"The house was nice and open, just as the pictures show. The kitchen is outdoors, covered and away from the house. This allows for you to make meals without disturbing anyone who is relaxing. You also get to see the pool and outside dining area. There is air conditioning in every room in addition to a ceiling fan which is a huge plus. The master bedroom and bedroom above the master have great views with large windows and a balcony. There are plenty of board games to keep the family occupied. You will be a short drive from the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, gas, etc. Michael is definitely a help. Met us at the airport to help direct us to the house and assist with our luggage. He was also helpful suggesting places to go and things to do. The house could use a refresh in terms of paint and décor. We were hit with a bad storm that knocked the power out on day one and the backup generator and water on day two. Michael worked around the clock to rewire the house and was able to get the generator and water back running. In a place like that with such seclusion, streets without clear markings and the occasional bad storm, it definitely helps to have Michael there and easily accessible to help. If you have young children, I would keep in mind that there isn't much space to run around except for by the pool which can be dangerous."
