"This place provided everything we needed for a great stay. We were three couples and two very young children. Casa Grande was a beautiful property. The private pool and beach just steps away were amazing. Centrally located for ease to restaurants and the IGA food store made our stay stress free. I would say that a car is required to see and do everything on this small island. Except for a couple of air conditioning issues (which were taken care of quickly), we had the most amazing stay. Equipment including snorkel gear, kayaks, chairs, floats, toys was made available on site. I would recommend Casa Grande to any group looking for the perfect stay on Turks and Caicos."

"Just as pictured! From the moment we walked into unit 1312 we were blown away by the absolutely stunning views of Grace Bay from this penthouse! This was a quick three night Spring Break get-a-way for us and our teenage boys...and we all agreed it was the perfect vacation. The beauty of this trip is that we were literally on the beach within an hour after we landed. The airport is only 10 minutes away, we used a shuttle service from the airport to the condo and then Jayme gave us a local cell phone to call for cabs as needed to run to the nearby IGA. This section of the beach is quiet, mostly young families and couples. The beach staff were very friendly and helped set up lounge chairs and umbrellas as needed. The water is beautiful! We brought our own snorkeling sets and being able to snorkel on the reef at anytime was THE best part about this location. It is like having your own private aquarium...we saw so many varieties of fish, sea turtles, star fish, lobster and the coral is pretty too. Very clear water. There is a section of red coral that is roped off by buoys that you have to avoid but we just swam around the perimeter. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The nearby IGA is convenient but pricier than we expected. The Somewhere Cafe is perfect for all three meals...great laid back restaurant! We did not use the dive shop but did see people renting paddle boards and doing snuba. We walked down to another beachfront restaurant one night and went to the Thursday night fish fry...the teens enjoyed that...lots of local food and a DJ for dancing. All in all this is a wonderful vacation spot...so much so that we are returning again this summer!"

"Just came back from a week spent at Provo. The Room was fine overall with all the amenities of a rented condo: fully stocked kitchen, cable tv and internet access, etc.
I wish a couple of items were improved - very insignificant in the overall picture.
1. Wireless internet was barely useful due to slow speed and line congestion. As a result Skype was barely functional in the room, same for Netflix streaming and the like. Up/down speeds avged at 1.5mb up and down. On the positive side a 4 port router is provided in the room so a network cable could be used to plug in directly and improve the connection somewhat.
Also the room only has 2 coffee mugs. At least 4 would have been useful on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, Provo is Provo and the overall experience of the vacation is hard to spoil as long as the weather cooperates."

"This was our second stay at Villa Renaissance, first time in this unit and it is absolutely gorgeous! The unit was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. The view from the villa is so pretty that it almost looks fake. The water of Grace Bay truly is turquoise. This is a first floor unit so in addition to the standad patio we also had a patio with two chaise lounges and direct access to the boardwalk to the beach. One afternoon the wind kicked up at the beach and we came up to the villa and spent the afternoon in the loungers, perfect! The location of Villa Renaissance is great for walking to the store(Graceway Gourmet). Smoothies from Giggles ice cream (just a short walk past the Seven Stars roundabout) are a must have along with morning walks down to Caicos Bakery for their fresh made donuts. Big Als in the Saltmills has the best burgers (and they will deliver), Coco Bistro is a favorite for dinner and Hemmingways at the Sands resort is a beautiful beach walk away for a great breakfast or dinner. Allied management manages both units that we have rented and they have been a pleasure to work with! We are looking forward to returning next year."
