"Estate Rose is so gorgeous, I almost don't want to tell anyone - this property books fast and it should :). The property itself was well laid out, allowing for lots of quiet moments away from the group, yet, the group spaces worked perfectly. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need to cook a gourmet meal or mix the perfect drink. The bedrooms were spacious and the grounds beautiful. Having a 'media' / game room was just what we needed for the kids in the heat of the day. Most of all, Mark and his team at Seaview Vacations were so easy to work with and responded immediately to any small tweak that may have been needed. We wanted to book for the same weeks next year, but it's already booked! If you can get one, make a booking now! You won't be disappointed."

"This was a very nice house to stay in. FYI: this was my 6th trip to St. John and we've stayed in a different place each time. This trip, we stayed with another couple. Our friends stayed in the "better" suite with the double doors to the veranda. Very cute room, and the pictures make it look very lovely. It is, but... the curtains needed to be shut all the time because someone lives downstairs and there was construction happening on the sidewalks around the place. There were people walking around often enough to mandate closed curtains and loss of the sunny room. There were no curtains on the bathroom so my friend had to tape a garbage bag up. (though someone did come and hang some curtains one day when we were out). The other bedroom was okay. Someone else complained that the bathroom needed updating. Either it had been or I thought it was fine. I do understand that updates don't happen in the VI like we are accustomed to in the states because material and labor cost so much there, so maybe I'm just more understanding. That being said, the peeling paint on the jaccuzi deck REALLY does need to be re-done. It's just bad. Also, we were told that the jacuzzi heats on a timer, but it was never (never) warm enough for us to use. The living areas are beautiful. The location is great as it is a very easy and quick drive into town, the roads/driveway is good."

"My husband and I stayed at Andante By The Sea for our honeymoon. The best way I know how to describe our experience is, one of the perks to Andante is the kitchen (stocked with every appliance you could imagine) and the grill on the top porch. We ate out almost every meal and didn't take full advantage of the things we were paying for and it was STILL WORTH EVERY PENNY! The pictures are close to accurate, but the beautiful views Andante provides can't be captured in a photo- it is unbelievable. Not only was the villa outstanding, but Marilyn and Rich were fantastic as well! Marilyn spent time talking to us about the island and offered all kinds of tips and information to help our stay be as welcoming as possible. They were an absolute JOY to work with and we will DEFINITELY be back! This was paradise-we couldn't have picked a better villa with more beautiful views for our first (of many) trips to St. John!!!!"

"I can't say enough about DCT to adequately describe our stay there. We had a fantastic time using this great villa as our "home base." We loved the location because not only were we within easy driving distance to shops, grocery stores and restaurants, but we were right on a fairly private beach (hard to find in St. John).
The management company was very easy to work with and they answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. They also provided "greeters" to meet us at the ferry dock, with our Jeep rental, to ensure we made it to the house with no problems. They even provided beach chairs and coolers to take with us to the other beaches (no beach umbrella could be found but hopefully next time).
The home comes with washer/dryer, full kitchen (one with a beautiful view of the water just outside), in-room safes, outside showers (loved those), a gas grill, pool and hot tub.
The only things I would mention is that you take note that all the bedrooms are accessed from the outside (something to consider if you have small children) and the beach is a rock beach not a sandy beach (but was great for snorkeling if you watch out for the sea urchins).
All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Dreams Come True to anyone looking for a St. John villa rental, especially if they are looking for one on the water and close to Cruz Bay. The amenities are great, the view is fantastic and the value can't be beat."
