  • Great vacation rental!

"As mentioned by others, Catherine is a very kind and thoughtful host. She greeted us at the car ferry and offered to stop and wait for us to food shop on the way to the house. This is something we should have taken her up on, as it was evening and we, actually, got lost trying to get back to the house that night. All worked out fine, as she had a neighbor look out for us and get us back on track. Please be aware that cell service can be inconsistent on these mountain roads. The rest of the week went well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PCD and on STJ. Catherine even texted us a couple of times to check in on us. Had a minor glitch with the a/c and toilet not working in one bedroom. Catherine was quick to get this resolved the next day. The house is very clean and the views over Fish Bay absolutely beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

  • Great home for our family trip!

"We just returned from a week long stay in this beautiful home! It had everything we needed and then some! We were a party of eight ranging from 9 to 70 years young and this home was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out and expansive decks and kitchen/living room to all get together! Also, the view was amazing! It was a short drive to all the groceries/restaurants/shopping in Cruz Bay. Mark was excellent! He picked us up at the dock, took us to our rental car and then up to the house we went! We took full advantage of the grill, deck and pool! Our party of eight could fit comfortably in the pool and it was a great way to cool down in the evenings! We really enjoyed out time at Southern Exposure and can't wait to come back!"

  • absolutely perfect

"I stayed at Villa Equinox with my family of four and another's family of 5. This made the rental very affordable. There is plenty of space and due to the layout we were able to have complete privacy at any time. The owner , Nelson, is charming and attentive. This villa is complete luxury. The views are phenomenal. The home is so unique and the special details are throughout. I have never seen anything like it ! The location is awesome and private and quiet. The beds are super comfy, the home is very clean and had everything we could possibly need and more."

  • Cute Cottage in St John - Coqui Cottage

"We rented the cottage for 7 nights and had a great time. Beth and Ray have created a cute getaway cottage that has everything that you need. The king size bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, the kitchen is small but functional, grill is brand new, there are coolers and beach chairs available and best of all, the price is reasonable. I would recommend that you get a car because the cottage is about a 15 minute drive back into Cruz Bay and I don’t think it would be easy for a taxi to find you in this private getaway. Overall we would definitely recommend Coqui Cottage for your stay in St John."
