  • Wonderful vacation rental!

"Casita Sirena is a fantastic vacation rental! My mom and I really lucked out to rent from such incredibly kind people. Marsha and Richard were extremely welcoming and informative into all aspects of the island. Their dogs Coral and Charlie were adorable and very friendly as well. We grew quite attached to them. The property was great... nice and secluded but very close to the beach. Everything that you could need is there for you. The pool was a big plus to cool off after each day's excursions. We spent some time getting to know Marsha and Richard and some of their friends. If you want privacy, you can have it, but they are people worth getting to know."

  • Amazing Experience!!!

"This condo has everything you can think of! The proximity to the beach is less than a 5 minute walk to the famous Grace Bay beach. The property is well maintained and Mel was extra helpful during our arrival. The unit is in pristine condition! It has everything you need! The kitchen is well equipped, if you want to make a Thanksgiving dinner you can. All you need is food in the fridge and you're good to go! I highly recommend this unit , I will definitely be coming back!"

  • A GREAT Experience!

"This was our 6th trip to Turks and Caicos, our second time at the Villa Renaissance, and our first time in condo 102. Look no further, this is everything you could possibly want. The condo was beautiful and the location is ideal. I would only like to add that the people who work here, Shereen, Gorgeous, and Bentley for example, add that special touch to everyday. You quickly come to think of them as friends! We did encounter a small problem with the washing machine. I called Mel and within 10 minutes someone from maintenance was at my door. The problem was fixed immediately! Thank you to everyone at the Villa Renaissance for making our vacation perfect! We'll be back!!!"

  • Paradise!

"Our family (two children - 6, 3) stayed at beautiful Villa Renaissance during March break and had an excellent time. The property itself , which has a breathtaking ocean view that you can enjoy by sitting on a large patio, is beautiful, very clean, very well maintained and conveniently located in Salt Mills. You can walk to many delicious restaurants, cafes and shops around you. For an island where taxis are quite expensive it is a very important factor to consider. In addition, there is a big grocery store within a walking distance, with great variety of food. Everything is amazing about this condo, which is very reasonably priced for the "package" it offers. Hurry up to book it, as it gets booked very fast. We are looking forward for our stay next year. Thank you, Bill!"

Providenciales Travel Tips

Providenciales Vacation Rentals on 38 Square Miles of Bliss

Getting to Providenciales vacation rentals could not be easier. The island is home to the region’s only international airport. While it is the major resort area of the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is just 38 square miles. But those 38 square miles are a vacation paradise! Once you arrive for your Providenciales travel, venture to between the islands to discover each island’s unique characteristics. With a base in Providenciales, there are plenty of opportunities to take day trips out to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful and tranquil area. It is close in distance to many major U.S. destinations, making it an ideal vacation for Americans. Temperatures here are constant throughout the year with averages between the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with little humidity and rain. Although the islands are British territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar.

As recently as the 1960s, there were no cars on the islands. Now, visitors can hire a 4x4 Jeep to make exploring all those out-of-the-way places easy. Another great option is to use the Gecko Shuttle, operating from Grace Bay. Be sure to buy your token before you board.

Stay at Providenciales Villas on the Beaches and Discover Paradise

Provo, as it is called locally, is the most developed of the islands, with resorts, golf courses and casinos. When asked, many visitors say they come for the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are beautiful but there is much more to Provo that that! Such as the unique Caicos Banks, an undersea pillar that comes from the depths of the ocean to within 30 to 50 feet of the surface. This bank provides safe inshore waters, just perfect for snorkeling, swimming and boating. Outside of the bank is a treacherous reef notorious for wrecking ships which makes for great diving and deep sea fishing.

There are a few tips to be aware of when hitting the beaches here. All the beaches are free and public, including those by hotels and private homes. Most of the coastline is part of the national park, and fishing is not allowed from the beach. There are a huge variety of watersports for visitors, including jet skiing, jet boating, skiff boating, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips, parasailing, banana boats, semi-submarine trips, kiteboarding, and windsurfing. If you're ready to try something more than snorkeling but not quite ready to try diving, try snuba!

Meet the World’s Only Performing Conch!

For the days when the beach doesn’t beckon, there are golf and miniature golf, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jogging and soccer; you can also wander the miles of beach searching for shells and driftwood. Beach-combing can be one of the most delightful ways to spend a leisurely morning at Northwest Point. Here, the pounding surf brings new treasures with every wave. Then, of course, there are a variety of sights and attractions scattered around Provo. Try a visit to the Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins, explore the spectacular caves and rock carvings at Sapodilla Hill and West Harbor Bluff, and sample the local beer with a visit to Turks Head Microbrewery and the world’s only conch farm at Caicos Conch Farm. Make sure to see the live show featuring some trained conchs!
