  • Wonderful View and Great Place for Family and Entertaining

"We had a wonderful time at Vista Paradise! The views of Buck Island are great! It was great to start the day with coffee overlooking the Caribbean sea!. The kitchen was well stocked and open with a view. We loved grilling and eating on the patio and dipping on the pool to cool off. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the layout was great for our four kids. We liked the tucked in secure feel of the long private gated drive. We were very comfortable with our security and location. It is a trek too the western side of the island, but you are very close to everything east of Christiansted. Our hosts were extremely responsive to the few requests we had including delivering a replacement blender in time for some wonderful Mango daiquiries! Be sure and get a rental car and stock up on Cruzan rum and groceries in sunny isle and you'll be set. there are nice beaches by Duggans (and wonderful seafood) and not far from Divi, Snorkeling, sailing, and East end dining. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! It was a great value and experience. Thanks for letting us share your beautiful island home!"

  • Beautiful house for a family vacation!

"We visited St. Croix for a family vacation over the Christmas holidays. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The view of Buck Island was awesome. The house was very clean and the kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home! The house was large enough that the family could hang out together comfortably or spread out for some privacy. It is convenient to Christiansted but far enough out to be quiet and secluded. The Griffiths were very gracious hosts, and were willing to work with us when we ran into a couple of traveling snafus. I hope we can go back again some day. Highly recommended!!"

  • Wonderful Accomodations

"My family of 7 spent a week at Seabreeze and I have to say that we throughly enjoyed it. The house is large and although there was 7 of us, we never felt cramped or that we we stumbling over each other. It was very comfortable and enjoyed by all (aged 4yr to 65). Most activities (shopping, beach, etc.) were only a short drive away and the view is beyond description. It looks like it is right out of a travel magazine. The owner was very accomodating and extremely easy to work with. She seemed willing to do whatever was necessary to insure that we enjoyed ourselves, and this may have been one of the best vacations we've ever had. Definitely would return."

  • Toucan review

"Description and photos were accurate regarding location and property. Property was clean enough but the place did need some repairs: cannot open all the windows, rotten wood around various windows/doors (which attracts ants), washing machine needs a new dial to select washing program (pliers were supplied but the setting is unclear without the dial), perhaps a new grill would be nice (left side did not function and the right side cooked erratically.) Being a homeowner, I know these things are easily fixed. If the friend or relative were not too fussy, I would definitely recommend this spot. I loved being able to sleep with windows and doors open with the fresh air blowing in and being able to pop into the pool whenever I felt like it. I also loved eating outside beside the pool at breakfast and dinner. The property manager was very nice and personable. We would stay here again."

East End Travel Tips

Best Time of Year to Visit East End St. Croix Vacation Rentals

East End St. Croix enjoys a year-round warm tropical climate. This means that there is rarely time of year when you wouldn’t want to visit. The most rain occurs in September and October and tropical storms do blow through on occasion. Aside from that, you can expect warm sunshine all year long. The trade winds provide a cooling breeze and rain showers blow over quickly. Many people visit between December and April to enjoy some tropical sunshine and escape from northern winter climates. The other popular tourist season is during June and July.

If you are a certified diver, you can enjoy diving on some of the best reefs in the world. The pristine diving conditions are just the cherry on top of the beautiful surroundings. The consistent trade winds provide ideal sailing conditions and the many sheltered bays in the US Virgin Islands provide safe natural harbors. In most marinas, you will be able to arrange a private charter to take you island hopping or exploring the coast.
