"My wife and I have just returned from another week at Sol Inclination, and yet again, it did not disappoint. We feel the highest compliment you can give a property is to be a return customer, as this was our second visit to this villa. The villa alone is a destination in itself; and we ended up spending two days on the property without ever leaving. That's really saying something considering how much the island has to offer.
I would highly recommend Sol Inclination to any discerning visitor who requires the best views, amenities and privacy - it has it all! The property is beautifully maintained and has presented that "new and clean" ambiance each time we visit. It's almost too much space for just a couple and is ideal for a family or a group of friends. But that certainly doesn't stop my wife and I from returning to enjoy the privacy and solitude the villa provides. We often say, we must share Sol Inclination with our friends so that they can experience a vacation of a lifetime.
Please don't hesitate to contact the property manager Marc with any questions you may have. He's hand's down the easiest, most accommodating person you will every work with to book such a marvelous property. We can't wait to return next year!"

"We arrived after the holidays for wind down time. Calypso was perfect. The water is literally 50 feet from the bedroom. The master bedroom and the living space are on upper level to take advantage of views and breeze. The sound of the surf was wonderful white noise all the time. The beach is definitely not swimmable easily, there are lots of big rocks and its really shallow. But there are sea kayaks there and we enjoyed exploring the bay and nearby beach at Reef Bay. The kitchen and bath upstairs seem brand new, and had everything we needed to cook the few meals we ate at home. The pool is small, but still great for a dip after the beach, or our occasional "lazy day". The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the lower floor, and their are outside steps, so you should be aware with small children. But our teens loved having their own space and privacy, so it was perfect for us. The decor is beachside cottage, as it should be, and was very attractive.
House is about 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay to restaurants and the beaches are close as well. Our kids enjoyed exploring Fish Bay and returning with conch shells found on the beach and all kinds of treasure. Destination St John was great to work with, met us at the dock and responded immediately to minor plumbing issue we had.
All in all it was a perfect week, would definitely return, with or without the kids!"

"We loved the peace, privacy and serenity of Sundancer. The fabulous view and wonderful breezes coupled with the sound of the surf breaking on Fish Bay are a treat for all of your senses. Bob and Carol Ann have equipped the house with everything you need from a great kitchen down to little extras like chairs to take to the beach. In addition to all of that Carol Ann's art work and decorations make you feel very comfortable at Sundancer.
The outdoor shower is a special treat!"

"This is my wife and my fourth visit to St. John's Virgin Islands. The island never fails to deliver the rejuvenation and romantic connection that we're looking for. One important component of that is having immaculate, beautiful and well decorated accommodations to make spending time together feel clean and comfortable. We've stayed at properties with multiple rooms before but it was always more than we needed. While spacious Little Palm was cozy and manageable.
The bathroom too was spacious with lots of counterspace and an indoor shower with an outdoor view that is breathtaking.
If you want to cook for yourself then as Michael mentions the facilities for food preparation are adequate but limited. We comfortably grill steaks and chicken, scrambled eggs, chilled beverages and never lacked for anything Mike couldn't provide. As many do we preferred eating at the island's many great establishments for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Lime Inn and Rhumb Lines among the best.
The property's location made it easy to take the mountain road instead of going through town to make it to some of the more beautiful and remote beaches like trunk beach and Waterlemon Cay.
Mike was a superb host, tremendous restaurant guide and by the end a good friend.
Thanks for the stay Mike. We'll be back soon."
