Wonderful view, location and amenities.
"Everything was wonderful except that we had to come home! The condo was beautiful, very spacious, and convenient to most everything we wanted to do. That area of the beach is just perfect too because it is great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and we always had chairs and an umbrella available. I think our teens spent 90% of the week in the water and there was no fighting or saying " I'm bored" because they always had something to do! Besides the pool and ocean there were balls and paddles to play on the wide and soft white sand beach. We also biked to do some shopping and ice cream eating nearby:) The weather was perfect, beautiful sunsets and everyone was very friendly. It was windy but that kept the bugs away and kept us from feeling the 90 degree temps. We never felt too hot or too cold.
We did scuba dive through Dive Provo and they were wonderful for us first timers. We did the Island vibes boat trip to Iguana island with snorkeling which included some very strong rum punch and super fun boat captains. We also did the glow worm/sunset boat trip which was so relaxing and the worms really do glow!
I could go on and on but simply stated- you can't go wrong with this condo and Vanessa (owner) and Tarcia (property manager) are both wonderful at doing their best to help you make the most of your stay in Turks and Caicos."

"This was our second stay at Villa Renaissance, first time in this unit and it is absolutely gorgeous! The unit was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. The view from the villa is so pretty that it almost looks fake. The water of Grace Bay truly is turquoise. This is a first floor unit so in addition to the standad patio we also had a patio with two chaise lounges and direct access to the boardwalk to the beach. One afternoon the wind kicked up at the beach and we came up to the villa and spent the afternoon in the loungers, perfect! The location of Villa Renaissance is great for walking to the store(Graceway Gourmet). Smoothies from Giggles ice cream (just a short walk past the Seven Stars roundabout) are a must have along with morning walks down to Caicos Bakery for their fresh made donuts. Big Als in the Saltmills has the best burgers (and they will deliver), Coco Bistro is a favorite for dinner and Hemmingways at the Sands resort is a beautiful beach walk away for a great breakfast or dinner. Allied management manages both units that we have rented and they have been a pleasure to work with! We are looking forward to returning next year."

Outstanding condo in a great resort at the best location on the most beautiful beach!
"We could not have asked for anything more: very nicely furnished, comfortable, recently remodeled! The owners offers great tips & suggestions to make your stay the best. We rented a car to see more of the island and enjoy different restaurants although the IGA & lots of restaurants are withing walking or biking distance. We brought our own breakfast cereals, coffee and snacks and shopped the IGA for milk, OJ, bread, butter, etc. We have visited many different islands with beautiful beaches but never the same one twice. We hope to return to RWI suite 123, it was truly a wonderful vacation (but far too brief)."

"We had an amazing week in the upper level of the guest cottage at Villa Camilla. The location is fantastic, effectively on a private stretch of Grace Bay beach to one side of all the resorts. Clean, simple but well appointed, and with incredible all day all night cross breezes - never needed the AC. We cooked in and had everything we needed, and went out and found great restaurants nearby. (Tiki Hut and Da Conch Shack were old favourites, but new discoveries included Somewhere, Mis Amigos and Bugaloos.) We were a little worried about sharing the guest cottage with the downstairs apartment, but the spaces are separate enough for it to feel private. The owners included a really well thought out welcome package of directions and recommendations, and the property management folks were very friendly and helpful."
