"We had a group of ten Adults! This villa had plenty of room for personal space and two living rooms up and down for getting together! The views were amazing! It has to be one of the best views in St John over looking the Bvi! We saw several tall sailing ships anchored in the bay from windstar cruises and they lit up at night! The trade winds that blow kept the whole place cool!
We had a group of scuba divers and some ladies that did not dive! The girls laid around the pool and enjoyed the hot tub during the day while the boys went diving!
This villa is close to several coral bay restaurants and hiking trails and over looks a portion of the national park! The landscaping was beautiful and created that Caribbean vibe!
The management company island getaways handled everything perfectly! They met us at the dock, got all of our bags, took us to rental jeep company and checked us in! They did an awesome job getting our group into the villa after long flights ! We ate out and cooked in ! This place was perfect!! We didn't want to leave!"

"We really enjoyed the villa once we got there. I will admit that the drive up was a little daunting and my husband didn't sleep well the first night due to worrying that we wouldn't make it back up the driveway. After the first expedition out, we felt much more at ease. He became a pro at backing into the steep driveway. We LOVED the beauty of the villa. The pool was lovely. We appreciated the beach chairs and the cooler that were available for our use. We just wish we had more time to experience more of St. John."

"The cottage was great - perfect size for my husband and I. We stayed 5 nights and the central location was great, only a few minutes from town. The jeep he let us use while we were there allowed us to travel all around the island and explore the different beaches and bays. The cost of this cottage rental is really the best part. The jeep he loans you is only half the cost of renting one from the local rental companies, and you can spend the week finding your own adventures. We thought we would be hot at night, but we never were. The breeze is cool, and the fans provide plenty of coolness. We were never hot. We also expected bugs, just because of the location and the openness of the cottage, but we never had a bug problem at all. No mosquitoes either. The outdoor kitchen was pretty fun. It has all the basic supplies you need for cooking. There are also beach supplies - chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear.
This property is just as it looks in the photos. Nothing too fancy, but perfect for people like us, who are more interested in the nature of the island. The only thing I would suggest is that the decorations could be updated a little to feel a little more tropical. But still, if we ever return to St. John, we would stay here again. We wish we could go back already!
Trevor and Jackie were great hosts!"

"We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our recent St. John visit. If you want to experience the island as you might if you were a local, this is perfect. Walking distance to Dolphin Market (for your various essentials) and all restaurants, bars, and shops in Cruz Bay & Mongoose Junction, it made all our errands & meals very easy and accessible. For excursions around the island, it's also conveniently located right on Centerline Rd., and very close to the N. Shore Rd., so you can get anywhere you need to go easily. The walk up to the villa is a bit steep (but only for a short distance), so if mobility is an issue, this may pose a challenge. The villa is bright, clean, and very comfortable, with just about all the amenitites you need for a visit to the island. As at least one other reviewer noted, on a busy night, you can hear some of the action "downtown," so peak seasons (presumably, like during Carnival?), it may be an issue. We were so well provisioned, that we never needed to engage property management (though I felt like stopping in just to say "hi!"). The only thing that would prevent us from staying here again is that we will take our kids with us on our next visit, so we'd need another BR."
