  • Forever Views from SeaCay!

"We have stayed in many locations in St. John forover 25 years and the views from Sea Cay are the most beautiful of all! The light from morning until sunset is incredible and stargazing at night is magical. We loved spending time at the house & pool, going for long morning walks from the house (the hills are challenging!) and snorkeling right below the house from Klein Bay is wonderful. The house is totally private yet a short drive to town, shopping & the North Shore beaches. Christine, the Owner, and the property managers, Laurie & Craig were attentive and responsive to any requests. We highly recommend Sea Cay and hope to return again very soon!"

  • Relaxing, affordable Coral Bay cottage

"Great cottage for our family of four (two children ages 10 & 12). It is in a peaceful and quiet location. We slept like babies, listening to the sound of waves and nature. The owners supply everything besides food, including sheets, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies. The beds all have soft mattress covers under the sheets. There is a clothes line to hang wet clothes and towels. The caretaker is easily reachable by telephone. The house is not in the middle of the tourist areas, and is a little off the beaten path. However, the island is small enough that it can be crossed in 20 minutes. We spent our days going to different north shore beaches, then happily returned to the cottage. There are very good restaurants nearby, and several food stores. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. In short, we have nothing negative to say and had a fabulous time."

  • Magical!

"We just returned from a truly magical week at Sundancer. Everything about our stay was perfect. Each morning we were greeted by a spectacular view of Fish Bay with the sun dancing on the water. Sun birds and Thrashers would come to visit and play in the birdbath on the deck. Afternoons were spent swimming on the glorious beaches of St. John and evenings in the pool and hot tub watching the moon and stars. Bob and Carol have thought of everything. Fantastic sound system with outdoor speakers, a fully equipped kitchen, great grill, comfortable deck furnishing, glorious landscaping and whimsical decorations throughout the house made it feel like our home away from home. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room and extensive, private outdoor space made for easy living and the breezes that blew throughout the house meant we never had to use the air conditioner. It was just delightful. Cimmaron property management and Just Sun Jeep rentals took great care of us. Crystal met us at the ferry dock with our jeep, escorted us to the property, gave us a tour and made us feel right at home. The day we left, we were able to leave our luggage at Cimmaron's office, go into town to shop and have lunch and Colby brought our luggage to us at the dock 15 minutes before our ferry departed. They made it so easy and convenient for us. Thank you! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and can't wait to return!"

  • Rejuvenation close to nature with the comforts of home. It doesn’t get any better than this!

"This year we stayed at Pebble Cove and were so happy to discover this incredible location! The house provided the ideal home for the four of us: spacious, comfortable, great views, amazing sunsets and the sense of living so close to the rhythms of nature. It was easy to forget what day or time it was. All I needed to know was: time for a swim, time to eat or maybe time for a soak in the hot tub. I loved sitting on the deck under the gazebo and looking across the bright blues of Haulover Bay to the land that is all National Park, knowing that it will remain virgin, unspoiled forest. We were able to buy fresh fish from the fisherman in Coral Bay. We also found local honey, papaya, mangos, star fruit and plantains at a small fruit stand in Coral Bay. We also bought fresh greens from Josephine, whose garden center is just down the road from the Love City Market. It was great to see her gardens, a flat area nestled between the hills. This is my fourth trip to St. John and the first time I have seen where she grows her produce. The arugula and mixed greens are great! We walked half mile down the road from Pebble Cove to Vie’s for some West Indian food and then rented her kayak to explore Coral Bay waters. It was fun to get out further and snorkel new areas of the vast bay that East End surrounds. I do wish I had taken my hat! Since we have explored St. John before on our other trips, we didn’t feel compelled to do it all again and mostly stayed on East End and at Pebble Cove. Everything we needed was right there...the lounge chairs on the beach, a hammock, good food, our favorite music, good company, great sunsets, even a few rain showers at night to cool things off. We did eat out at Aqua Bistro in Coral Bay a few times (good!) and had lunch at Sundog when we went to Cruz Bay, but otherwise we were quite content at Pebble Cove. I am carrying home memories of blissfully rocking in that hammock in the shade, listening to the lapping of the water on the shore. We will be back! Thanks, Linda and Allen, for sharing your special place with us."
