“Fantastic Relaxing Environment”
"My wife and I stayed in the "Cottage" for eight nights in early July. I've got to say, that South Fleetwood significantly exceeded our expectations and turned out to be one of the most relaxing and "easy" vacations we've been blessed to be able to take.
Colin and Kit have put their heart and souls into South Fleetwood and it shows. Everything is comfortable, thought out for a good experience for their guests and just very gracious. Kit was away while we were there so we only had the chance to meet Colin and get to know him a bit and thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with him.
What to know if you are considering renting at South Fleetwood? First of all, yes, do it. It's all about expectations. If you are looking for a "corporate" feel - then don't, but if you want comfy, room to roam (on the property as opposed to a room in a hotel) and convenience, then this is the place for you, imho.
The beach is a short walk away - 1 or 2 minutes? The beach is nice right out front, we tended to wander to the left (when facing the ocean - so West) and hung out more at the beach in front of "Beaches" resort. There are two public access huts for free to use that we preferred instead of the beach umbrellas that are provided by Colin. But that's just us.
We had a car but we like to explore, and since we mostly cooked out at South Fleetwood it was nice to be able to run over to the Grace Gourmet food store (more like a nice US supermarket than a "gourmet" store) whenever we wanted.
If this is your first time to Provo (Providenciales) as it was for us, then it might be nice to note that Grace Bay Beach is really all that - soft white sand, clear, beautiful blue water and very undeveloped. The island itself is more scrubish than mountainish so if you are looking for vistas you can do better on other Caribbean islands. Good to decent snorkeling on the island, search the web and you'll find tons of sites and specific details.
Great place, great host, great and relaxing time...and I thought, a good value as well.

"Fantastic. This is a high quality boutique condo property of only 36 units. It is located on the beach, next to Regent Village, which houses a number of high end shops and restaurants. In fact, there are 10 restaurants within 2 minutes of the front door and the IGA is just a 5 minute walk away. You do not need a car if you stay here.
The unit is well equipped and very clean. The views from the balcony are special.
The staff of the property and the management company were very friendly and helpful.
The beach is one of the nicest we have ever seen. The water is clear, warm, and, generally, calm. And, when you tire of the beach, the pool is waiting for you. Because of the size of the property, it never feels crowded.
We will be back."

"My family of five just came back from our vacation. The condo was beautiful and met all of our families needs. The location of the beach access, shops, and restaurants were perfect. We did not have a car so we walked and felt totally safe and at ease. Our family dove at Dive Provo and they picked us up from the condo every day and dropped us off when we didn't walk. Rose met us upon arrival and is truly one of the hidden assets of the property. She guided our stay and made our family feel at home. We will definitely going back."

"My husband and I arrived to an immaculately clean and well stocked condo. Manhy glasses, cookware, utensils, the whole kit and kaboodle. The only thing I wish there would have been were more, and bigger, plates. But hey, we only ate there for breakfast and lunch so how big does a plate need to be anyway? :) Everything in the condo worked perfectly except for one of the sliding glass door locks - we just couldn't get it open. There was another door so no problem! The restaurant on site was remarkably good. The property itsefls is maintained to perfection and there were always workers out tending to the grounds. We will 100% rent this place again if they will have us back!
