"We took a couples trip to The Tuscany and stayed in W301 for a week in October. Everything was perfect- we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff at The Tuscany is top notch and were helpful with everything from dinner reservations to excursions, local tips, etc. The resort is beautiful- they have a pool with chairs and floats if you decide to spend an afternoon there. The beachfront is spectacular- it can't be beat! It was not crowded at all, and the water beautiful. Crystal clear! It was nice to be able to rent paddleboards, hobie cats, etc right next to the resort on the beach. We took lots of walks, relaxed, floated in the water- it was so relaxing. It was perfect for our couples getaway- each couple had their own space and bathroom. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit which came in handy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we bought things for snacks, breakfast, etc, and we cooked in one night as well. The decor is beautifully done. You won't go wrong with this condo! We can't wait to go back!"

"Turks and Caicos is our #1 favorite island, especially grace bay! The first time we went to TCI we did not stay at Villa Renaissance. What a mistake, but we made up for it the second time. Villa R is the directly in grace bay and is absolutely a gorgeous condo to stay. In fact, my husband and I are planning another stay in a few months to stay in one of the penthouses for the amazing ocean front view. GREAT FOR THE PRICE !!! I WOULD RECOMMEND VILLA R TO ANYONE HANDS DOWN"

"Without question, this was the best beach trip ever. We were a group of 4 couples, which this house was the perfect size for our group. The interior of the house has a great layout, is very nicely decorated, and is in pristine condition. The outdoor space is also very well laid out and manicured. We spent a lot of time eating and drinking outside, and in the pool. It is awesome to have the beautiful beach within steps of the house. Because there are nothing but houses to the right and left, it is essentially a private beach. The staff did a magnificent job of keeping the property spotless, on a daily basis. They have their own beach chairs and umbrellas with this property, and the staff sets them up every morning. The staff are very friendly
But, I didn't even discuss the best part of the stay here: Chef Nadine. She is an amazing chef. Every meal was delicious. You can choose from a list of meals for her to prepare. Once we ate our first amazing dinner, we quickly realized that the best thing to do is for her to cook whatever she chose. We told her to cook her favorite dishes, basically surprise us, instead of us planning the meals. She delivered excellent meal, one after the other. We had one guest who doesn't eat seafood, and she prepared a separate dish for this person, if the main meal consisted of seafood. The icing on the cake is that they do all of the cleaning as well. She also did the grocery shopping.
I would say 8 adults with no kids is the most you would want to stay here; you could maybe do 10 adults if the 5th couple would be ok with sleeping in the 5th bedroom which have bunkbeds. 6 adults and 6 kids would be doable, since you could put 4 kids in the bunk room ( those bunk beds are extra long, and can put two kids feet-to-feet on the bottom bunk and on the top bunk)"

"We've been back over a week and so wish we could have stayed longer. This was the first time to T&C & hope to go back again. Condo was as described - very nice with everything you needed. Sofa sleeper even slept nice. The Staff was very helpful, believe me we asked lots of questions! The grounds were well kept, nice loungers & umbrellas on the beach w/plenty of beach towels. Snorkeling was plentiful right out in front! Somewhere Cafe had great food - their guacamole dip was outstanding. Their drinks could use a little help though! The only con was the bldg. next door - it is quite an eyesore - but just focus on the beautiful beach looking straightforward. You are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Steps were really not an issue for us except when arriving with luggage and bringing groceries up - you then realize you're on the 3rd floor! Pools are small but ok - didn't spend much time at either one - stayed on the beach so we could see the beautiful water & people watch. Be sure to do the Thursday night Fish Fry - so MUCH FUN! I would pass on the Full Moon Pig Roast - not worth the $40. Do bring lots of money - groceries are expensive and everyone wants a tip! We did not rent a car - wasn't comfortable driving on the left side - plus w/beverages - using a taxi was the best for us and it was cheaper than renting a car. We used G&L Taxi. Lige was great - always prompt & didn't feel like he was robbing us. You will need a taxi or car to get groceries - IGA is quit a distance. There are a few restaurants you can walk to - but overall you will need a car or taxi. We liked the following restaurants - Caravels (not a fancy place & not expensive - but great seafood). We also had a good dinner at Magnolia's overlooking the Marina & ocean! Recommend Fresh Market at The Salt Mills for lunch. We did the 1/2 snorkeling tour with Island Vibes & it was fun! Be sure to try conch fritters - they are delicious. We would come back to T&C in a heartbeat - there's still lots we didn't get a chance to see & do. Thanks for a great condo."
