaned midweek and did a great job. AFter watching her scrub, you know that it is very very clean there. When we were leaving, she was back as well as the gardner, pool person, etc. Like a well oiled machine. She also knew I was a bit nervous about walking in the dark to the marina and when we arrived, there were 4 new flashlights. Kudos Cari!
That being said, as is stated, only the bedrooms are air conditioned. If you are traveling in the warmer months as we did, the living areas/kitchen are extremely warm. Even with all windows/doors open and fans going, it is stifling.
Also if you have little ones or elderly, access to the bottom floor bedrooms is by a narrow spiral staircase. When arriving, you should carry your bags to the side door on the bottom level otherwise you will taking bags up the front staircase then trying to get them down a narrow spiral case.
Construction is on going. It doesn't look like its going to end for a very long time. It did not bother us though. The workers do more sitting around and arguing with each other than working!
Having TV's in each bedroom would be nice.
Thanks Cari and Debbie!"

"My wife and I stayed in the "Cottage" for eight nights in early July. I've got to say, that South Fleetwood significantly exceeded our expectations and turned out to be one of the most relaxing and "easy" vacations we've been blessed to be able to take.
Colin and Kit have put their heart and souls into South Fleetwood and it shows. Everything is comfortable, thought out for a good experience for their guests and just very gracious. Kit was away while we were there so we only had the chance to meet Colin and get to know him a bit and thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with him.
What to know if you are considering renting at South Fleetwood? First of all, yes, do it. It's all about expectations. If you are looking for a "corporate" feel - then don't, but if you want comfy, room to roam (on the property as opposed to a room in a hotel) and convenience, then this is the place for you, imho.
The beach is a short walk away - 1 or 2 minutes? The beach is nice right out front, we tended to wander to the left (when facing the ocean - so West) and hung out more at the beach in front of "Beaches" resort. There are two public access huts for free to use that we preferred instead of the beach umbrellas that are provided by Colin. But that's just us.
We had a car but we like to explore, and since we mostly cooked out at South Fleetwood it was nice to be able to run over to the Grace Gourmet food store (more like a nice US supermarket than a "gourmet" store) whenever we wanted.
If this is your first time to Provo (Providenciales) as it was for us, then it might be nice to note that Grace Bay Beach is really all that - soft white sand, clear, beautiful blue water and very undeveloped. The island itself is more scrubish than mountainish so if you are looking for vistas you can do better on other Caribbean islands. Good to decent snorkeling on the island, search the web and you'll find tons of sites and specific details.
Great place, great host, great and relaxing time...and I thought, a good value as well.

"My husband and I really enjoyed Coral Gardens! It was our first trip to TCI PROVO and the ocean view from our 3rd floor condo was stunning. The beaches were fantastic and Gerome took excellent care of us on the beach each day. Jammy helpful with booking dinner reservations and excursions for us. The condo was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned with fresh towels each day. The beach was clean, the water was crystal clear, and the locals were so welcoming!"
