  • Great Condo Great Vacation

"Gurvinder and Shehab are very nice property owners to work with. They have good moral standards and genuinely care about the comfort of your stay. This is VERY important when renting properties by owner because you are subject to the individuals rules and judgement. They are very fair, reasonable and helpful people. The condo itself is VERY clean and roomy. There was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The air conditioner worked well (important in Turks & Caicos) and there were fans in the bedrooms. I liked that there were also TV’s in each bedroom. After a day of fun and sun, we enjoyed crashing in our beds with the tube on for a little while. The kitchen was a great size and great to cook in. The balcony had comfortable chairs. The staff at Ocean Club West is very friendly. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. There were PLENTY of lounge chairs both on the beach and at the pool everyday. Ocean club provides towels and water for their guests. Plus there is a nice bar and grill by the pool that is reasonably priced. Oh, I also liked that there were pails, shovels and floats in the closet at the condo for us to use. Overall I would say our experience was a great one and I absolutely recommend Gurvinder and Shehab’s condo. You won’t regret it."

  • Awe Inspiring!!

"Our family returned to Villa Renaissance in T & C because we had such an amazing stay 3 years ago that we had to return! We love the fully equipped and spacious condo- which fit our family of 5 perfectly! The view is amazing and the beach just paces away from the veranda. Villa Renaissance has a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere- whether is be lounging at the pool or relaxing at the beach. The staff is amazing and very helpful- especially Mel- who is second to none. I would recommend this property to anyone because they will not be disappointed."

  • Great property in a great location

"Just came back from a week spent at Provo. The Room was fine overall with all the amenities of a rented condo: fully stocked kitchen, cable tv and internet access, etc. I wish a couple of items were improved - very insignificant in the overall picture. 1. Wireless internet was barely useful due to slow speed and line congestion. As a result Skype was barely functional in the room, same for Netflix streaming and the like. Up/down speeds avged at 1.5mb up and down. On the positive side a 4 port router is provided in the room so a network cable could be used to plug in directly and improve the connection somewhat. Also the room only has 2 coffee mugs. At least 4 would have been useful on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, Provo is Provo and the overall experience of the vacation is hard to spoil as long as the weather cooperates."

  • Absolutely Amazing!

"This well appointed suite has the feel of a luxury hotel, with the amenities of home. From the designer decor to the monogrammed linens, no detail has been overlooked. We stayed for nine days in January 2015 and our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Everything that was promised was delivered. The suite and location are exactly as described and the beach was more beautiful than we imagined. The owner is extremely easy to work with and we appreciated his open communication and prompt replies. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone thinking about coming to the Grace Bay area. The full kitchen allowed us to cook several meals, while the supreme location meant we had our choice of at least a dozen restaurants to visit. The grocery store is a very short walk away and there were several shops nearby. Book this suite! You will not regret it!"

Providenciales Travel Tips

Providenciales Vacation Rentals on 38 Square Miles of Bliss

Getting to Providenciales vacation rentals could not be easier. The island is home to the region’s only international airport. While it is the major resort area of the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is just 38 square miles. But those 38 square miles are a vacation paradise! Once you arrive for your Providenciales travel, venture to between the islands to discover each island’s unique characteristics. With a base in Providenciales, there are plenty of opportunities to take day trips out to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful and tranquil area. It is close in distance to many major U.S. destinations, making it an ideal vacation for Americans. Temperatures here are constant throughout the year with averages between the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with little humidity and rain. Although the islands are British territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar.

As recently as the 1960s, there were no cars on the islands. Now, visitors can hire a 4x4 Jeep to make exploring all those out-of-the-way places easy. Another great option is to use the Gecko Shuttle, operating from Grace Bay. Be sure to buy your token before you board.

Stay at Providenciales Villas on the Beaches and Discover Paradise

Provo, as it is called locally, is the most developed of the islands, with resorts, golf courses and casinos. When asked, many visitors say they come for the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are beautiful but there is much more to Provo that that! Such as the unique Caicos Banks, an undersea pillar that comes from the depths of the ocean to within 30 to 50 feet of the surface. This bank provides safe inshore waters, just perfect for snorkeling, swimming and boating. Outside of the bank is a treacherous reef notorious for wrecking ships which makes for great diving and deep sea fishing.

There are a few tips to be aware of when hitting the beaches here. All the beaches are free and public, including those by hotels and private homes. Most of the coastline is part of the national park, and fishing is not allowed from the beach. There are a huge variety of watersports for visitors, including jet skiing, jet boating, skiff boating, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips, parasailing, banana boats, semi-submarine trips, kiteboarding, and windsurfing. If you're ready to try something more than snorkeling but not quite ready to try diving, try snuba!

Meet the World’s Only Performing Conch!

For the days when the beach doesn’t beckon, there are golf and miniature golf, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jogging and soccer; you can also wander the miles of beach searching for shells and driftwood. Beach-combing can be one of the most delightful ways to spend a leisurely morning at Northwest Point. Here, the pounding surf brings new treasures with every wave. Then, of course, there are a variety of sights and attractions scattered around Provo. Try a visit to the Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins, explore the spectacular caves and rock carvings at Sapodilla Hill and West Harbor Bluff, and sample the local beer with a visit to Turks Head Microbrewery and the world’s only conch farm at Caicos Conch Farm. Make sure to see the live show featuring some trained conchs!
