Our favorite place
"We have been to St. John 20 times and for the last 8 years we have stayed at Haiku. The house is well designed and well maintained. The views are nice, it is private and very well located and convenient to town. It suits us perfectly whether there are just the two of us or we have a houseful of children and grandchildren. The open plan creates a lot of living space. We have booked our next visit."

"We are thrilled with this condo and in awe that a place like St. John still exists. A year ago, I was looking for a fun and romantic spot to spend our 25th wedding anniversary. My thrill seeking husband wanted something with adventure and I wanted to be relaxed, comfortable (with a little adventure too). We found the perfect spot. Tracy was so fun and helpful with all of my questions and planning (about the condo and the island) and Rachelle the property manager was as nice as can be. The Villa managers called me ahead of time and helped me reserve the dinghy and my snorkel gear. Our favorite things were 1) renting a dinghy and snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay and Trunk Bay 2) Driving to Lamshure and snorkeling, then to Salt Pond to hike the Ram Head trail, then snorkeling Salt Pond and eating burgers at Skinny Legs. 3) Dinner at Zozo's was unbelievably good and the view and the donkeys walking around…incredible! It is great that the National Park keeps up the roads and beaches so well. It is a VERY special island. This condo is in the perfect location and will not disappoint. Thank you Tracy!"

"This was our second time to St John, but our first time staying in Coral Bay. First, the location: St John is a wonderful destination and the Coral Bay side is very laid back. There are enough restaurant choices and grocery stores to keep you satisfied on this side of the island. Also, fantastic less populated beaches for snorkeling on this side of the island. The house is located halfway up a mountain with a winding, semi-paved, bumpy steep road to get to it. In a 4 wd vehicle, you can make it...just plan to take your time every time. It probably takes 3-4 minutes to get from the road below up to the house because you just can't go more than 5 mph! The views from the house make the drive up to it totally worthwhile! It really has an incredible view. Our favorite part was the big porch with comfortable chairs, and shade all afternoon! The pool was lovely and the hot tub got a lot of use! We spent every morning snorkeling at a different beach before any crowds arrived and then we came back to the house to enjoy the afternoons by the pool or napping on the shaded porch. We appreciated the a/c in the bedrooms, very comfortable queen size beds, ample pillows, towels. The home is furnished very comfortably and everything is really of nice quality (dishes, toaster, blender, etc...EVERY thing was in proper working order and the home is VERY nicely maintained). The house is very clean inside and out. We did see a tiny scorpion by the hot tub on our first day but no other bugs in the house, other than a few mosquitos that must have followed us in. We used bug spray, but even with a breeze on the porch at night, we fell victim to the mosquitos. Still...didn't even put a slight damper on our enjoyment of Easy Breezes! We love the outdoor showers, and got used to sharing our showers with a visiting lizard from time to time. TV, wifi both worked just fine. Beach chairs and two coolers. We didn't use the grill, but it was there and I would assume it was all functional. They had a nice selection of paperback books and a few games too. If you want to be on the Coral Bay side, you will not regret staying at this property! We would not hesitate to return to Easy Breezes!!"
