  • Great house.

"House is amazing. Has everything you need, even emergency generator. Great location. Secluded in rain forest, with beautiful view to ocean. You could dive pretty much from your front yard, and it is great dive sites. We went as two couples and single guy and didn't want to leave. Love this spot. Owners are take care of any inconvenience, even if it is not their fault. You get more than you pay for. Will recommend to any one i know. Thank you guys for making this house warm and welcome for the total strangers :)"

  • Great vacation!

"My husband and I and another couple spent a week at Colony Cove. It was a perfect location for our vacation. We enjoyed the privacy of the condo and all the people were very friendly and extremely helpful. The owners of the condo were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Although we had a plumbing problem on the day of our arrival, Kevin handled it immediately. We enjoyed the sites of St Croix and usually had the pool to ourselves. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends."

  • From Ohio

"Had a great time. The condo just right. The beach was cleaned daily by workers, water was very clear and except for one really rainy day we had sunshine and 80 degree weather. Shopping is expensive; but we located Pueblo Market which was reasonable considering how the merchandise is shipped in. Good restaurants and bad roads made for a great adventure. The scenery from the mountains and Point Udall was amazing. The Island history was sad; but impressive with all of the "ancient" sugar mills, fort, and other buildings hundreds of years old still in good shape."

  • Toucan review

"Description and photos were accurate regarding location and property. Property was clean enough but the place did need some repairs: cannot open all the windows, rotten wood around various windows/doors (which attracts ants), washing machine needs a new dial to select washing program (pliers were supplied but the setting is unclear without the dial), perhaps a new grill would be nice (left side did not function and the right side cooked erratically.) Being a homeowner, I know these things are easily fixed. If the friend or relative were not too fussy, I would definitely recommend this spot. I loved being able to sleep with windows and doors open with the fresh air blowing in and being able to pop into the pool whenever I felt like it. I also loved eating outside beside the pool at breakfast and dinner. The property manager was very nice and personable. We would stay here again."
