"This past July, my husband, myself and 2 year old son stayed at Kristin and Joe's Queen Angel condo for a week. The condo itself was very clean, and spacious for the three of us. The kitchen is supplied with everything you would need to prepare any type of meal. The bathroom was also spacious, with linens included. They also have a washer and dryer which came in handy for me! I did my laundry before heading back to New York, which was great! The condo is on the first floor, so the pool was literally right in front of us when we felt like going in. The condo also supplies snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers when heading out to the beach. The AC unit works perfectly, we even shut it off at times because it cooled us off enough. The bed was very comfortable, and the den area had a comfy couch where you could watch satellite T.V. The condo also has Wifi, which also worked just fine. We always had a connection. We did rent a car from Scooter Bob's as recommended by Kristin and Joe. They were great, and easy to book before we got to Turks. We ventured out to some of the restaurants around the condo. The Green Bean was a great breakfast spot with great coffee! We also went to the Tiki Hut around the corner for dinner. The beach was about a 10 minute walk from the condo, which had some nice snorkeling, or you can take the car out and check out beaches like Sapodilla Bay, and Leeward beach, 2 of our favorites. All in all, the condo was a great stay for us first timers going to Turks and Caicos. Thank you Kristin and Joe!!"

"My husband and I just returned last night from our 8 night stay at this condo. Although the weather didn't cooperate when we first arrived (torrential rain all day), we were able to make the most of it by sitting on the covered balcony and playing games. As the weather got better each day, we came to appreciate the location of the resort and the view from the balcony even more. The resort is friendly and small enough to meet many people. We met several couples at the hot tub (our go-to place in light rain) and at the bar during happy hour. Your are literally steps from the beach and the bar staying at this condo. It is roomy, clean and comfortable. The view is gorgeous. The resort has bikes to go to the store for snacks, soda, beer, wine. It is only about a 10 minute ride. We stocked up on cheeses, crackers, popcorn, wine and beer. We usually snacked for breakfast/lunch and enjoyed a nice evening meal at a restaurant. We had the fish tacos twice at the on-site bar. They are very good. Try the Mango daiquiri at the on-site bar-Delish! I would recommend Caravel (just down the road 5 minutes on the right) for their fish and chips-so moist and tender and Coco Bistro for a more ambient atmosphere with wonderful dishes. Both are very easy, quick walks. The resort had 2 Paddle Boards, 2 Hobie Cats and some kayaks. We never had trouble getting a lounge chair at the beach. People of all ages stayed at the resort. The casino is right next door if you are so inclined. During our stay, they had $5 black jack tables til 9pm. We will definitely be back!"

"We had the pleasure of staying at Conch Pearl Villa with my in laws and 2 kids. The home is very easy to get to (thanks in part to very detailed directions from the villa management company) in a very private and quiet area on the west side of Grace Bay (Turtle Cove). The grounds area incredibly beautiful and lush and we absolutely loved the tennis/basketball court, private pool and slide, hot tub, and private beach access within 100 feet of the rear entrance of the home. The inside of the home was also very well appointed -- with a high end range, flat screen TVs, and lots of seating areas. The bedrooms were all nicely sized and the kids LOVE their own private room with their own TV (and Wii gaming system) and upstairs loft area. We also really enjoyed the snorkeling at Smith's reef (about 100 yds east) and spent many hours lounging by the beach. We even did a fantastic snorkel trip (with Island Vibes) and they can pick you up right on the beach outside your back door! Finally, our villa greeter (Branden) was very nice and responsive and the caretaker (Steve) and his little dog Savoy were SO NICE and tended to everything we needed during our stay."

"We had a very nice time. Even though it was Easter/Passover break it did not ever feel crowded and was always quiet. Very easy place to be with kids. The property is lush and beautiful. The beach is obviously insane. The condo was comfortable. Nothing fancy. The air conditioning worked well and beds/bedding were very comfortable. Very spacious 3 bedrooms with master set apart from other two. Even though we are family of six we were not on top of each other.
We have stayed at Regent Palms previous two years and I do love that hotel. This option though was so much smarter financially and I don't feel we sacrificed much. The beach on this end of Grace Bay is the nicest. Its a great value. Highly recommend."
