"We have been going to St. John for 10 plus years and are so excited to have found Tree Tops. Have stayed there many times in the spring and fall and each time is more amazing than the last. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Even provides beach chairs to take to the beach! Large kitchen has every thing you need plus more (Even a wine fridge). Large deck, pool, hot tub and out door shower with comfortable patio furniture. Who needs more after a long day at the beach or in town shopping. The location is ideal. Half way between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay and many beached every where. The yard has great vegetation giving you the tropical feeling and atmosphere. Bird feeders are hanging for you to enjoy the many Banan Quits and Humming birds. A lovely two story guest house provides tropical privacy and comfort. Very calming and safe. I recommend reading the house book provided. It will tell you everything you need to know about your stay. Even has some great recipes to try! I have truly found my home away from home!"

"My wife and I spent nine nights in the Sea Cottage for our honeymoon. The place is perfect for this. The house is situated in a beautiful location with wonderful views of Coral Bay and Hurricane Hole below you on St. John and the British Virgin Islands of Tortola and even Virgin Gorda on a clear day. The house is kept up very well with many small luxuries like Bluetooth player, travel books, hummingbird feeder, and it is filled local art work. We would sit on the porch each morning in the sun enjoying the Pearly-Eyed Thrashers, Bananaquits and Hummingbirds as our entertainment. Monika and Jorge are very gracious hosts and offered to meet us at the ferry. We had our own Jeep and met Jorge at the turn off to Bordeaux Mountain the first day. He personally showed us the house and amenities. The house is very private and we felt like we were alone the whole time. The plants and animals were wonderful. A shower with the birds singing in the tree next to you is one of my favorite memories. St. John is a lovely place with many beautiful beaches and spots to snorkel. Monika and Jorge shared their experience and recommended great places to go and things to do. I highly recommend this property."

"This was a wonderful vacation. I could never have imagined such a neat place to have mydaughter,son-in-law ,son and one year grandson relax and experience nature at it's most beautiful. My husband and I said we wanted to have a vacation that we could be close to nature not tourists traps....Viki and Jay's was perfect. We enjoyed all the wildlife, but the modern conveniences were available. The house was clean and well appointed. I really want to return soon!!"

"Our week long stay at Skyflower was truly a gift from owners, Jan and Bill. We had a wonderful week and a lot of it was due to coming "home" each day to this beautiful spot.
Skyflower suite is the bottom of a two bedroom villa. During the winter the owners are using the main part of the villa and rent out the suite. First let me say that they are very nice people who seem to genuinely enjoy meeting their tenants. That being said - they are not at all intrusive, but, in fact are very helpful. During the rest of the year the entire villa is for rent. We did get a tour of the rest of the villa and it is very nicely done.
The best part of our unit is the very long, covered deck, which is totally private from everything else. We ate out there, rested and read, and had plenty of space to dry out our wetsuits and bathing suits, etc. on lines provided. The view from this deck is one of the most all encompassing that I have seen. All of the British virgins were staring back at us. Absolutely gorgeous. We like to play hard during the day, but coming back to this was a highlight!
We had a living room with small kitchen. Very comfortable furniture, TV we never used, a wall fan, books, board games, etc. The decorating was lovely with a lot of attention to detail and everything looked fresh. There was a microwave, toaster, stove and plenty of utensils, etc. The refrigerator is only apartment size which was a challenge for us, but we managed. Also the owners told us we could use any frig space we needed upstairs and also their ice maker. We didn't end up doing that, but it was nice to have the option.
Bedroom was King size (could be 2 twins). Very comfortable. Ceiling fan. We would wake up with the sun and just look out our slider at the sun rise. One big perk is the huge "garden" shower right out the door of the bathroom. Still very private from the deck but with an awesome view and the same breezes. We never had a need for A/C.
The road up is 108 and was only a 5 minute PAVED drive from the Aqua Bistro area. The entry to the driveway was level. I would recommend this highly to anyone. We hope to go back.
And be sure to eat Jan's special muffins while they are fresh! Awesome."
