Comfortable tasteful resort condo on the best part of Grace Bay
"My husband and I flew to Turks and Caicos to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We chose this property because the pictures, description and reviews were all very appealing. The actual experience was better than the pictures! I am very picky about lodgings, and I was comfortable here immediately. The condo has a spacious balcony with a pleasant partial view of the turquoise bay. The living area and bedroom are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or blending pina coladas. For the great majority of our meals we ate out at the excellent restaurants on the island. Grace Bay is very peaceful and beautiful, and the Alexandra Resort offers free use of floats, sea kayaks and paddle boards. The restaurant there is moving, but it was really good, and the location on the beach was perfect.(Apparently a new restaurant will take its place soon.) Saltmill commercial area is about 3/4 mile away with restaurants, a grocery store and shopping, and the resort provides bicycles which make it easy to get there. Resort staff are helpful and professional. The owner Elen was helpful and accommodating in every way. It was our first trip to Provo, and we hope to return soon."

"We had a very nice time. Even though it was Easter/Passover break it did not ever feel crowded and was always quiet. Very easy place to be with kids. The property is lush and beautiful. The beach is obviously insane. The condo was comfortable. Nothing fancy. The air conditioning worked well and beds/bedding were very comfortable. Very spacious 3 bedrooms with master set apart from other two. Even though we are family of six we were not on top of each other.
We have stayed at Regent Palms previous two years and I do love that hotel. This option though was so much smarter financially and I don't feel we sacrificed much. The beach on this end of Grace Bay is the nicest. Its a great value. Highly recommend."

"This is a beautiful unit right in front of the pool and steps to the beach. The temperatures were so perfect that we never even used the A/C, just opened up the expansive sliding doors in the front of the unit and turned the fans on (just don't forget to close them at night or you may get some mosquitos)! We cooked in several times and the unit is well equipped. You can get fresh fish downtown near the rotary - just look for the cooler and the red truck on the side of the road.
Matthew and the rest of the staff were great and helped us with arranging snorkel trips and even ordering Pizza for our kids one night so we could go out and have a nice dinner by ourselves one night.
Recommend visiting Taylor Bay and if you really want to get off the beaten path try Malcombs beach (though mostly a two track to get there). Anywhere you go here is worth the visit. The fish fry on Thursday is fun and Da Conch Shack on Wednesday night is one big party with the locals!"

"So, I did my homework before booking this condo. My homework paid off.
This condo is in the perfect location. It is 110 steps to the beach and about 20 steps to the river pool. (Yes, I did.) Nice ocean view from screened in patio. AC cooled off unit very well on very hot August days. Layout of the unit flows well. Master bedroom very large with comfortable bed. Full kitchen with every appliance you need. Eat inside or on screened porch.
My family of four never felt cramped. Plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy. OCW is very convenient to restaurants and shops.
Look. If you want five-star luxury, go to Seven Stars and spend 3-4 times as much for a smaller hotel room. When I return to Provo, I will stay here.
Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your little slice of heaven.
PS. Everything looks MUCH nicer in person than in any photos you might see!"
