Perfect property and location
"Had a wonderful first visit to Turks and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It has awesome views, only a few steps to an uncrowded beach with plenty of shaded loungers, lots of space to spread out, fully stocked kitchen, screened in porch, etc. We enjoyed snorkeling at Smith's Reef and Coral Garden (sea turtles, sharks, and rays were highlights), made use of the sea kayak and bikes, and enjoyed local cuisine at nearby Fresh Catch. The owner and new property manager were very helpful. The landscape crew took a break to cut open fresh coconuts for us. Unforgettable experience!"

"My husband and I have always loved to snorkel but unfortunately I tend to get sea sick really easily. This oceanfront value on Grace Bay was more than we hoped for. We could walk out our door and be in the ocean in two minutes. The reef and fish were just perfect. The room was just as listed and had everything you could want. You were staying in a resort with maid service but felt like it was your own little home. My mom came with us and she slept on the sofa. Having a bit of seperation is always good and I think two couples could stay here and have a nice time. We cooked breakfast and lunch and went out to eat supper. We kind of wished for a nonstick skillet because we forgot to buy Pam. However, I left the pan soaking one day and the housekeeper must have finished up the scrub and turned on the dishwasher for us. WOW! We did eat at Somewhere Cafe and it was excellent. The property managers were great. One of the ladies husband owned a cab/van and she hooked us up for a night at a nice restaurant and then he took us back to the airport. I wish I could remember names because they wee both so nice. She also made us supper reservations. We did have our cab from the airport take us to the grocery store on the way in. He was going to wait for us with our luggage in the back. When we came out he was gone. This was a moment of stress but he did return. He kept telling us it was the "Island" and not to worry. A little hard for those of us from the states. I feel like we saved so much money staying here. There really was no reason to go anyplace else. I hope I can return again."

"Just came back from a week spent at Provo. The Room was fine overall with all the amenities of a rented condo: fully stocked kitchen, cable tv and internet access, etc.
I wish a couple of items were improved - very insignificant in the overall picture.
1. Wireless internet was barely useful due to slow speed and line congestion. As a result Skype was barely functional in the room, same for Netflix streaming and the like. Up/down speeds avged at 1.5mb up and down. On the positive side a 4 port router is provided in the room so a network cable could be used to plug in directly and improve the connection somewhat.
Also the room only has 2 coffee mugs. At least 4 would have been useful on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, Provo is Provo and the overall experience of the vacation is hard to spoil as long as the weather cooperates."

"This past July, my husband, myself and 2 year old son stayed at Kristin and Joe's Queen Angel condo for a week. The condo itself was very clean, and spacious for the three of us. The kitchen is supplied with everything you would need to prepare any type of meal. The bathroom was also spacious, with linens included. They also have a washer and dryer which came in handy for me! I did my laundry before heading back to New York, which was great! The condo is on the first floor, so the pool was literally right in front of us when we felt like going in. The condo also supplies snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers when heading out to the beach. The AC unit works perfectly, we even shut it off at times because it cooled us off enough. The bed was very comfortable, and the den area had a comfy couch where you could watch satellite T.V. The condo also has Wifi, which also worked just fine. We always had a connection. We did rent a car from Scooter Bob's as recommended by Kristin and Joe. They were great, and easy to book before we got to Turks. We ventured out to some of the restaurants around the condo. The Green Bean was a great breakfast spot with great coffee! We also went to the Tiki Hut around the corner for dinner. The beach was about a 10 minute walk from the condo, which had some nice snorkeling, or you can take the car out and check out beaches like Sapodilla Bay, and Leeward beach, 2 of our favorites. All in all, the condo was a great stay for us first timers going to Turks and Caicos. Thank you Kristin and Joe!!"
