  • Perfect Place!

"Staying at many private homes around the world, we have never felt so welcomed as at Casa de Isle. Debbie and Dan went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was immaculate. And the location! It was so close to Taylor Bay, the loveliest beach on the island. A couple of things to mention that made it extra great: a big cooler of filtered water (tap water is potable but not too tasty), a place to rinse the sand off so the house and pool don't get sandy, a nice clothes line to hang beach towels in a breezy spot, a saltwater pool (so much nicer than chlorine!), a kitchen you could truly cook in, and a great gas BBQ grill on the deck, AC in the lower bedrooms. We didn't need it most nights due to the cool breeze, but great to have. Kid stuff- a little cot bed our four-year-old loved, plenty of beach toys and floats, puzzles and games. I can't say enough great things about this beautiful home, and we are so grateful that we were able to stay at Case de Isle. Thanks a million Debbie and Dan!"

  • Beautiful!

"We absolutely loved our stay in this unit. This was our 4th trip to Provo in 2 years and our 3rd stay at the Regent Grand. It is a beautiful property in an ideal location on Grace Bay beach. It is also in a great location for close proximity to restaurants and shops. The property and pool are immaculate. I personally think it's the nicest pool of all the GB properties. The staff are wonderful. We find it to be a little more quiet than the other properties so it is ideal for couples or families. The unit is beautifully decorated, spacious and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The balcony/terrace is large and has a fantastic view of Grace Bay. The owners were easy to deal with and extremely helpful with providing information and answering questions. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again. We had a fantastic vacation and can't wait to return."

  • Perfect vacation

"We loved this condo! We have 2 teenage boys and this was the perfect set up. The balcony is great, looks out over the beautiful water. We spent lots of time on the beach, in the hammock area and the boys along with their 4 cousins found the best way to get good wifi connection was right outside the Reception Office!! The condo had everything you could want. My only suggestion would be a pizza cutter and potato peeler. Other than that we had everything we needed. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and it was fully stocked with necessities. Great location, we went to both resorts on either side of us for drinks. Grace Bay Club is beautiful and George is great at the bar there. We had a fabulous time with my sister and her family, she was in a 3/4 bedroom unit. It was great having the cousins so close to each other, not over crowded, nice and quiet."

  • Found our new "home"!

"This was our third stay at Villa Renaissance and our first stay in this condo. Mel from Allied Management arrived right around the same time that we did. She unlocked the door, we walked in and wow - we fell in love. This condo is beautiful, functional and feels like home. All of the little things are thought of here - a small cooler for the beach, bug spray, sunscreen, take out menus from a ton of different restaurants, a pad and pen for notes, a gallon of water for your stay cold in the refrigerator. The condo is decorated elegantly but comfortably. The living area and kitchen are in one large area together and quite spacious. The furniture is comfortable and there is everything in the kitchen that you would need if you want to cook meals. The bedroom is a good size with lots of closet space for clothes and shoes, and the bathroom is huge with a shower, a large vanity with two sinks, lots of large, thick towels. On to the pool area - quiet and elegant and nice to sit and read a book by. The beach - as always, stunning. In our three stays here, there has always been enough umbrellas and chairs for all guests which is such a plus. My favorite thing to do is bring a floatie (and if you don't bring one, there are floaties that others have left in a big brown box on the walkway to the beach) and float from VR down to Point Grace, get out, walk back and do it again. It's the best way to spend an afternoon being a beach bum We saw a ton of starfish to the right of the hotel. Quick note on starfish - please do not take them out of the water and handle them. They die quickly when they are out of the water. Thanks. The staff - always smiling, always ready to help in anyway. The location of Villa Renaissance makes it one of the most centrally located resorts on Grace Bay, with a ton of restaurants in all price points within short walking distance, plus lots of shopping as well. We always rent a car, but if you don't want to, feel comfortable knowing that you are well located here. So now as I sit here to write this review, I'm trying to figure out when we can return. Hopefully it will be soon and we will definitely book this condo at Villa Renaissance again."

Providenciales Travel Tips

Providenciales Vacation Rentals on 38 Square Miles of Bliss

Getting to Providenciales vacation rentals could not be easier. The island is home to the region’s only international airport. While it is the major resort area of the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is just 38 square miles. But those 38 square miles are a vacation paradise! Once you arrive for your Providenciales travel, venture to between the islands to discover each island’s unique characteristics. With a base in Providenciales, there are plenty of opportunities to take day trips out to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful and tranquil area. It is close in distance to many major U.S. destinations, making it an ideal vacation for Americans. Temperatures here are constant throughout the year with averages between the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with little humidity and rain. Although the islands are British territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar.

As recently as the 1960s, there were no cars on the islands. Now, visitors can hire a 4x4 Jeep to make exploring all those out-of-the-way places easy. Another great option is to use the Gecko Shuttle, operating from Grace Bay. Be sure to buy your token before you board.

Stay at Providenciales Villas on the Beaches and Discover Paradise

Provo, as it is called locally, is the most developed of the islands, with resorts, golf courses and casinos. When asked, many visitors say they come for the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are beautiful but there is much more to Provo that that! Such as the unique Caicos Banks, an undersea pillar that comes from the depths of the ocean to within 30 to 50 feet of the surface. This bank provides safe inshore waters, just perfect for snorkeling, swimming and boating. Outside of the bank is a treacherous reef notorious for wrecking ships which makes for great diving and deep sea fishing.

There are a few tips to be aware of when hitting the beaches here. All the beaches are free and public, including those by hotels and private homes. Most of the coastline is part of the national park, and fishing is not allowed from the beach. There are a huge variety of watersports for visitors, including jet skiing, jet boating, skiff boating, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips, parasailing, banana boats, semi-submarine trips, kiteboarding, and windsurfing. If you're ready to try something more than snorkeling but not quite ready to try diving, try snuba!

Meet the World’s Only Performing Conch!

For the days when the beach doesn’t beckon, there are golf and miniature golf, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jogging and soccer; you can also wander the miles of beach searching for shells and driftwood. Beach-combing can be one of the most delightful ways to spend a leisurely morning at Northwest Point. Here, the pounding surf brings new treasures with every wave. Then, of course, there are a variety of sights and attractions scattered around Provo. Try a visit to the Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins, explore the spectacular caves and rock carvings at Sapodilla Hill and West Harbor Bluff, and sample the local beer with a visit to Turks Head Microbrewery and the world’s only conch farm at Caicos Conch Farm. Make sure to see the live show featuring some trained conchs!
