  • Perfect Vacation

"My family was truly blessed to have this home for our vacation. The pictures are great but when you arrive the home is even better. Our flight was delayed and Dinesh or Julian went to the grocery store and purchased breakfast items so we didn't have to. Julian met us at the airport and was more than helpful the whole time we were there. The security at night was very reassuring but we were not worried about that anyway, we felt very safe. Meg, the owner of this beautiful home was very helpful before and after our vacation. I am in agreement with all the reviews I have read, You could not ask for a better home to have your perfect vacation. The beach was wonderful and the Lani was an added extra that none of the other houses on that beach had. We did not want to leave, and if I owned that property I probably wouldn't. We will definitely return to this home in the future if we are able to book a opening. You do need to rent a vehicle at this home, unless you use a taxi or do not plan to leave the property. I have no complaints at all only to say this was one of the best vacations we have had."

  • Harbor house

"This is are third trip back to sapodilla bay, but this is the first year we rented 2 houses. We could not ask for a better owner of a house rental then Patrick and Trem. Unfortunately we hit a tropical storm on the first part of the vacation, where we were on house arrest LOL because of all the flooding on the roads. Patrick could not of been of more help in our time of need, he made my family and friends feel very safe and secure about the situation and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during this time. His kindness with the support of Scott ( the other house home owner) made for the most memorable evening of the trip when they took us out for dinner and drinks at the conch bar and were kind enough to pick up the whole tab for me and my family and friends. Just wanted to give everyone a little background of how nice and important it is to have great homeowners. As for Patrick's home, it is so adurable and so pristine with all of the state of the art appliances and a pool to die for. This house is ideal for two young couples or a family with small children. Patrick and Trem thank you again for everything and we will see you in two years Michael & Patti Long Island"

  • Back for the second time....cannot wait until our third!

"We were here as a family in 2010 for one week. We came back for two weeks this time in order to host our son's intimate, family only bar mitzvah on the beach one week then enjoy a second week for ourselves. What an amazing experience it has been and once again, the house and setting were perfect. Scott and Sheree have added a beautiful tiki hut, paddle boards and kayaks for our enjoyment...which we used almost daily. The sunset views from the house are unmatched on this beach and we discovered that we are in the most ideal spot for shelling as well since the shells come to the center of the bay beach. Danesh, Julian and the rest of the management team were superstars, leaving us small things like fresh fruit, water and toiletries, things that we took for granted until we learned that other rentals don't do the same. We will be back AND next time we will take a Potcake (the incredibly sweet feral dogs that roam the island) from the Potcake rescue home with us!"

  • Beautiful View!

"My family of six stayed here for a week. It was my husband, myself, my mother, brother and my 17 year old son and his 17 year old girlfriend. The view was absolutely gorgeous! The water was a beautiful color. We spent all of our time outside. The gazebo was our living room from about 6am until 10 or 11pm. This was partly because of the view and partly because it was to hot in the house. The house was very nice and very clean but it was so hot during the day that it was almost unbearable. The only air conditioning is in the bedrooms and as others have mentioned you can only use a certain amount before they charge you. It would have been helpful to know about how many hours you could run it. The kayaks were a huge asset. The teenagers went out every day. One day they went all the way to Taylor Bay. Nice that they provide Snorkel equipment. We did the pontoon snorkel on Chalk Sound (leaves from Las Brisas). Chalk Sound is beautiful. Best restaurant we ate at was Las Brisas for dinner. We snorkeled Bight Reef in front of Coral Gardens on Grace Bay 2 mornings and it was amazing. Saw sea turtles, lots of large parrot fish, yellow tail snapper etc. Go early (8:30am) you will have the reef to yourself then have breakfast at Somewhere Cafe right in front of the reef. Fantastic breakfast at a very reasonable price. Wish someone had warned us about the airport. Flying in was fine but out was awful. So hot in there and they cram about 400 people in a space with 200 chairs. I think maybe summer is not the season to visit weather wise. All that said - the property was beautiful and house was great."
