"Wow, what a great condo and location. My husband, daughter and son-in-law spent 11 nights at Gail's condo and what a great time we had. The condo was fantastic. The complex staff was friendly and helpful. But I can't talk enough about the view and the fabulous balcony. As others have said this is the best part of the condo and you will find yourself hanging out there and having your meals at every opportunity. The snorkeling on the tire reef just off shore is fantastic too. You will see many varieties of fish, spiny lobsters tucked into the tires and an occasional ray as well. The weather was perfect and the trade winds were blowing much of the time which keeps it from getting to warm. An important note from my perspective is Gail's condo is one of the few that don't have black bars going along the balcony which keeps the view spectacular and unobstructed which cannot be said for most of the condos in this complex, so rent Gail's condo if you want the best view and to be the closest to the water. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for the use of your condo Gail!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Terry was very helpful and accommodating and it was obvious that he's taken great care of this condo. The beds were very comfortable, the couch was large and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We spent each morning out on the balcony, enjoying the breezes and drinking our coffee before taking a walk on the quiet beach to collect coral and shells. I can't say enough about the pool at the condos! Fabulous! Our time ended about a week too early...Thanks Terry for sharing your beautiful island condo with us! We will certainly look forward to returning!
We love St Croix and the first thing we'd recommend is that you rent a car while you're on the island. We've used Centerline and always found them to be terrific! We would recommend taking a day trip out to Buck Island with Big Beard's Adventures for some snorkeling and a great beach barbecue, taking a hike out to the Annaly Tidal Pools through Carambola, hiking out to Isaac's Bay, kayaking with Virgin Kayaks on Salt River Bay, going to Fredericksted on a Cruise Ship Day, snorkeling under the cruise ship pier (on a non-cruise ship day!), checking out the Cruzan Rum Tour and driving out to Sandy Point Beach. There are so many great dining options, but we're about the atmosphere even more than the food: Here are a couple of our favorites: The Palms (next door!), Rumrunners, Fort Christian Brewpub and Angry Nates on the Boardwalk, The Bombay Club in Christiansted, Rowdy Joes for their amazing fish tacos, Off The Wall in Cane Bay and Blue Water Terrace are a couple of our favorites. You can't go wrong on St Croix!"

"Theater on The Beach is thoughtfully, tastefully, furnished. Leslie has done a wonderful job. This was an introductory trip to St. Croix for our group composed of 2 adult couples. The resort was quiet and appeared to be well kept. We had an opportunity to stay 2 nights in another unit prior to our stay in Theater On The Beach and the difference was night and day. The emphasized to us that all condos are not created equal. Grocery stores are close by and is a very decent restaurant on an adjacent property--an easy walk. There are many, many beautiful areas to see in St. Croix so rent a car and see the sights. Go to the numerous wonderful restaurants scattered throughout the island but leave time to get out on the water--warm and inviting. If you are wanting to stay close to Christiansted, this is a good choice-close enough but far enough away from the hub-bub. Leslie's guest books will give all the information you need-where to go, what to see and do and ultimately, how to relax."

"I just got back from sunny St Croix, where I stayed in the sister suite owned by Larry. It was clean, well maintained and beautiful. The view is spectacular and breathtaking. I opened the front door and saw that I was surrounded by beautiful deep green water. This unit is directly on the tip of the island, and I must say that it has the best views of the entire island. The unit is fully equipped, and well maintained. Everything works, and the bed is so comfortable. The price point is very good, and I felt that I received good value. This place is special, a hidden gem. The deck chairs have nice cushions, and are comfortable. You are literally overlooking the water, and I heard the waves at night ( this was divine ). It looks as if the owner, Larry really keeps up with things, as the deck was freshly painted, and the flat screen TV was brand new. The unit is comfortable and unique. The views and ambiance is unbeatable. Simply fantastic. I must also write that dealing with the owner, Larry was a pleasure. He was very good at communication, very professional and I felt as if he really cared about me and the unit. I will definately be back, as everything was positive, beautiful and memorable. While I do not normally write reviews, I had to write about how great this place and Larry is. You should come here and enjoy it the way that I did ! I highly recommend it."
