  • Condo and TC(Providenciales) is for people to be alone.

"We were in this condo from December 28, 2014 until January 10, 2015. The condo itself was what we expected, except one thing - it was 25-30 minutes walking distance to IGA Graceway store. Not really possible to walk with all your purchases. You have to take a taxi or rent a car. The taxi from Craceway IGA cost us $20. Kitchen in condo has everything you need for cooking. Condo WIFI wasn’t very fast for a first few days and I was connecting to somebody else’s wifi. But after that it was good. I was even able to download some programs. Without an internet I cannot imagine our life in TC. We connected to our friends and relatives using Skype when we got bored :) Beach was 10-15 minutes walking distance away. It depends what way you’ll choose to get there. At the beach you most likely will be alone. I guess this is why people go there. Owner Joseph was good to communicate with. Fast to answer our questions. His aero bed was very helpful for us. Definitely 3-4 people can stay in this condo. Queen bed in the bedroom was kind of squeaky and hard to move without bothering another person. I would definitely recommend it to somebody who doesn’t want to see or talk to anybody. Who wants to be alone. It’s very quiet place. The only way to go is first floor. There are no elevators in this condominium. Also this condo can be accessed from 2 different entrances. One is the hill side and other is where the parking is. Make sure you tell a taxi driver where to go otherwise hi will take you where that hill is. We had to carry all luggage up to the room. Same happened with groceries. Overall this condo is in a good location. We have rented a car and did see all island and now can compare what we saw. If you don’t want to pay $1500 a night than this is your place."

  • Wonderful stay in paradise

"We recently enjoyed two amazing weeks at Villa Mirabelle. We stayed with another young family - this was the perfect place to stay with small children. We were greeted at the airport and guided by the property managers to the house. There was fresh fruit awaiting us, which the kids really appreciated. The house is tastefully appointed and very comfortable. It looks even better in person than in the photos. The outdoor living space is perfect and the pool is quite large with lots of toys for the kids. The beach is gorgeous and the gentle slope is great for kids. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. The kitchen was stocked with enough basic condiments and spices that it made cooking meals easy. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again!!"

  • February 2015

"I have been traveling to Provo on and off for twenty years and stayed at different places all over the island. Tuscany W301 was the best condo I have stayed at on Grace Bay hands down. The view was second to none and was furnished beautifully and made you feel right at home. The Tuscany staff were very friendly and did everything to make you feel welcome. Although Tuscany has no restaurant the Ocean Club Cabana Bar and Grill was only a few steps away and was very good. I highly recomend the Tuscany. I will be back!!!!!"

  • Super beach home on lovely beach!

"Love this home! We travel to a lot of islands and Turks & Caicos is our favorite and this house is fantastic! Very private and also close to all the action. Huge private property and a classic old Caribbean house. Clean and well maintained and right on the beach. Long Bay beach is really beautiful and private. We saw only a few people a day and this was high season. Definitely recommend this home and would like to visit again. Thanks!"

Providenciales Travel Tips

Providenciales Vacation Rentals on 38 Square Miles of Bliss

Getting to Providenciales vacation rentals could not be easier. The island is home to the region’s only international airport. While it is the major resort area of the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is just 38 square miles. But those 38 square miles are a vacation paradise! Once you arrive for your Providenciales travel, venture to between the islands to discover each island’s unique characteristics. With a base in Providenciales, there are plenty of opportunities to take day trips out to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful and tranquil area. It is close in distance to many major U.S. destinations, making it an ideal vacation for Americans. Temperatures here are constant throughout the year with averages between the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with little humidity and rain. Although the islands are British territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar.

As recently as the 1960s, there were no cars on the islands. Now, visitors can hire a 4x4 Jeep to make exploring all those out-of-the-way places easy. Another great option is to use the Gecko Shuttle, operating from Grace Bay. Be sure to buy your token before you board.

Stay at Providenciales Villas on the Beaches and Discover Paradise

Provo, as it is called locally, is the most developed of the islands, with resorts, golf courses and casinos. When asked, many visitors say they come for the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are beautiful but there is much more to Provo that that! Such as the unique Caicos Banks, an undersea pillar that comes from the depths of the ocean to within 30 to 50 feet of the surface. This bank provides safe inshore waters, just perfect for snorkeling, swimming and boating. Outside of the bank is a treacherous reef notorious for wrecking ships which makes for great diving and deep sea fishing.

There are a few tips to be aware of when hitting the beaches here. All the beaches are free and public, including those by hotels and private homes. Most of the coastline is part of the national park, and fishing is not allowed from the beach. There are a huge variety of watersports for visitors, including jet skiing, jet boating, skiff boating, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips, parasailing, banana boats, semi-submarine trips, kiteboarding, and windsurfing. If you're ready to try something more than snorkeling but not quite ready to try diving, try snuba!

Meet the World’s Only Performing Conch!

For the days when the beach doesn’t beckon, there are golf and miniature golf, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jogging and soccer; you can also wander the miles of beach searching for shells and driftwood. Beach-combing can be one of the most delightful ways to spend a leisurely morning at Northwest Point. Here, the pounding surf brings new treasures with every wave. Then, of course, there are a variety of sights and attractions scattered around Provo. Try a visit to the Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins, explore the spectacular caves and rock carvings at Sapodilla Hill and West Harbor Bluff, and sample the local beer with a visit to Turks Head Microbrewery and the world’s only conch farm at Caicos Conch Farm. Make sure to see the live show featuring some trained conchs!
