  • Great Place To Stay

"Just completing a stay here and delighted to report we've had a great time at this really well appointed and located condo. Spacious and comfortable and vitally just a few seconds to Grace Bay Beach! The resort has a really good beach bar/restaurant, open all day, surrounded by lush gardens and fun swimming pool. Owner prompt and attentive from booking to arrival. Lots of nice touches. Highly recommended and great value too! Many thanks. Richard and family."

  • So relaxing!

"This was our second visit to the Alexandra. Last year we stayed at the other condo owned by the same people. Once again, everything was clean and very well done, including upscale linens, a nice view, and an excellent location! We enjoyed biking to town, Smith' Reef and the park, and relaxed with leisurely walks on the beach day and night! Our highlights included snorkeling at The Bight twice a day...we say Rays, turtles, a shark, and many other large, colorful fish. Snorkeling was best in the early morning. We also enjoyed the Magnolia and Mango Reef restaurants ( dinner on the beach=A+) and Somewhere Cafe on the beach, where we listened to the talented Ms. Greenwood play guitar and sing. We loved the fish tacos at Danny Buoys Irish Pub downtown. The Alexandra is such a beautiful, unpretentious, friendly, and welcoming resort. We were always treated very well! Can't wait to return!"

  • Great resort on a beautiful beach!

"My husband and I spent 1 week in January of 2015 at Alex 3303. The room was clean, modern, and well stocked with towels, linens, etc. We really appreciated the in-suite washer and dryer. The resort as a whole was perfect. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk, restaurant staff, towel guys, and even the gardeners! The Mango Reef restaurant meals were second to none - anything from pizza to the steak and lobster were excellent. The section of Grace Bay beach that the resort is on was our favourite. We really enjoyed using the resort bicycles to get around, and did rent a car one day, and would likely do more of that next time, although it is not necessary. The "cheat sheet" that Michael provided was very helpful, and we will definitely be back again!"

  • The most amazing experience!!

"Let me first say that the entire experience of staying at a home is dependent on the owners. In this case, Cally and Robin couldn't be any better. The kindest, sweetest, most interested owners ever. I every way, shape and form, they are spectacular. Responsive, concerned and amazing!! Now to the property...it is spectacular!! Whatever you do, do not miss the opportunity to be there any chance you get. It is one of the few places where the pictures actually undersell the property. The beauty and sunsets can't be seen in photos. It has to be experienced. The home is huge and well designed. We had our entire extended family there and it never once felt crowded. In fact, it was remarkably peaceful despite 9 people. The staff is superb. Every need is anticipated and and every wish attended to. The food was to die for and we had some of the best meals right around their dining table. It felt like it was our home and you can't ask for anything more than that. I would encourage two things: A rental car for ease. Driving is super easy in Turks and Caicos. Second, be very careful with large groups and taxis. They can get VERY expensive. Always always always get a price before booking. Make sure you know whether that price is per person or for the entire trip. I promise you, you can't go wrong at Footprints. We plan to return often!!"
