"We loved this villa -- a wonderful place to spend our anniversary week. The views from inside and from the deck are amazing. The kitchen/great room is very bright with sliding glass doors on two sides, and the master bedroom is spacious and bright as well. The house is very comfortable and very well maintained. The location is convenient -- only 10 minutes from Cruz Bay, with easy access to the North shore beaches. The house is owned by Annmarie and Bob; Annmarie also owns a watersports /dive shop called Low-key Watersports, which is located right in the heart of Cruz Bay. Annemarie and her staff were very friendly and helpful with great suggestions for restaurants and activities. We booked a sunset snorkel sailing cruise and a dingy rental though Low-key, both of which were a lot of fun. Annmarie also provided complimentary snorkel gear because we were guests at Stillwater."

"We have been to St. John 20 times and for the last 8 years we have stayed at Haiku. The house is well designed and well maintained. The views are nice, it is private and very well located and convenient to town. It suits us perfectly whether there are just the two of us or we have a houseful of children and grandchildren. The open plan creates a lot of living space. We have booked our next visit."

"We stayed here for one week in July 2015 and very much enjoyed our visit. The online photos do not do justice to the actual views from the villa, which are quite spectacular.
The property itself was attractively furnished with all the necessities to make for a pleasant stay. There's excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms for use when needed, although elevation seems to keep the villi itself pretty cool even during hot weather. The central rooms do not have air-conditioning but we didn't find it necessary in any event.
There is a large outdoor deck with an outdoor picnic table for dining and a large grill which if necessary could probably be used to grill meat for a small wedding reception. Our kids spent hours in the pool which has lights that can be turned at night for a romantic before-bedtime dip.
The drive up to the villa is certainly a bit hair-raising but I suppose that's the price one must pay for the beautiful views. I don't believe it's possible to rent anything less than the four-wheel-drive in St. John anyway, so there shouldn't really be a problem."

"Our most recent trip to St John was honestly the best one so far and we've had some great times on island. Seascape was a very, very, very pleasant surprise. The house itself was great, roomy, had everything we could want but the outside is the main attraction. The expansive deck had a great view during the morning and at night. Most surprisingly for us, we loved the pool. We've stayed at many places with a pool but never really used it but the one at Seascape is pretty big and the water was perfectly warm. It also has a hot tub but we didn't use it because we were in the pool on a floatie listening to the ocean and usually watching the stars.
I am not a morning person and never up early but I'd wake up at 6am every day and just lay there listening to the ocean. There's a AC but we never used it because there was always a pleasant breeze. I'd eventually get out of the massive bed and go sit on the deck and watch the sky change colors and chat with the huge iguanas that hang out on by the deck.
Oh, the house was extremely clean. Something that's very important to us since we've stayed at a place that was over run by bugs (and I don't mean mozzies, I mean the horrifyingly gross kind of bugs).
We will definitely be back next year."
