  • Great Value on St. John

"Our family of 5 spent 9 relaxing nts in March at the Stowaway. The lay out worked well for us. 2 kids shared the spare room and our younger one slept in the loft in our room. Condo is clean & comfortable and well stocked (coolers, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella were much appreciated!). Condo is perched on hillside with about 10 other units overlooking Westin - spectacular view! My husband booked with Cruz Bay Divers at the Westin for scuba diving. It was nice to be relaxing at the pool and see his dive boat pull up at the dock and know when he would be back to the condo shortly. Markets & town are quick 5 min drive. North shore beaches are about 15-20 minute drive - very convenient. Marcia was very helpful prior to the trip (we opted to rent car at STT and car ferry over on her advice- worked well). Our greeter, T-bird (the local songbird on the island) was so friendly and offered her number during our stay (which we did use to text her and ask a couple of questions). I looked at all kinds of properties for our stay on STJ. I was so glad I chose this one once we arrived - location (close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful), value (everything on STJ is expensive so the price was right on this condo) and that beautiful view!"

  • Hilltop Hideaway Rocks

"Hilltop Hideaway was an awesome villa for our 10 days in paradise. The owners were very accommodating and the house was immaculate. I would recommend this villa to anyone traveling to St. John."

  • Exceptional Studio Accommodations

"We couldn't ask for better accommodations for our family of three. The listing description was right on point. The location was within a two minute walk to downtown Cruz Bay, and the interior was very well furnished with a spectacular bay view. The property was very well maintained. The studio came nicely equipped with dining most kitchen appliances and utensils needed for a short stay, including a blender! Our child loved the use of wifi and cable tv to relax after long days snorkeling. The use of a cooler, water noodles and beach chairs were a nice touch. The parking spot is literally right next to the elevator. Tom was a pleasure to work with. We'll definitely stay here again for future trips without a second thought."

  • Amazing stay at Three Virgins View

"I can' t begin to express the wonderful time my husband and I had on our recent trip to St. John and our stay at Three Virgins View. This unit completely exceeded any expectations I had. This place is amazing. The views are spectacular. The unit is clean and efficient, with all the comforts of home ready and waiting for you. We saw maybe two other people at the condo--it was so peaceful and quiet. The location is literally minutes from Cruz Bay and all the bars/restaurants/shopping. Crandall Management was so helpful with every detail of our trip, from booking our Jeep (a must to truly get the most out of what St. John has to offer), to making dinner reservations, to making recommendations and reservations for island activities (we did the Bad Kitty tour through Calypso--an awesome time!). Stop looking at any other places--this is the one you have been looking for! A few side notes-- We had a similar issue with the toilet paper---we were given three rolls for the week and that just barely got us by. The cooler at the unit was broken when we arrived--not a big deal as there was also a soft cooler that we used. The snorkle gear provided is just okay--one of the masks didn't work well at all so if you want to do serious snorkeling through your trip you may want to bring your own or rent on the island. Truly, having a car made all the difference on our trip. Rent from somewhere close in town so you can then park the vehicle there when you are in town. Parking is hard to come by otherwise. We rented from Best and the walk was fine but there were other places closer that would have been more convenient. The Bad Kitty tour was a lot of fun. We wished we would have taken a ferry trip back to Jost Van Dyke as we only had an hour there on the tour and it was a gorgeous place. We ate at Fish Trap and Miss Lucy's--amazing food. We had appetizers at many places in town (Taps for local brews, Beach Bar, Waterfront Bistro) which were all great. Deli Grotto is great for amazing sandwiches at reasonable prices--worked out great to go get a sandwich to keep in the cooler for the day and ate on whatever beach we found ourselves at that day. Check out any beach you can on the North Shore--they were all truly spectacular but our favorites were Maho, Francis, and Cinnamon. Honeymoon and Solomon were a short hike away and also amazing. Trunk Bay and Hawksnest were also great but a little more crowded. On the other side of the island, Salt Pond Bay was amazing also"
