  • Best vacation ever!

"My husband and two daughters (11 & 15) vacationed July 2014. The condo was perfect fit the four of us. Beautiful accommodations. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. First thing every morning and last thing every night, I went out and took in the views. The kitchen had all the tools you need, although we ate most meals out. We enjoyed the condo pool after days at the beaches. We walked to Cruz bay for dinner every night. It's a short walk but the walk home is up hill! The property manager met us upon arrival and was friendly and helpful. We had no need to contact him during our stay but knew we could call if any assistance was needed. We will be back! Thank you Don!"

  • A Gem!

"We found this property on vrbo and knew exactly where it was located and knew it would be perfect for us. We checked in and Donald personally showed us our apartment. It was clean, spacious and had everything we would need - and more. It was beautifully decorated (the pictures on here don't do the place justice!) with pieces made by Donald in his studio below - sconces, bowls, etc. The bathroom is lovely; a huge shower reminiscent of the island with beautiful stonework. The location is perfect. We walked to dinner and happy hour every night. We also walked to Solomon Beach. We did rent a jeep from the on-site rental company so we could drive to other beaches and your the island. The best part of staying at Amore is Donald. He made us feel so welcome and we truly feel we have a friend in him. He was so welcoming, and we spent an evening drinking wine and talking with him upstairs. He is so fascinating and truly a remarkable artist. He can offer advice on where to eat, beaches, and anything else you may want to know about St John. We loved this apartment and will absolutely be staying on Amore property again. I simply cannot say enough positive remarks about Donald or Amore!"

  • Fantastic Cruz Bay Condo

"My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying in this condo in September 2014. There isn't a better location than this condo and it has everything you need. It is located walking distance to everything in Cruz Bay (Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Beaches and right next to the ferry). The property greeter met us as soon as we got to St. John and was willing to help us with anything during our stay. The staff at Grande Bay was extremely helpful and nice. The condo itself is everything you could ask for. It has a large patio with beautiful views of Cruz Bay, a very comfortable bed and decent sized living space. I recommend this condo to anyone that want to be within walking distance to everything in Cruz Bay!"

  • Harbor View says it All!!!!

"BJ and Andretti were a pleasure to work with. We have been coming to St John for almost 20 yrs and Harbor View has the most awesome sunset views of Cruz Bay and over to St Thomas that we have ever seen.Let me just add, that we are budget minded travlers. The king bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies! Harbor View has a challenging drive way and parking spot. We are "senior citizens" so if younger it would not be an issue. We were there for 10 days and never saw a single bug of any kind....just a few mosquitoes after the downpour of 9" of rain. There is a shared pool and a 2 bedroom unit above (Captains View) that had a flat parking area. All in all we were very pleased. Excellant value."
