  • Nearly Perfect Villa

"Balance Villa is a beautiful home and is absolutely stunning in every way! The reason the four of us are rating Balance Villa as "Nearly Perfect Villa" is due to the quality of the mattresses on both King size beds, with the upstairs mattress being much worse than the one in the 1st floor bedroom. Both couples feel that the mattresses were of poor quality, sagging significantly, negatively impacted the quality of a "good night's sleep" and were in dire need of new mattresses. In every other way, we were extremely satisfied with the layout of the villa and the amenities of this villa. We would surely return to this villa for another vacation as long as we could be assured that the mattresses were changed. We loved the pool, kitchen and grill area. The outdoor showers were amazing. Cimarron Guest Services were extremely helpful and accommodating."

  • Adorable cottage! Perfect stay

"We arrived after the holidays for wind down time. Calypso was perfect. The water is literally 50 feet from the bedroom. The master bedroom and the living space are on upper level to take advantage of views and breeze. The sound of the surf was wonderful white noise all the time. The beach is definitely not swimmable easily, there are lots of big rocks and its really shallow. But there are sea kayaks there and we enjoyed exploring the bay and nearby beach at Reef Bay. The kitchen and bath upstairs seem brand new, and had everything we needed to cook the few meals we ate at home. The pool is small, but still great for a dip after the beach, or our occasional "lazy day". The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the lower floor, and their are outside steps, so you should be aware with small children. But our teens loved having their own space and privacy, so it was perfect for us. The decor is beachside cottage, as it should be, and was very attractive. House is about 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay to restaurants and the beaches are close as well. Our kids enjoyed exploring Fish Bay and returning with conch shells found on the beach and all kinds of treasure. Destination St John was great to work with, met us at the dock and responded immediately to minor plumbing issue we had. All in all it was a perfect week, would definitely return, with or without the kids!"

  • Quaint and Cozy

"My boyfriend and I rented Sol Cottage for our first trip to St. John. The cottage was as pictured: neat and cozy. No kitchen but a grill and fridge-- pretty much what we needed for beach snacks and keeping food bug free. We were greeted by the owner's sweet little dog each day, and the owner was friendly and informative but also gave us plenty of privacy. The cottage is conveniently located to several beaches. The owner, Marc, provided beach chairs and a cooler, coffee pot for morning brew. There's an AC in the loft bedroom but we never needed it. The cottage gets nice cross-wind breezes and the sound of the palm trees outside the windows is awesome. We loved the outdoor shower too! A great experience. We will definitely return."

  • A great stay at San Costanzo!

"This was our second stay at a Seaview Homes villa and we have already scheduled our third. San Costanzo was perfect for our 45th anniversary celebration. The villa faces east so we had a nice breeze for our entire stay. The villa was super clean and well maintained; everything worked! And it is really well provisioned with dishes, utensils, kitchen supplies and everything from soap to light bulbs. We had everything we needed. The DVD collection was amazing! Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player. Sodas, beer and snacks when we arrived were a nice touch. Next time we want a 1,2 or 3 bedroom villa San Costanza will be at the top of the list. And so far we are two for two with Seaview Homes!"
