  • AMAZING.... LOCATION LOCATION

"I have been staying here for years. Best location on island, you can walk out your door and be right on the beach. Great beach side bar for food and drinks. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. All the units are keep very clean and have all the stuff you might need. I travel with my young son so safety is very important to me. There is a security guard all day and night, I have never had to worry about it. I would recommend Leanne and Coral Gardens to anyone!!!"

  • TCI Discovery Bay

"We always enjoy visiting TCI. This time we tried staying in the Discovery Bay area. The rental needs a little bit of tlc but was clean and well located. The staff were friendly and available when needed. It was nice to have beach chairs, umbrella etc available to use as we spent almost every day at the various beaches. Our only complaints which is out of control of the owners was the dogs barking at night, the construction next door and the planes passing by. We would consider returning."

  • Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Views!

"We rented this condo in February for a trip away with another couple. The condo was fantastic! It was very comfortable and spacious for 4 people. This was also one of the few we found that had 2 King beds. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the view. Being able to open the sliding wall is amazing. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. Don was at the condo waiting for us and gave us all the information we needed. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. All of them had a smile on their face whenever we saw them. It is very easy to get back and forth from the beach and the pool. The location was great. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. There is a variety of restaurants that should satisfy everyone. The grocery store is also within walking distance. We felt very comfortable walking around the area. We did not use the spa, but the workout room was convenient. The pool bar was not open. Not sure if it will open again from other reviews I've seen, but it would be nice if they decide to add that to their offerings. We would definitely consider staying here again with family or friends. I'm ready to go back!"

  • Gorgeous! Can't wait to come back!

"This was our second stay at Villa Renaissance, first time in this unit and it is absolutely gorgeous! The unit was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. The view from the villa is so pretty that it almost looks fake. The water of Grace Bay truly is turquoise. This is a first floor unit so in addition to the standad patio we also had a patio with two chaise lounges and direct access to the boardwalk to the beach. One afternoon the wind kicked up at the beach and we came up to the villa and spent the afternoon in the loungers, perfect! The location of Villa Renaissance is great for walking to the store(Graceway Gourmet). Smoothies from Giggles ice cream (just a short walk past the Seven Stars roundabout) are a must have along with morning walks down to Caicos Bakery for their fresh made donuts. Big Als in the Saltmills has the best burgers (and they will deliver), Coco Bistro is a favorite for dinner and Hemmingways at the Sands resort is a beautiful beach walk away for a great breakfast or dinner. Allied management manages both units that we have rented and they have been a pleasure to work with! We are looking forward to returning next year."

Providenciales Travel Tips

Providenciales Vacation Rentals on 38 Square Miles of Bliss

Getting to Providenciales vacation rentals could not be easier. The island is home to the region’s only international airport. While it is the major resort area of the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is just 38 square miles. But those 38 square miles are a vacation paradise! Once you arrive for your Providenciales travel, venture to between the islands to discover each island’s unique characteristics. With a base in Providenciales, there are plenty of opportunities to take day trips out to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful and tranquil area. It is close in distance to many major U.S. destinations, making it an ideal vacation for Americans. Temperatures here are constant throughout the year with averages between the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with little humidity and rain. Although the islands are British territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar.

As recently as the 1960s, there were no cars on the islands. Now, visitors can hire a 4x4 Jeep to make exploring all those out-of-the-way places easy. Another great option is to use the Gecko Shuttle, operating from Grace Bay. Be sure to buy your token before you board.

Stay at Providenciales Villas on the Beaches and Discover Paradise

Provo, as it is called locally, is the most developed of the islands, with resorts, golf courses and casinos. When asked, many visitors say they come for the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are beautiful but there is much more to Provo that that! Such as the unique Caicos Banks, an undersea pillar that comes from the depths of the ocean to within 30 to 50 feet of the surface. This bank provides safe inshore waters, just perfect for snorkeling, swimming and boating. Outside of the bank is a treacherous reef notorious for wrecking ships which makes for great diving and deep sea fishing.

There are a few tips to be aware of when hitting the beaches here. All the beaches are free and public, including those by hotels and private homes. Most of the coastline is part of the national park, and fishing is not allowed from the beach. There are a huge variety of watersports for visitors, including jet skiing, jet boating, skiff boating, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips, parasailing, banana boats, semi-submarine trips, kiteboarding, and windsurfing. If you're ready to try something more than snorkeling but not quite ready to try diving, try snuba!

Meet the World’s Only Performing Conch!

For the days when the beach doesn’t beckon, there are golf and miniature golf, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jogging and soccer; you can also wander the miles of beach searching for shells and driftwood. Beach-combing can be one of the most delightful ways to spend a leisurely morning at Northwest Point. Here, the pounding surf brings new treasures with every wave. Then, of course, there are a variety of sights and attractions scattered around Provo. Try a visit to the Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins, explore the spectacular caves and rock carvings at Sapodilla Hill and West Harbor Bluff, and sample the local beer with a visit to Turks Head Microbrewery and the world’s only conch farm at Caicos Conch Farm. Make sure to see the live show featuring some trained conchs!
