  • Can't wait to come back!

"Terry was wonderful to work with from start to finish. This was our second stay at Pelican Cove Condos - the first time in another owner's unit. Terry's condo was perfect for us - clean and well stocked. The eight nights we spent flew by so quickly and we are already looking forward to returning. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to my family & friends."

  • Excellent!!! Excellent!!! Excellent!!! Excellen

"Matthew responsiveness is very excellent!!! I especially want to thank you for your generosity in the wake of the power outage that occurred during my stay on the island. I just vacationed for the first time in St Croix and months ago, started looking for accommodations. Unequivocally, I'd book this house again and will return! Spacious, well-appointed, this villa sits high on top of a cliff at The Reef Golf Resort, having views that are beyond dream-like. The breeze from the ocean is incomparable anytime of the day and tons of ceiling fans to cool the house down when temps soar too high! Parking is close-by to the steps leading directly to house's front door. Two large bedrooms, both on different levels (great if you have kids) and both with its own full bathroom and views of the ocean. Laundry is in-house and on lower level; what a convenience! On the upper level, kitchen/living/dining areas are open and perfect intimate family-dinners and entertaining; a lanai -- with BBQ grill and clothes-pen -- is steps-away from the kitchen. When you want an alternative to the surf + sand, there's a huge pool for fellow guests that sits on a higher plateau, about 20 feet from this villa's back door. Beside the pool, that never seems to have more than a small handful of other vacationers, is a loggia and changing rooms. Driving beyond the password-secure front gate (and you'll definitely want to rent a car to get around the island), paradise awaits ... Duggans Restaurant on the water has dinner only, but sunsets that are from the movies. TLC is an easy breakfast cafe located on near the Resort's property -- try there meat lovers breakfast sandwich! Further down the island some, is Point Udall -- breath-taking views of the oceans (and boasts the easternmost point of the USA). Of course, the island has tons to do and place to eat -- try Blue Water Restaurant (powered by solar panels) and Red Couch Cafe in town (organic breakfast and lunches). Take my word for it ... if you're planning a trip to St Croix, book this beautiful villa, from Matthew."

  • Fantastic Villa

"My family and I had a wonderful time at the Villa. We started our vacation with our adult kids and for the second half we were alone. Really enjoyed the island and the accommodation at the villa. We will definitely stay here again."

  • Wonderful accommodations and vacation

"My and my husband rented this condo for a week. We have never been to St. Croix before but have done a lot of research. We are actually considering retiring there in about 11 years. The Condo was wonderful. I loved the fact we were on the first floor and could walk out of our patio onto the beach. We were 20 ft from the water. The condo had everything we could need. They even had a supply of pool toys and snorkeling gear. It was very clean and the Kitchen was well stocked with equipment if you wanted to cook. We had no problem with the tv or getting on-line on our lap-top we brought. Loved the area. We were minutes from Christensted. Food store was right around the corner. There were things to do everyday, we wished we could have stayed another week. Went to Buck Island for the day snorkeling. It was the best snorkeling I've ever done. The reefs were amazing. One Note: We had contacted a realtor before coming down to look at some condos that were for sale, just to get an idea. She wanted to meet us at the airport and guide us to our condo. The directions that Judy gave us were very clear and I brought my GPS. We didn't see the need for the realtor to go out of her way and come to the airport, but she insisted since we were arriving after dark. Boy am I sure glad she did. Between driving on the left and most streets DO NOT have signs, and it being dark, we would have gotten so lost. So keep this in mind if you are renting a car. Make sure you have a good map. After the first day, we were fine and by the end of the week, I knew the island like my home town!!! I totally recommend this condo and the owners are wonderful to work with."
