"We just returned from a wonderful week at Lime Tree Villa. This was our first visit to St. Croix and it was very helpful that they arrange for someone to meet us at the airport and a Jeep rental with Centerline. Villa Madeleine is located on the East End of St. Croix and it was very quiet (especially in June). Our family was looking for a place to relax and enjoy each other - Lime Tree Villa provided! The location of this unit is perfect - being at the top and having Buck Island views. I think the location also provided for amazing breezes 24 hours a day. We spent almost our whole week at the pool - it was very private and pool floats and toys are provided! Our son LOVED having the separate bedroom area and of course his parents did too! I'm not sure the separate bedroom layout would work with small children, but with a teenager or another couple it truly is perfect. The bedrooms had AC which we ran at night. Villa Madeleine provides night security and we would see them walking around at night checking on things with a flashlight. This is a plus! Pack light - there is a washer and dryer and we spent most days in our swimsuits.
My husband and 15 year old son played golf at The Reef twice - they loved how quick it was to get to the course ad the friendliest of the staff. We also spent a day at the Buccaneer Resort - I enjoyed the beach while the boys golfed. We did our grocery shopping at Seaside Market and were able to prepare most of our meals at the villa. Yes the kitchen is small, but it is adequate! TLC restaurant at the Villa entrance has yummy homemade bread and great sandwiches and salads.
What a wonderful Island escape for our family! We loved our visit to St. Croix and our stay at Lime Tree."

"We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. This condo had everything we needed to have the best vacation ever! It had coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. So we were able to visit different beaches on the island everyday. Waking up ever morning and having my coffee on the beautiful beach out our front door was incredible. The pool was a great place to relax after our daily adventures. Having a washer/dryer in our unit was a plus. I would totally rent this condo again."

"I can’t remember the last time I was as comfortable staying at a property as I was at Villa Leja. From the high-end gourmet kitchen, to the uninterrupted view of Buck Island (seriously… it’s a post card view, especially when the sail boats pass by) our visit to St. Croix was nothing short of spectacular due in large part to this place. Setting aside the view for a minute you also have to know that the way the property is laid out couldn’t be better. The layout is as follows: Main house is the one close to the water and is nothing short of stunning. As I indicated before it has a gourmet kitchen, it’s very open and spacious and lends itself to having good time by all. Also on the property is a guest house which is quite convenient if you have another couple with you or, like me, you have a daughter who came along and is at the age where she would want her own room if we were at at hotel. This guest house is also quite comfortable and spacious. Between these two homes you have a fantastic swimming pool. Yes, I know the ocean is just a stone’s throw out the front door but there were some moments where the pool was just too convenient and inviting to pass up.
So, that’s the physical property. The other item that warrants my comment here is how prepared I was when I got to St. Croix. During my stay we went snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, ate at wonderful restaurants and so many other things. Had it not been for the property owners I don’t believe I would have been nearly as prepared. Lorraine was nothing short of wonderful to deal with. She sent me information on things to do on arrival and was responsive to questions.
Let me close the way I began: Paradise!"

"Our family vacation consisted of nine people ranging in age from 5 to 80. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect destination than St. Croix and Larimar! Booking was easy and response was quick. Michael, the caretaker, is incredibly accommodating. He met us at the airport, shared his knowledge and love of the island with us, helped us plan our activities for the week, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house is beautiful with stunning views and breathtaking scenery. There was plenty of room for all nine of us and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed making lots of family meals in a very well-equipped kitchen. There is such a wide range of things to do on the island! Diving, snorkeling, historical tours, nightlife, dining, shopping, sightseeing, horseback riding. It's not possible to do it all in one week so we will definitely return. We highly recommend horseback riding on the beach at sunset (Michael set that up for us). For non-divers - try a discovery dive with N2 The Blue. Sunday Brunch at The Blue Terrace was incredible! Get out and check out Kiki and the Flaming Gypsies (amazing fire dancers). A tour of the Cruzan Rum Distillery will not disappoint. And Larimar is just minutes from Cane Bay Beach which is a great place for snorkeling, diving, or just relaxing."
