  • Andante By The Sea

"Andante by The Sea is a beautifully situated and well maintained villa. The view from the south facing rear decks is extraordinary. Full sunrise and sunset views, overlooking a tranquil bay, with some of the best snorkeling on the island. We used the pool and hot tub every night, while gazing at the stars and the beautiful lights of St. Thomas. The bedrooms are air conditioned, which we actually needed a couple of nights, when the usual easterly breezes died down. Access to Cruz Bay and the beaches is an easy (and fun) drive from the villa. The property managers, John and Denise, were a great help in familiarizing us with navigating Cruz Bay, places to visit and eat, and showing us the general house operations. This beautiful home had all the amenities and extras we could have wanted in a vacation villa. We are saving up to re-visit Andante in the near future."

  • Delightful Cottage

"We loved our stay at Molly's cottage. It is evident that this home has been lovingly constructed and cared for. It is well maintained and super clean! It is charming in every way. We loved the deck and it's views. We ate our breakfast there every morning. It was very convenient to town as well. We would definitely rent this property again."

  • Moonsong was a dream!

"This lovely villa met and exceeded all of our expectations for our stay on St. John. Lynn, the villa's owner, and Rachelle and C.J. at Destination St. John, the management company, were all very helpful. As soon as we checked in to the house, we were in love. The home has been updated and is the loveliest shade of breezy blue. The location provides convenience and privacy. The home was spotless and well-stocked; we cooked often and found everything we needed, no problem. Hot water was abundant and water pressure was great. I even did a few loads of vacation laundry and was happy to find brand-new appliances and a fully-stocked laundry room. And the view- the view! Amazing for sunrises, sunsets, and pretty much any time in between. We loved Moonsong so much, we've reserved a week for 2015."

  • What a great first holiday with the love of my life!

"This isn't my first time to St John….actually, I have been there two other times and continue to come back to this house every time. The pool is beautiful and the view can't be matched. From sunsets to sunrise…actually our favourite thing to do was grill brats or steaks outside in the evening, then sit in the lounge chairs with our favorite beverage watching the shooting starts, satellites, and cloud formations! It's amazing how many famous faces are in the clouds! The house itself is so well equipped and beautiful. Everything was top quality and it looks like it was newly remodelled. We were constantly impressed when we were cooking…we were wondering if we had to get salt/pepper, toilet paper…you know, all of the essentials and when we arrived, we realised they had a lot of items! Including rum and tequila that was left by the prior guests! The washer and dryer were very convenient for us and the AC in the bedrooms came in handy every once in a while. Town is a short drive away and we couldn't pass the opportunity to stop at Margarita Phils for a 30 ounce to go margarita for $15 as it was part of our daily commute to the beach. Life is rough…. The Reef Trail hike to the petroglyphs was a highlight. We parked and walked down which was MUCH easier than the walk back up however, we had Margarita Phil in our minds as we did the 3 miles back up hill! Along the way we spotted deer, mongoose, and as we got closer to the beach (which by the way, was deserted…we had it all to ourselves!) we marvelled at the ground moving which we realized were hundred of various types of crabs! There were so many highlights that we can't mention them all however, our short car ride to Miss Lucy's was well worth it to. Sitting outside in the breeze of the ocean eating a Grouper Reuben sandwich with a Dirty Banana cocktail and the local black and white cat sitting in our laps was memorable. So if you are contemplating St John, I can highly recommend this house and think you won't regret the decision to stay at Kia Ora. We hope to be back…maybe for Thanksgiving!!!!"
