Amazing & Relaxing Beach House
"We just returned home from the most amazing week at Windrose. With a large group of 12, we never felt on top of each other between the two houses, the great deck and your own beach within 20 feet! It is easy to get to from the airport, a quick 5 minute walk down the beach from several resorts and restaurants to eat and drink at, or several excursions will pick you up right on the beach. You can also take a quick 5 minute cab ride into town, rent bikes, and then bike from the house to town in about 10 minutes to shops and the market for the rest of your stay.
We had one very small issue while we were there, but Basia and her team took care of it immediately, while we continued on with our day.
The cleaning staff is a nice touch in the middle of the week as well."

"We really enjoyed our one week visit to this property. This was our first trip to TCI. Chuck and Brenda were very accommodating and were great hosts. Upon our arrival, we found the villa stocked very nicely including beer, water and sodas in the refrigerator. Also, they had provided other incidentals like bathroom supplies, sunscreen, towels, bug repellent and the like. We used the kayaks often and swam in the pool and canal daily. Their knowledge of the island was vast and we really enjoyed eating at Coco Bistro upon their suggestion. One thing for consideration though. As was previously advised by the owners, the air conditioning for each bedroom is on a separate meter and the fees for power consumption are payable upon checkout. Having never been to the unit or the island, we did not realize that this meant that the main living area (including the kitchen and living room) are not air conditioned. Despite the island breeze, the temperatures in these areas were usually over 80 degrees (90+ average daily outside temperatures) and sometimes quite stifling. In order to escape the heat, we found ourselves retreating to our bedrooms for air conditioning. Our charge for air conditioning our room was not unreasonable and Chuck even gave us a break since the cost of power was less this time of year. The villa is a bit removed from Grace Bay (so much so that the taxi driver had a bit of a hard time finding it). If you are looking for seclusion, this is a great place to stay. However, the location is a bit removed from Grace Bay and we found we needed a car to get to the Bay and to see the other areas of the island. Having said all of this, we enjoyed our stay and suspect we will come back to TCI again. As far as the hospitality of the owners and the accommodations go, it was very nice."

"This was our first time in 104, but not our first visit to Villa Renaissance or Provo. Over that last 15 years we've stayed at several different resorts on Grace Bay until a few years ago when we found VR. Nicola, Mel and the whole Allied staff are in my opinion the best on the island! Upon arrival, you are greeted with a welcoming smile, cheerful attitude (something that is often lacking at other resorts) and willingness to help make your stay absolutely perfect. This unit has a GORGEOUS view of the turquoise water of Grace Bay and is right on the boardwalk down to the beach. We spent evenings sitting on the patio enjoying the view and the last bit of sunshine for the day. The unit is beautifully furnished and very well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking supplies and of course a blender for those Pina Colada's on the beach. The highlight of our trip was when I was snorkeling right off the Beach and Jo Jo (yes, Jo Jo) swam right up to me. He came up, tilted his head, looked me right in the eye, did a circle around and then back out to deeper water. I can't explain what an incredible feeling it was to have wild dolphin approach of his own free will, definitely a dream come true! The snorkeling right off shore at various spots was the best we've ever had. We saw several Sea Turtles, Sting Rays, an Eagle Ray. Lobster, and of course all the beautiful conch, fish and coral. The Thursday night fish fry was a first for us this year and I would highly recommend checking it out. Dining on the island is not inexpensive, so this was great to get a delicious dinner for under $20 each. Villa Renaissance is across the street from the Salt Mills where they have shopping and restaurants. While there, don't forget to visit Potcake Place the local rescue for the feral dogs on the island. They have a program where tourists can take a puppy to the beach for a couple hours, helping the little ones socialize. If you're a dog lover, stopping over there is a must. Overall, Villa Renaissance, Provo & Grace Bay are all amazing and I already can't wait to go back!"

"Wonderful condo on the main floor, with screened porch with door and small patio. Direct access to pool and gardens and view of beautiful ocean. Location is perfect for beach and pool and seaside cafe. Very clean, well maintained, and attractively decorated. Kitchen is great to eat in, and a grocery store within walking distance. And, there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance."
