"Fantastic. This is a high quality boutique condo property of only 36 units. It is located on the beach, next to Regent Village, which houses a number of high end shops and restaurants. In fact, there are 10 restaurants within 2 minutes of the front door and the IGA is just a 5 minute walk away. You do not need a car if you stay here. The unit is well equipped and very clean. The views from the balcony are special. The staff of the property and the management company were very friendly and helpful. The beach is one of the nicest we have ever seen. The water is clear, warm, and, generally, calm. And, when you tire of the beach, the pool is waiting for you. Because of the size of the property, it never feels crowded. We will be back."

  • Absolutely Loved Everything!

"My husband and I spent our second week at your lovely condo and it could not have been more perfect. The view is spectacular, the condo felt like it was home to us, beach was amazing and the snorkelling was the best we have ever done on the island. Thank you so much for allowing us to "borrow" your piece of paradise. We loved it so much that we are considering buying a condo in the Turks and Caicos. Can't wait until next time!! • Simply Amazing!

"We have been to Provo once before and stayed on Grace bay but this trip we were looking for something different, something away from the tourist areas but close to all the restaurants. We decided on Long Bay and it couldn't not have been a better location. The property is maintained by the owner and it shows. Each morning we were treated to a wonderful meal and that started the rhythm for the day. The weather was perfect and the ocean breeze never made it feel unbearable. The Manager/chef was Bob and having him was delightful. We will be returning to Provo and staying at this property in Long Bay is where we want to be. St Louis Family Dallas Tx"

  • The Perfect Get Away

"Casa Grande was amazing! We loved every minute there. We went with 3 other couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house had everything you could want to do from bike riding to snorkeling and all the pleasures of home. You name it they had it. The beach was beautiful and perfect with white soft sand, right out the back door. The views of the ocean were just as beautiful as the private gardens and walk ways. The food everywhere we went was delicious and fun. The people of the island were friendly. It was safe and perfect! I highly recommend it to everyone! Go have some fun and enjoy life!"

Providenciales Travel Tips

Providenciales Vacation Rentals on 38 Square Miles of Bliss

Getting to Providenciales vacation rentals could not be easier. The island is home to the region’s only international airport. While it is the major resort area of the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is just 38 square miles. But those 38 square miles are a vacation paradise! Once you arrive for your Providenciales travel, venture to between the islands to discover each island’s unique characteristics. With a base in Providenciales, there are plenty of opportunities to take day trips out to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful and tranquil area. It is close in distance to many major U.S. destinations, making it an ideal vacation for Americans. Temperatures here are constant throughout the year with averages between the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with little humidity and rain. Although the islands are British territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar.

As recently as the 1960s, there were no cars on the islands. Now, visitors can hire a 4x4 Jeep to make exploring all those out-of-the-way places easy. Another great option is to use the Gecko Shuttle, operating from Grace Bay. Be sure to buy your token before you board.

Stay at Providenciales Villas on the Beaches and Discover Paradise

Provo, as it is called locally, is the most developed of the islands, with resorts, golf courses and casinos. When asked, many visitors say they come for the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are beautiful but there is much more to Provo that that! Such as the unique Caicos Banks, an undersea pillar that comes from the depths of the ocean to within 30 to 50 feet of the surface. This bank provides safe inshore waters, just perfect for snorkeling, swimming and boating. Outside of the bank is a treacherous reef notorious for wrecking ships which makes for great diving and deep sea fishing.

There are a few tips to be aware of when hitting the beaches here. All the beaches are free and public, including those by hotels and private homes. Most of the coastline is part of the national park, and fishing is not allowed from the beach. There are a huge variety of watersports for visitors, including jet skiing, jet boating, skiff boating, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips, parasailing, banana boats, semi-submarine trips, kiteboarding, and windsurfing. If you're ready to try something more than snorkeling but not quite ready to try diving, try snuba!

Meet the World’s Only Performing Conch!

For the days when the beach doesn’t beckon, there are golf and miniature golf, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jogging and soccer; you can also wander the miles of beach searching for shells and driftwood. Beach-combing can be one of the most delightful ways to spend a leisurely morning at Northwest Point. Here, the pounding surf brings new treasures with every wave. Then, of course, there are a variety of sights and attractions scattered around Provo. Try a visit to the Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins, explore the spectacular caves and rock carvings at Sapodilla Hill and West Harbor Bluff, and sample the local beer with a visit to Turks Head Microbrewery and the world’s only conch farm at Caicos Conch Farm. Make sure to see the live show featuring some trained conchs!
