  • Outstanding Home with Excellent Location

"Our week at Oceanview Villa was one we'll remember for a long time. The villa is very well designed, and worked great for two families and 10 guests. We really enjoyed the views of Grace Bay, and everyone liked relaxing by the pool. The location is excellent, as it is within a 10 to 15 minute drive of many great spots in Provo. The guest directory provided was extremely helpful, and it includes a list of the top things to see and do. We completed almost all of them, making this one of our best Caribbean vacations ever. Our most memorable day was spent on an Ocean Vibes charter, snorkeling and swimming, with a crew that made everything both fun and informative. Don't miss the Thursday fish fry at the park, it was a very fun activity that the young people in our family are still talking about (live music and dancing, good food, a very fun environment). You can't go wrong with a visit to this villa, and Katherine works hard to make sure your stay is outstanding."

  • Paradise Found

"Perfect house to escape the hustle of the more crowded Grace Bay. Roads are a challenge but once you arrive it's worth it. An early issue with a water pump but it was quickly corrected by the property manager. Brought a massage therapist out from a local spa and spent most days enjoying the infinity pool, hottub and constant cool breeze. Never even needed the air conditioning . Will definitely book this property again."

  • Incredible offeringes at Casita Sirena

"We had a marvelous time at Casita Sirena & visiting the islands surrounding. There is plenty of privacy if you want to just chill, sleep in, go for quiet walks on a very private beach while gazing out at the beautiful crystal clear blue waters or hang poolside to enjoy lounging or grilling out. The Ferry is nearby to go to the North & Middle Caicos areas that offer some extraordinary adventure through caves and various trails, delightful eatery by the Sea "Daniel's Cafe" and sights (Mudjin Harbor) or if you prefer, hang back in Provo for some local fun at the Thursday Fish Fry or indulge in a delightful Conch meal at any of the various restaurants along Grace Bay. A short distance away Chalk Sound is a lovely area and offers enchanting views but very family friendly for little ones due to the safety of the shallow waters. An amazing part of the trip was joining friends on a sailboat for an all day excursion, the sights are extraordinary from that perspective. The best part of the trip was spent with the owners Marsha & Richard working at the coral nursery that she as a marine ecologist so lovingly tends to. We can't wait for the launch of the "adopt a coral" program. We are eager to support this wonderful program. Over 8 days, we covered a lot of ground but there is so much more to see and do next time. I highly recommend this property and suggest you bring along as many "staples" you can if you would like to keep your food costs down so you can split the difference between going on an excursion or dining beachside with a bottle of wine."

  • Perfect location! Perfect condo!

"What an awesome time I had in Turks & Caicos! This is my third time visiting the island, the first to George's condo. The location was great, very easily walkable along the beach to many different restaurants and close to the Salt Mills Shops and IGA grocery store. This was a girls trip with my Mom and we had a blast! The condo was perfect for us. Clean, neat, and all of the amenities we needed for a week. Even with having just a kitchenette, it had everything we needed to make simple breakfasts and lunches as well. Helped save us money on food too :) The condo had a comfy bed, lots of towels to use, a nice sized patio, a safe in the closet, and even a W&D if you needed it, it was perfect! George was super helpful with all of our correspondence and gave me some great recommendations to car rentals, adventure tours and restaurants. I hadn't rented a car on that island before but I used George's recommendation and it was perfect. Grace Bay Car Rentals - they dropped the car off to us in the morning at the resort and picked it up the next day! So easy! We just used it for the day to go to the other side of the island to see Taylor Bay, Sapodilla Bay and then made our way to Da Conch Shack for lunch and then out to dinner that night. Way cheaper than taxis. The Alexandra property was very nice too, nice meals at their onsite property (Mango Reef) plus 2 bars, large pool, plenty of beach chairs with umbrellas and lots of free water toys to use at the beach. I only went into the pool once, but with the ocean like Grace Bay, who needs a pool?! :) I've traveled to many Caribbean Islands and the Turks & Caicos island chain (Provo in particular) has the best beaches around. I'll definitely book George's condo again! And hopefully soon, I'm already missing that amazing clear aqua blue water."

Providenciales Travel Tips

Providenciales Vacation Rentals on 38 Square Miles of Bliss

Getting to Providenciales vacation rentals could not be easier. The island is home to the region’s only international airport. While it is the major resort area of the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is just 38 square miles. But those 38 square miles are a vacation paradise! Once you arrive for your Providenciales travel, venture to between the islands to discover each island’s unique characteristics. With a base in Providenciales, there are plenty of opportunities to take day trips out to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful and tranquil area. It is close in distance to many major U.S. destinations, making it an ideal vacation for Americans. Temperatures here are constant throughout the year with averages between the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with little humidity and rain. Although the islands are British territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar.

As recently as the 1960s, there were no cars on the islands. Now, visitors can hire a 4x4 Jeep to make exploring all those out-of-the-way places easy. Another great option is to use the Gecko Shuttle, operating from Grace Bay. Be sure to buy your token before you board.

Stay at Providenciales Villas on the Beaches and Discover Paradise

Provo, as it is called locally, is the most developed of the islands, with resorts, golf courses and casinos. When asked, many visitors say they come for the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are beautiful but there is much more to Provo that that! Such as the unique Caicos Banks, an undersea pillar that comes from the depths of the ocean to within 30 to 50 feet of the surface. This bank provides safe inshore waters, just perfect for snorkeling, swimming and boating. Outside of the bank is a treacherous reef notorious for wrecking ships which makes for great diving and deep sea fishing.

There are a few tips to be aware of when hitting the beaches here. All the beaches are free and public, including those by hotels and private homes. Most of the coastline is part of the national park, and fishing is not allowed from the beach. There are a huge variety of watersports for visitors, including jet skiing, jet boating, skiff boating, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips, parasailing, banana boats, semi-submarine trips, kiteboarding, and windsurfing. If you're ready to try something more than snorkeling but not quite ready to try diving, try snuba!

Meet the World’s Only Performing Conch!

For the days when the beach doesn’t beckon, there are golf and miniature golf, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jogging and soccer; you can also wander the miles of beach searching for shells and driftwood. Beach-combing can be one of the most delightful ways to spend a leisurely morning at Northwest Point. Here, the pounding surf brings new treasures with every wave. Then, of course, there are a variety of sights and attractions scattered around Provo. Try a visit to the Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins, explore the spectacular caves and rock carvings at Sapodilla Hill and West Harbor Bluff, and sample the local beer with a visit to Turks Head Microbrewery and the world’s only conch farm at Caicos Conch Farm. Make sure to see the live show featuring some trained conchs!
