  • Can't wait to come back!

"Terry was wonderful to work with from start to finish. This was our second stay at Pelican Cove Condos - the first time in another owner's unit. Terry's condo was perfect for us - clean and well stocked. The eight nights we spent flew by so quickly and we are already looking forward to returning. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to my family & friends."

  • Quiet - Large - Great view - Great pool - Private

"Our negatives: Small kitchen, low water pressure, rugs in living room and bathrooms uncomfortable to walk on barefooted, tennis court is nice, but surface trashes the balls extremely fast. Our positives: beautiful place, separate large/nice 2nd bedroom away from 1st bedroom with separate large bathroom. This place has thought of everything you could ever possibly need/want - everything! We loved our stay, and would return. We checked into the cost of buying one of these condo's - HOA fees are high, in our opinion!"

  • From Ohio

"Had a great time. The condo just right. The beach was cleaned daily by workers, water was very clear and except for one really rainy day we had sunshine and 80 degree weather. Shopping is expensive; but we located Pueblo Market which was reasonable considering how the merchandise is shipped in. Good restaurants and bad roads made for a great adventure. The scenery from the mountains and Point Udall was amazing. The Island history was sad; but impressive with all of the "ancient" sugar mills, fort, and other buildings hundreds of years old still in good shape."

  • Comfortable accommodations w/ 180 degree water view

"Spacious condo w/ great view of ocean and beach in front. No a/c, but constant breeze and ceiling fans kept things pretty comfortable. The gallery (large screened in porch) had a couple comfy sofas and a dining area, and it was a great spot to watch the ocean and sunsets. The screens could be opened for a clear view. Most days, ocean/beach out front and complex pool to ourselves. Snorkeling pretty good, but sometimes seas a bit choppy and entry to ocean involved finding a spot between rocks (recommend water shoes when entering ocean to keep from getting cuts on feet). Frederiksted is very quiet ... Most places only seem to open on cruise ship days (about 1 ship a week). Overall, complex quiet and well maintained, with key codes required for entry/ exit to ease security concerns. There are no elevators, so be prepared for a few flights of stairs when coming/going. While we were there, a bunch of locals used beaches on either side of condo for camping/partying (they erected tents) and Sunday was ATV race day on the street outside and speakers were hooked to power to blast loud music. Apparently, this was all part of Easter celebrations .. But not sure if there's any carryover to regular weekends. Christiansted definitely more populous, and more like US ... We preferred it where we were. Didn't check out much of north or east. Be aware that sandy point beach ("shawshank redemption") is only open weekends, has no facilities and closes completely when sea turtles start nesting in April/may or so. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would stay here again."
