"We've been back over a week and so wish we could have stayed longer. This was the first time to T&C & hope to go back again. Condo was as described - very nice with everything you needed. Sofa sleeper even slept nice. The Staff was very helpful, believe me we asked lots of questions! The grounds were well kept, nice loungers & umbrellas on the beach w/plenty of beach towels. Snorkeling was plentiful right out in front! Somewhere Cafe had great food - their guacamole dip was outstanding. Their drinks could use a little help though! The only con was the bldg. next door - it is quite an eyesore - but just focus on the beautiful beach looking straightforward. You are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Steps were really not an issue for us except when arriving with luggage and bringing groceries up - you then realize you're on the 3rd floor! Pools are small but ok - didn't spend much time at either one - stayed on the beach so we could see the beautiful water & people watch. Be sure to do the Thursday night Fish Fry - so MUCH FUN! I would pass on the Full Moon Pig Roast - not worth the $40. Do bring lots of money - groceries are expensive and everyone wants a tip! We did not rent a car - wasn't comfortable driving on the left side - plus w/beverages - using a taxi was the best for us and it was cheaper than renting a car. We used G&L Taxi. Lige was great - always prompt & didn't feel like he was robbing us. You will need a taxi or car to get groceries - IGA is quit a distance. There are a few restaurants you can walk to - but overall you will need a car or taxi. We liked the following restaurants - Caravels (not a fancy place & not expensive - but great seafood). We also had a good dinner at Magnolia's overlooking the Marina & ocean! Recommend Fresh Market at The Salt Mills for lunch. We did the 1/2 snorkeling tour with Island Vibes & it was fun! Be sure to try conch fritters - they are delicious. We would come back to T&C in a heartbeat - there's still lots we didn't get a chance to see & do. Thanks for a great condo."

"My husband and I arrived to an immaculately clean and well stocked condo. Manhy glasses, cookware, utensils, the whole kit and kaboodle. The only thing I wish there would have been were more, and bigger, plates. But hey, we only ate there for breakfast and lunch so how big does a plate need to be anyway? :) Everything in the condo worked perfectly except for one of the sliding glass door locks - we just couldn't get it open. There was another door so no problem! The restaurant on site was remarkably good. The property itsefls is maintained to perfection and there were always workers out tending to the grounds. We will 100% rent this place again if they will have us back!

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we both could not possibly say enough great things about this villa! It truly is absolutely incredible. This villa is located about 20 minutes away from the resorts on Grace Bay in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood on Taylor Bay. This was perfect for us! Taylor Bay is stunning and we are very particular about our beaches! Loved the white sand and just sitting in the shallow water with drink in hand. Most days there were max of 10 people on the beach- all nice couples who appreciated this piece of paradise as much as we did. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the house, but very very easy to get to.
We loved the house and enjoyed opening the windows and doors between the pool and living room, turning on the music and having a relaxing breakfast or dinner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous and very clean. Beautiful views from every room! There is also an alarm system which is nice to have in a secluded place, but we did feel safe in this area as it is surrounded by nice homes in a great part of the island. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked dinner most nights. We also used the grill frequently. The grocery store is about a 15 minute drive so I would recommend having a car the whole week, which we did. We also used the car to drive to restaurants for dinners. We went to the owner's restaurant- Coyaba which was wonderful and in a perfect, tropical setting near Grace Bay. It rained only one day and we had drinks and lunch at Boogaloos which is a little off the beaten path but we'd recommend stopping by.
Lizzie and Karen were so great to work with! Lizzie stocked our fridge before we arrived, provided a tour of the home and was always a phone call away to answer any questions we had. There is also a wonderful house cleaner who comes daily. She was very nice and left the villa perfectly clean every afternoon.
ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS VILLA AND TAYLOR BAY! Writing this review is making me want to go back... and we will certainly be back someday!"

"Outstanding accommodations, very easy. The views from every room of the house were amazing…blue water everywhere. Kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy. Cleaning service was prompt and great and very nice. We had paddle boards and snorkeling gear delivered to the house and picked up at the end of our stay. Super convenient. We walked to dinner three times, to Baci, Magnolia Wine Bar, and Shark Bites…had excellent meals at each."
