"The cottage was cute and clean. We did enjoy the screened in porch for our breakfast. We were amazed at everything they supplied for the beach. I wouldn't call it luxurious but it was very nice for our first week in Providenciales. Unfortunately, the dogs were so loud in the night. It did effect our sleep even though I wear earplugs.
Of course we new it wasn't close to the beach so we rented a car. That gave us the opportunity to visit the most amazing beaches. Taylor Bay, Long Bay Beach, Grace Bay and Sapodilla Bay were all beautiful.
If you don't mind not being on the beach and you are ok with having a tiny place this is a nicely decorated and clean cottage that is great for the price."

"We spent a week at Reef Residences. It is less expensive that the nearby beachfront hotels. They have a good area on the beach with their own chairs and the walk to the beach is only about 100 yards.
The staff were great, always friendly and helpful.
The room is nice, but not luxurious. The furniture was a little worn but not too bad, and the kitchen had the basics needed for the week. There was a very nice small courtyard area for the room.
You can use taxis, but they can be expensive. If you want to be able to go to restaurants and the grocery store easily, it is best to rent a car."

"My wife and I spent five great days at Hilltop Villa overlooking Chalk Sound in February of 2015. The house sits on the highest spot in the development which gives it nice views from the deck of Chalk Sound. It also exposes the house to breezes that eliminates the need for air conditioning. The hill, however, also exposes the back of the house to views and sounds of the shipping harbor. You are just a very short walk from Sapodilla Bay which is a nice beach for both swimming and sunbathing.
The house is nicely appointed and obviously well cared for. The kayaks are an added bonus for trips on Chalk Sound.
If this house were directly on the Sound as opposed to being across the street from it, the rent would probably be twice as much. If you can get over that location shortfall, this house is a great bargain on an island short on bargains. One word of caution for women, there is no hair dryer. That is probably the only thing lacking in an otherwise well equipped home. I would readily recommend this house, but a car is a must for any house on the southern side of the Island."

"We have travelled to many Caribbean destinations, Hawaii and South East Asia and Turks is the best place on earth in our opinion.
The Ryder Retreat was perfect for our family of (2 adults and 2 children). The pool was awesome, the house was clean and well equipped and the yard is amazing. My husband and I enjoyed the gym every morning then a refreshing swim. The house is only 5 minutes from everything by car.
We will definitely come back to the Ryder Retreat.
Thanks Ryder family for sharing your home with us!"
