"We recently returned from eight nights at Blue Tranquility. This condo is right on the beach! We visited a number of resorts and beaches, and none had such proximity to the ocean. It's also a short drive to Christiansted, and groceries are less than a 1/2 mile away. We ate every meal on the gallery, and spent most evenings there as well. The pool was very nice and warm. It was kept very clean. The sugar mill makes it picturesque. We were often the only ones at the pool, although there were plenty of chairs and loungers. The tennis courts were adequate. The beach itself is not the nicest beach as the sand is course, but we used this as an opportunity to beach hop. The whole island was battling sargassum, but the staff tried to clean it up. The condo is well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Resort management was responsive. The owners were quick to reply when we made our reservation. We were very pleased with our stay at Blue Tranquility."

"I am a scuba instructor who runs dive trips throughout the year for customers. We first visited St. Croix last year and fell in love with the island, the diving, and the friends we made. We booked another trip this year, but the house we had originally chosen to go back to was booked out from under us. Luckily, we found Larimar and Michael. From the first email to the day we left, Michael treated us like family. He was there to meet us at the airport when we landed and brought us back to the house. Larimar sits on the north shore, up on the hill overlooking Cane Bay area. The view is fantastic, and you are only a few minute drive from diving the Cane Bay wall. The house is very nice, and you can tell Michael is putting a great deal of work into the place. He was updating and fixing the property while we were there and cannot wait to go back and see all he's done with it. Larimar is centrally located on the island. We found it was a short drive to get to Christiansted, and a slightly longer but very straight shot to get to Frederiksted to dive the pier and go out with N2 The Blue. We had Kiki and the Flaming Gypsies perform for us one evening at the house. If you have not seen a fire show, Kiki and the rest of the group is a sight to behold. We were lucky enough to go out to dinner with them afterward, and they are the greatest, most down to earth group of folks you'd ever want to meet. This house is a great destination for families and for divers wanting to spend time on the island. The house is very nice, the view is perfect, and the host gracious. Michael is always willing to lend a hand or help where needed. A few of our ladies were not divers and wanted to go sightseeing and Michael took them for an afternoon of exploration and history and you can truly tell how much he loves St. Croix and wants to share it with visitors. We're already daydreaming about returning and have several trip goers asking us about a return engagement so we can't wait to head down island again."

"Stayed at Toucan House March 2015 for a week. Very good place to stay in St Croix. Good quiet location with no security issues. Great layout for a two bedroom unit - the teenager's bedroom was well separated from ours! The pool (and everything else) was very clean and well maintained. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach but with a multitude of beaches, all public access and all with their own unique attraction with respect to snorkeling, body surfing, etc. I think the non beachfront location is an advantage. Very close to Point Udall and the hiking path to Isaac's Bay and plenty of nearby great places to eat, drink, and bask in the island pace of life.
Everything from meeting at the airport (in spite of US Air costing us a day of vacation), orienting to the facility, and closing down at the end of the stay was handled superbly. I highly recommend Toucan House and would stay there again without hesitation."

"This is a beautiful property inside and out. Everyone is very friendly and so helpful that you will feel like home and never want to leave. Great snorkeling , and exploring the island is always very exciting. You will know that you are in Paradise the moment you arrive."
