"Love this home! We travel to a lot of islands and Turks & Caicos is our favorite and this house is fantastic! Very private and also close to all the action. Huge private property and a classic old Caribbean house. Clean and well maintained and right on the beach. Long Bay beach is really beautiful and private. We saw only a few people a day and this was high season. Definitely recommend this home and would like to visit again. Thanks!"

"Casa V far exceeded our expectations! Seven couples rented the main and guest house for six days for our 50th b-days and we couldn't have been happier. The setting is magnificent. Very private and the beach is so near and inviting at the bottom of the stairs of the house. We stayed down there many afternoons, some in the shade of the enormous natural thatched tiki umbrellas while others stayed in the sun and water. Wonderful 2 mile walk on the beach if you go left. Great beach spot as grace bay was too windy and rough most of the time we were there but we had calm blue torquoise waters on Long Bay. We didnt leave the house for three days! We had a private chef during that time and the outdoor bar and dining area is where we took every meal. The outdoor covered area between the TV room and kitchen was the central meeting area as it had plenty of chairs and room to catch up. The pool was equally inviting for a quick dip after the ocean or lounging on the beach chairs. We also had a great tennis tournament and the only regret was not taking lunch and beverages down at the covered tiki umbrellas and amply sized tables and bar area. The court is in very good shape and its hot during the day so a recommendation is to play early morning or in the early to later evening as the lights work great. The condition of the home and all its contents were excellent. The chef (Dave Moser who is amazing!) said the kitchen and outdoor grill were centrally located to allow him to be around the broader group and not run far. The beds were comfortable and each room had safes. Town was about 15 minutes away. We really enjoyed being off on our own to catch up and there are no neighbors on one side of the property so for late nights we need not worry about making too much noise. There is a caretaker on property who we never saw unless we needed to and the rental company island escapes was very attentive to our limited requests. Many of us have vacationed in nice places all over the world. This venue is spectacular and we all had the same feelings post event - the meals, accommodations, views, setting and wonderful weather could not have been better and really made our trip so memorable. I would take this place over any five star hotel and if we go back to turks, this will be the first place I call."

"The cottage was so lovely and homey!!! We really had everything we needed onsite....a gorgeous/PRIVATE beach, a clean/refreshing pool, floats for the pool and ocean, a grill, a screened patio, towels for the beach, Wifi, telephone, a cooler (in case you want to venture to another beach), kayaks, a fire pit, A/c when needed on those really hot nights (there is usually a nice breeze) and many other things!!! Tatum and Wesley were great to work with and very accommodating. It was wonderful, and unexpected, to have Ben onsite to assist us with anything we needed, like the fire and where to refill the water jugs.
This is a perfect cottage for families, a group of travelers and older couples. It would not be the place for people in their 20's looking to walk to bars and party it up because you do need to drive if you want to go out to the restaurants and bars, but it is very close (5 minutes). In comparison, Provo is really not a huge party island so if that is what you are looking for you may want to check out Jamaica or Cancun. It is also important to know the water is shallow; it is perfect for floating, paddle boarding and just relaxing, not the place if you want huge waves. However, you do get to sit in the awesome ocean chairs and watch the kiteboarders in the Bay everyday - we counted an average of 23 per day - it was a blast to watch!
A few suggestions for new guests:
-Pack a non-perishable food items suitcase (food is VERY expensive on the island even though the cottage has a full kitchen)
-Pickup a map of the island at the airport if you have a car (there was not one in the car)
-Be sure to get the Wifi code from Tatum (we didn't have it when we arrived)
-Eat out at Coco Bistro at least one night! Check out Grace Bay Beach - huge waves and simply stunning!!
-Find out /where to refill the water (it is right down the road)
-The upstairs rooms are accessed by a pull-down ladder so you must be able to walk up and down a ladder easily.
-Renting the van from Tatum and Wesley is a PLUS!
Lastly, -I wish I had known this- if you are an animal lover (like me) you can contact the potcake place k-9 rescue at saltmills plaza about taking a dog for the day or being a carrier for a dog back to your hometown to deliver them to their adopter. This is a wonderful thing you can do to help these dogs and this fabulous shelter on the island.
I would definitely go back and recommend this cottage to friends!!!!"

"We had a marvelous time at Casita Sirena & visiting the islands surrounding. There is plenty of privacy if you want to just chill, sleep in, go for quiet walks on a very private beach while gazing out at the beautiful crystal clear blue waters or hang poolside to enjoy lounging or grilling out. The Ferry is nearby to go to the North & Middle Caicos areas that offer some extraordinary adventure through caves and various trails, delightful eatery by the Sea "Daniel's Cafe" and sights (Mudjin Harbor) or if you prefer, hang back in Provo for some local fun at the Thursday Fish Fry or indulge in a delightful Conch meal at any of the various restaurants along Grace Bay. A short distance away Chalk Sound is a lovely area and offers enchanting views but very family friendly for little ones due to the safety of the shallow waters. An amazing part of the trip was joining friends on a sailboat for an all day excursion, the sights are extraordinary from that perspective.
The best part of the trip was spent with the owners Marsha & Richard working at the coral nursery that she as a marine ecologist so lovingly tends to. We can't wait for the launch of the "adopt a coral" program. We are eager to support this wonderful program. Over 8 days, we covered a lot of ground but there is so much more to see and do next time. I highly recommend this property and suggest you bring along as many "staples" you can if you would like to keep your food costs down so you can split the difference between going on an excursion or dining beachside with a bottle of wine."
