Gorgeous! Can't wait to come back!
"This was our second stay at Villa Renaissance, first time in this unit and it is absolutely gorgeous! The unit was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. The view from the villa is so pretty that it almost looks fake. The water of Grace Bay truly is turquoise. This is a first floor unit so in addition to the standad patio we also had a patio with two chaise lounges and direct access to the boardwalk to the beach. One afternoon the wind kicked up at the beach and we came up to the villa and spent the afternoon in the loungers, perfect! The location of Villa Renaissance is great for walking to the store(Graceway Gourmet). Smoothies from Giggles ice cream (just a short walk past the Seven Stars roundabout) are a must have along with morning walks down to Caicos Bakery for their fresh made donuts. Big Als in the Saltmills has the best burgers (and they will deliver), Coco Bistro is a favorite for dinner and Hemmingways at the Sands resort is a beautiful beach walk away for a great breakfast or dinner. Allied management manages both units that we have rented and they have been a pleasure to work with! We are looking forward to returning next year."

"We spent a Girls Week at Paprika and could not have picked a better house. The bedrooms are huge and the two rooms with 2 king-size beds in each were perfect for people to share. The house had new owners and we were pleasantly surprised how pretty the house was, the owner really changed the appearance and feel. The 3 new sunning platform decks they built between the pool and the beach was a perfect place to suntan or read during the day and stargaze at night. The owner thought of everything snorkel equipment, ski belts, floats, beach towels, upgraded patio furniture, umbrellas, and the kitchen was well stocked. The 2, one inside one outside, large tables were really nice we could all gather for meals. I would spend another week there in a heartbeat."

"My husband and I stayed at Acacia Villa for 7 nights from June 26-July 3rd, and it was truly perfect! Chuck was a gracious host and available for any questions that we had, also offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. The villa was pristine with all of the amenities we could have asked for. We rented a car which allowed us to explore the beaches of Leeward as well as the main strip of Grace Bay; this allowed us to experience the more populated beaches/resorts of Grace Bay, while also being able to experience the more private beaches of Leeward. We had all of the necessities for a perfect beach day left for us at the villa: beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. We even had kayaks to explore the canal only a few steps away from the villa! Blue Haven Market (within walking distance) had all of the groceries and beverages that we needed, which was nice if we decided to stay in for an evening or two. Coco Bistro and Garam Masala were our favorite restaurants on the island, and we can't wait to come back to the villa to do it all over again!! If you are looking for the "best of both worlds" in terms of both privacy and a short drive to the busier Grace Bay area, then this is the villa for you. Thank you, Chuck & Brenda for sharing your beautiful villa with us!!!"

"This past July, my husband, myself and 2 year old son stayed at Kristin and Joe's Queen Angel condo for a week. The condo itself was very clean, and spacious for the three of us. The kitchen is supplied with everything you would need to prepare any type of meal. The bathroom was also spacious, with linens included. They also have a washer and dryer which came in handy for me! I did my laundry before heading back to New York, which was great! The condo is on the first floor, so the pool was literally right in front of us when we felt like going in. The condo also supplies snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers when heading out to the beach. The AC unit works perfectly, we even shut it off at times because it cooled us off enough. The bed was very comfortable, and the den area had a comfy couch where you could watch satellite T.V. The condo also has Wifi, which also worked just fine. We always had a connection. We did rent a car from Scooter Bob's as recommended by Kristin and Joe. They were great, and easy to book before we got to Turks. We ventured out to some of the restaurants around the condo. The Green Bean was a great breakfast spot with great coffee! We also went to the Tiki Hut around the corner for dinner. The beach was about a 10 minute walk from the condo, which had some nice snorkeling, or you can take the car out and check out beaches like Sapodilla Bay, and Leeward beach, 2 of our favorites. All in all, the condo was a great stay for us first timers going to Turks and Caicos. Thank you Kristin and Joe!!"
