"Turks and Caicos was beautiful! We had an amazing vacation! My husband and 3 daughters stayed their comfortably, between having the 2 bedrooms and one pull out bed. We were provided snorkling gear, enough towels, nice screened patio, and a wonderful pool if you wanted to take a break from the sand. The main level on the righthand side was the area that we rented. The second level and the lefthand side on the main level were also rented to others. We could not hear our neighbors and it was a very nice and quiet unit. The beach was within a beautiful short walk. Beaches were some of the most beautiful that we have ever vacationed on. Cannot wait to go back, a wonderful vacation that we wil remember forever."

"We enjoyed our time at Ocean Palms. The house, the pool and the view were difficult to leave. The villa is in a quiet, secluded area, yet only 5-10 minutes from the local IGA grocery story and Grace Bay and Turtle Cove. The villa is not on a beach, however the cliffs are fun to jump from, and there's a small secluded beach a 1/4 mile away. If you like to snorkel and want to see fish, Smith's reef near Turtle Cove is a great spot. The only negative were the feral cats around the villa. The 7 kittens constantly around when we were there were fun the first day..."

"We've been back over a week and so wish we could have stayed longer. This was the first time to T&C & hope to go back again. Condo was as described - very nice with everything you needed. Sofa sleeper even slept nice. The Staff was very helpful, believe me we asked lots of questions! The grounds were well kept, nice loungers & umbrellas on the beach w/plenty of beach towels. Snorkeling was plentiful right out in front! Somewhere Cafe had great food - their guacamole dip was outstanding. Their drinks could use a little help though! The only con was the bldg. next door - it is quite an eyesore - but just focus on the beautiful beach looking straightforward. You are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Steps were really not an issue for us except when arriving with luggage and bringing groceries up - you then realize you're on the 3rd floor! Pools are small but ok - didn't spend much time at either one - stayed on the beach so we could see the beautiful water & people watch. Be sure to do the Thursday night Fish Fry - so MUCH FUN! I would pass on the Full Moon Pig Roast - not worth the $40. Do bring lots of money - groceries are expensive and everyone wants a tip! We did not rent a car - wasn't comfortable driving on the left side - plus w/beverages - using a taxi was the best for us and it was cheaper than renting a car. We used G&L Taxi. Lige was great - always prompt & didn't feel like he was robbing us. You will need a taxi or car to get groceries - IGA is quit a distance. There are a few restaurants you can walk to - but overall you will need a car or taxi. We liked the following restaurants - Caravels (not a fancy place & not expensive - but great seafood). We also had a good dinner at Magnolia's overlooking the Marina & ocean! Recommend Fresh Market at The Salt Mills for lunch. We did the 1/2 snorkeling tour with Island Vibes & it was fun! Be sure to try conch fritters - they are delicious. We would come back to T&C in a heartbeat - there's still lots we didn't get a chance to see & do. Thanks for a great condo."

"after planning this trip for almost three years, and waiting and building this place up...and maybe stalking the pics on the site a little too often...this place had a LOT to live up to for me and my family.
it marvelously delivered.
the home is so brilliantly done. from the quality solid finishes, to the design touches that make it feel like something so much more than a vacation rental, to the INCREDIBLE julian and dinesh and mel...the team there was so on top of everything we needed help with and sent people over to fix a couple little things IMMEDIATELY. it was almost like they were hiding in the bushes ready to help us.
the grounds are exsquite, with many small places to hide and rest and read. (hammocks perfectly suspended between palm trees, two adorondack chairs nestled in the brush between the house and the beach, loads of amazing outdoor RESTORATION HARDWARE furniture... i mean really?!) sapodilla bay is almost like a secluded oasis (i only wish the beach was totally private...but alas all beaches are public so...the shaded tree right at the beachfront on the property was a popular place for people to park it right in front of the house, which sometimes wasn't ideal, but that isn't the fault of the villa)
the grounds are PERFECTLY landscaped, the views seem almost pretend they are so brilliant and blue, everything in the villa is top of the line and beautifully maintained.
and ...one night we had a personal chef CRAIG MCNEIL to the house to cook for us. i could not recommend HIM more and ...i found him by way of a couple different recommendations that started directly with the villa owner...so...yet another amazing example of how the entire team was working to make our time there so wonderful.
stay here. book it. NOW."
