  • Best Family Vacation Ever!!

"Our family had a wonderful time staying here! The condo is in a excellent location, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals and the view is amazing! We didn't even use our AC most days because there is such a wonderful breeze. Our sons ages 12 and 18 enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and we all agreed the beds were comfy. We absolutely look forward to returning asap!!"

  • Fantastic, awesome, beautiful & super people to work with

"We are wrapping up our second visit to Villa Rotunda. We loved it so much last year that we had to come back. The Villa has everything. Beautiful views from all over this huge luxury estate. Extremely comfortable acccomidatons, beautiful pool, outstanding decks and a really cool outdoor bar. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. No risk in dealing with these people. Highly recommended."

  • Great Stay!

"We had a wonderful stay at Vistas Supreme. The view is gorgeous and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Tom and Dee were great hosts and were available for any questions we had. We enjoyed staying in Coral Bay because the parking was easy and there were still plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our hosts had some snorkel equipment available for our use, which was a big plus for us, and Tom also dropped us off at Princess Bay to use the 2 seater kayak. The mangrove snorkeling in Princess Bay is one of the “Favorite Snorkels” in the guide book we use ‘St. John – Off the Beaten Track’. We really enjoyed the snorkeling and kayaking and this is a part of St. John that not many people get to see since it is only accessible by boat. I’m grateful that Tom made it possible for us to see this part of the island. One thing I would recommend when staying in the cottage is to keep all food items (even packaged items) in the refrigerator. Also, be sure to clean all dishes or food prep items immediately. Since the cottage is an open air concept this will help to keep any un-invited guests out of your living space. I was really impressed by the breeze that the cottage gets. We kept the doors open during the day and the cottage stayed nice and comfortable with the breeze blowing during the day. And even at night in July it was comfortable to sleep with the doors open. However, we did use the AC at night some too and we were glad to have the option to do so. We had a little bit of trouble getting hot water in the shower since it is on a timer, apparently like camping showers, but we did ask Dee about it and she gave us some tips on using it and we figured it out. You will also want to turn on the hot tub in advance because it will take some time to heat up, so be sure to ask Tom about that if you’re not all that familiar with how to use a hot tub. Relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day was really nice!"

  • just married

"Just want to start by saying what a place. Wow. We absolutely loved mnc. The villa is definitely private. This was our honeymoon and it was an amazing stay. Five stars means just that. Hate to leave this wonderful place . It was well furnished, comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and so much more. The drive up to mnc is steep but a jeep in 2wd goes up fine. Extremely quiet and private. Monkey no climb is on top of our list of places to stay. Thanks Bart for allowing us to share your villa. Max and shelly"
