"This was our 8th trip to St. John and Pink Conch was one of our all time favorite rentals! It's location above the Westin and proximity to Cruz Bay make it relaxing and convenient for a truly relaxing vacation. Myrtle and Curtis were responsive to our needs and worked to make our arrival on July 4 go off without a hitch. The amenities at Pink Conch are first rate and we will definitely be returning on our next visit. We always hate to leave St. John and leaving Pink Conch was even harder! Simply the best vacation"

"My family of six stayed in the 2BDR townhouse in February 2015. The villa was clean, well-appointed, and in good condition. Harri ensured that we had all that we needed. The kitchen had all of the amenities one would expect in a full kitchen. The villa is on the top of large hill. The Westin provides golf cart rides whenever one calls the front desk, but we chose to walk up and down regularly. The villa has its own pool shared with other villa residents. The larger, main pool is beautiful, but we spent more time at the villa pool given the proximity and privacy. The villa pool area has two excellent Viking Grills so we BBQ'd almost every night. This is one of the most beautiful Westin properties I have seen. St. John has amazing beaches. Renting a jeep is not required, but we highly recommend it. The beach at the Westin is small and not very pretty by St. John standards. Rent a jeep and explore. There are taxis but it is more economical to rent a jeep if you have 4+ travelers (much more flexible too). The biggest complaint about the villa was the pullout bed on the first floor: not too comfortable. This is a minor ding on a great villa. We want to come back to the same place next year."

"I found Jacque's place on Home Away (http://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p283835) and it was just the perfect spot. It is close enough to town to be convenient, but not so close that you were in it. Had a great view of the harbor, the accommodations are perfect for a couple, and the Jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. She was very helpful but left us to our own to enjoy. I would highly recommend this rental and will be back!"

"Our family of 4, including 2 teenagers, loved this home and is already planning to stay here again during our next trip to St. John. The home overlooks Great Cruz Bay and is private, yet not so secluded that you feel isolated. When you enter the front door, you immediately are awed by the pool and luxury furnishings that create comfortable spaces to relax with great views from any location. The king master bedroom includes a sunroom with a daybed and armchair with ottoman, which are perfect for the morning cup of coffee. The outdoor master shower is private, with visiting hummingbirds and iguanas hanging out in the flowering tree overhead. The first queen bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, with the other outdoor shower and another sunroom furnished with comfortable seating to enjoy the views of St. Thomas and Great Cruz Bay. The third bedroom, also a queen suite, is located downstairs and is accessible from a spiral staircase from the back patio or by an outdoor path just by the front door. My 14 year-old daughter loved her "apartment" down there, but it would not be suitable as a bedroom for younger children unless there was an adult with them because it's not accessible from inside the house. This bedroom was also beautifully furnished with a large indoor shower as well as a sitting room with a partial view of the bay.
The back patio with its lounge chairs and hot tub were where we spent most of our evenings. There were times when we could hear the music from the Westin nearby, and we loved it because we could enjoy it but it wasn't so loud as to be annoying. When we wanted our own music, the SONOS system provided access to any kind of music we wanted. This was something we used every day and found to add a nice perk to the home that we hadn't realized we would have.
The indoor pool was amazing. The water was cool, not cold, and felt great after a day of exploring or as a cool-off while cooking dinner in the kitchen a few feet away. It's about 5 1/2 feet deep at it's deepest, so you would need to keep an eye on younger children because it's very enticing!
Each bedroom has AC with a remote control. The great room and kitchen are not air conditioned, but were comfortable as long as you are not cooking. That's when the indoor pool was nice! The ceiling fans and airflow from the screened doors across the front and back of the house kept the temperature very comfortable.
Thank you, Paula and Skip! We hope to be back!"
