  • A GREAT Experience!

"This was our 6th trip to Turks and Caicos, our second time at the Villa Renaissance, and our first time in condo 102. Look no further, this is everything you could possibly want. The condo was beautiful and the location is ideal. I would only like to add that the people who work here, Shereen, Gorgeous, and Bentley for example, add that special touch to everyday. You quickly come to think of them as friends! We did encounter a small problem with the washing machine. I called Mel and within 10 minutes someone from maintenance was at my door. The problem was fixed immediately! Thank you to everyone at the Villa Renaissance for making our vacation perfect! We'll be back!!!"

  • Best location on the best beach

"This vacation rental--what can I say--the pictures are beautiful, but cannot do it justice. The most beautiful beach I have ever been to. White sand, turquoise blue water, and an oceanfront balcony with an unobstructed view of it all. Full kitchen, no oven, but a community grill to use whenever you need. Mango Reef is a great restaurant, and will deliver to your room. The restaurant is not cheap by any means, but not much on this island is--you get what you pay for. Beach chairs and umbrellas are always available, no matter what time you get to the beach. Plenty of excursions that leave right from the resort, and these seemed packed everyday. Housekeeping kept our place spotless everyday. The employees as a whole were not super friendly, but that has nothing to do with the great experience that we had at this vacation rental. For an out of the way experience, go to Bugaloos on Five Cays. Great meal, great views. We will definitely return to this vacation rental on Grace Bay!"

  • I really should keep this as my own little secret!

"My wife and I plus two close friends all travelling from Canada spent two amazing weeks (Mar 2-16) in this perfectly private villa just a short walk to Grace Bay Club and Jojo's favorite beach (look it up). On arrival we were greeted by Climaris who was friendly and helpful. Climaris also attends to weekly housekeeping and clearly enjoys her work. The villa was spotless! The villa is ground-floor, making access convenient, even if carrying luggage or groceries. There is ample parking, and the grounds are decorated with lots of tropical trees, flowering bushes, shrubs and cactus plants - all well manicured and maintained. The screened-in dining area was a real hit with us and we ate there all the time. Walking to the beach takes only a couple minutes. We actually thought we had a better location in the villa than if we were right on the ocean. Susie’s description and photos of her property and descriptions of the location, beach access and surrounding area are all very accurate. It was a perfect spot from which we were able to get out and do whatever we wanted, including 4 to 6 mile walks on Grace Bay Beach. We actually found Jojo on one of our morning walks! The four of us are very active and although we didn't need a car for our vacation, we chose to rent one anyway so we could take in as much of Provo as possible in 2 weeks. We snorkeled Smith’s Reef, Coral Reef Gardens and the outer reef. We spent hours on Hobie Cats and tried SUPs. We rode with Provo Ponies. We sailed with Atabeyra. There are lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. We hit several, plus we did lots of grocery shopping for in-home cooking. There is an excellent grocery store Graceway Gourmet just a few minutes walk away, certainly close enough to carry a couple bags of food. The pool and bbq area are very nice, clean and well maintained, the overall site very quiet, private and peaceful. We ate out a few times but really put the poolside bbq to work with blackened snapper, jerked chicken & pork, lobster tails with garlic butter, peas & rice, and much more. From making initial contact, confirming our booking, getting some last minute information, and helpful tips throughout our stay, Susie was always easy to reach and very helpful. I discovered my cellphone wasn’t unlocked so couldn’t subscribe to a local telecom provider, but it turns out we didn’t need to. We all just linked to Susie’s wifi and did all our emails &calls, local and back home, using Skype!"

  • Beautiful property!

"We stayed in Unit 103 May 11-17. It was great! We were steps from the pool and a few more steps to the beach. Could not have been better. The view from the master bedroom and living area is breathtaking. The unit is perfect - beautiful master bedroom and bath, really nice 2nd bedroom also with a king, fully stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer (we used a lot). Work out room was small on the property; but, was sufficient. We did have a problem with the local phone in the room-it lost the Internet connection or something and couldn't be fixed. But, we really didn't need it. Short walk next door to Pelican Bay restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They also have a great 1/2 price happy hour! Food and drinks are really good. We will definitely be back! Thanks Charles, Tarcia, and Takera!"
