Amazing snorkeling without getting on a boat.
"My husband and I have always loved to snorkel but unfortunately I tend to get sea sick really easily. This oceanfront value on Grace Bay was more than we hoped for. We could walk out our door and be in the ocean in two minutes. The reef and fish were just perfect. The room was just as listed and had everything you could want. You were staying in a resort with maid service but felt like it was your own little home. My mom came with us and she slept on the sofa. Having a bit of seperation is always good and I think two couples could stay here and have a nice time. We cooked breakfast and lunch and went out to eat supper. We kind of wished for a nonstick skillet because we forgot to buy Pam. However, I left the pan soaking one day and the housekeeper must have finished up the scrub and turned on the dishwasher for us. WOW! We did eat at Somewhere Cafe and it was excellent. The property managers were great. One of the ladies husband owned a cab/van and she hooked us up for a night at a nice restaurant and then he took us back to the airport. I wish I could remember names because they wee both so nice. She also made us supper reservations. We did have our cab from the airport take us to the grocery store on the way in. He was going to wait for us with our luggage in the back. When we came out he was gone. This was a moment of stress but he did return. He kept telling us it was the "Island" and not to worry. A little hard for those of us from the states. I feel like we saved so much money staying here. There really was no reason to go anyplace else. I hope I can return again."

"This is a beautiful unit right in front of the pool and steps to the beach. The temperatures were so perfect that we never even used the A/C, just opened up the expansive sliding doors in the front of the unit and turned the fans on (just don't forget to close them at night or you may get some mosquitos)! We cooked in several times and the unit is well equipped. You can get fresh fish downtown near the rotary - just look for the cooler and the red truck on the side of the road.
Matthew and the rest of the staff were great and helped us with arranging snorkel trips and even ordering Pizza for our kids one night so we could go out and have a nice dinner by ourselves one night.
Recommend visiting Taylor Bay and if you really want to get off the beaten path try Malcombs beach (though mostly a two track to get there). Anywhere you go here is worth the visit. The fish fry on Thursday is fun and Da Conch Shack on Wednesday night is one big party with the locals!"

"This was our second trip this year to this suite. We will always stay here because it has everything that is just right for us. The suite is exactly as advertised and Keith is great to do business with. The suite includes many extras that you will not find in other rentals....Sirius Radio, 2 phones, laptop, Kindle, washer/dryer and a kitchen that is fully stocked including a dishwasher. The unit is exceptionally clean and updated. The location is wonderful. It is on a wide stretch of beach and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The OCW complex grounds are beautifully kept. The flowers and greenery are gorgeous, the swimming pool always clean, the restaurant has good food and drinks, the gas grills are a plus and they are always cleaned after someone uses them. Recommendations for restaurants would be Coco Bistro and Caicos Café (both walkable). A recommendation for sailing/snorkeling would be Sun Charters. A recommendation for local art would be Driftwood Studio and Art Provo. For local products FOTTAC (Flavors of The Turks and Caicos). The local Fish Fry on Thursday evening in the Lower Bight area is fun. The grilled lobster was delicious. All in all, I highly recommend this suite and I can't wait for our third visit back to Provo!"

"The photos you see are just like the house truly is!! This property is amazing!!! It is the closest property to the Ocean on all of Grace Bay after walking from one end to the other. The sand here is the best we have ever walked on and the beaches are incredible. The view from almost every room upstairs is spectacular. The kitchen has every item and then some that you could even imagine. We cooked a lot of food inside and out because there is no reason to leave this place. We have rented several homes and been very disappointed because the picture shows one thing and then you get there and the pictures were from 10 years ago and the house is run down. From the owner (Katalin) to James and Romeo we have never had a better experience. Romeo made our beds every day and changed out our sheets midweek. We always had plenty of clean beach towels, bath towels and wash clothes. He would refill all of out paper towel and toilet paper as well. Romeo even ran to the store for us a couple times which saved us from leaving this place (yes we did tip him very well because he was that good of a care taker). There is also plenty of spices to use which was also fantastic. If you stay here you will go back!!! And the color of the water that you see in the pictures are true as well.Enjoy"
