Awesome Unit and Location
"I totally agree with the "Happy Family" review. This property was very clean and comfortable. The furniture is in good condition and it had everything that we needed in the kitchen. The unit is on the second floor (which has a half flight of stairs even to get to the elevator). The view was outstanding! There is a beautiful view to the beach as well as the ocean, with just enough shade from the palm trees. We were a group of 4 adults and felt like we had plenty of space to move around. We were greeted by Mel as well as Ricky from Allied Management, and they met all of our needs while we were there. We really appreciated the daily housekeeping service which was never intrusive. As a total group of 8 adults across the property, everyone enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the various shops and restaurants within walking distance. Please know before you go, that the property is rather quiet and you are on your own to provide food and drinks. This was different for us because we are usually all-inclusive travelers. However, we all agreed that this island is the best that we have visited and when we return, we will be looking to stay at Villa Renaissance again through VRBO!"

"Our family of 4, 2 adults and two teens just spent a week in Turks and Caicos and we were so happy we chose Suite Margarita at Villa Renaissance. The Villa was just as pictured. It was perfect for our family for a relaxing vacation and we fell in love with the Island. Villa is spacious and very comfortable, updated and clean. Mel from Allied Management was very helpful as was the owner with great tips and information about the island. Onsite concierge Corell was so helpful as well. So grateful we chose this property. Hopefully, we will be back!"

"This property met our expectations and beyond. Our group of 12 totally enjoyed our stay! The communication during our trip preparation was excellent. All questions were answered and pertinent information was conveyed. They were very helpful in offering to arrange transportation from the airport as well as help with activity selection, etc. and they checked in on us during our stay.
The house is beautiful with room for everyone. The best part is the outdoor living space out back, next to the pool, with a view of the water. It's comfortable, spacious and shaded. We spent most of our time there when we weren't down at the beach.
And even better than the amenities of the house is the staff! We knew it came with a chef - Nadine. Wow! Was she ever great! We liked it best when we didn't request anything specific. We just let her pick the menus and every meal was wonderful and something she does best! What we didn't expect was the full time housekeeper (Westley) and groundskeeper (Eugene). We had no idea how helpful they would be. They were discrete and not in our way at all, but Eugene set up our chairs and umbrellas just how we wanted them on the beach every morning and hauled them back in every evening in addition to constantly tidying things up outside. And Westley did tons of laundry and always kept the bedrooms looking good and the sand off the floors and kept us well stocked with clean beach towels.
The only negative is the electricity. It goes without saying that everything is very expensive at T&C. Electricity is expensive too. When we stayed there, they had a certain amount of usage included in our rate. In other places, when we've encountered this, we've been able to stay within that amount with normal conservative usage and never had a problem. In this instance, that is not the case. We went over our allotment in a day and a half. So the best I can suggest is that you stay VERY conservative with your usage, as we did, and you plan to pay overages. We didn't care for that method too much, but if you go in forewarned, then it might help. We would have liked it if we could have had better options for controlling the intense heat of the west sun.
The location of the house is absolutely perfect. The beach area is beyond compare. Calm and beautiful. Gorgeous sunsets. Snorkeling nearby. Lots of shells to be found nearby. We rented a catamaran and a couple paddle boards and were completely content."

"We had a great time at the French Riviera. The apartment is within walking distance of the main shops and restaurants at Grace Bay but most importantly is even closer to a great spot one of the finest beaches I've been to. Very easy access via the Grace Bay Club and the benefits of being able to use their bar/restaurants whenever you feel like it as well as the other resorts around Grace Bay. Victoria is a very helpful landlord and quickly responded to questions and any problem we had. This isn't a resort it's very nice family home that you can make your own especially if you have small children, indeed simple things like a high chair and crib made a huge difference to our time in there. The Graceway market is close by and you can walk or rent a taxi very easily for the initial stocking of the kitchen. The pictures and reviews are very accurate and I'd have no hesitation recommending the French Riviera."
