"Our party of two couples enjoyed our stay at Calabreeze. The quiet side of the island and the town of Coral Bay were great for us. The house was clean and comfortable, and the owners were friendly and unobtrusive, happy to answer questions. Our day sail with Pebbles/Killer with mangrove snorkeling at Hurricane Hole (starfish colony, colorful coral, anemone) was one of the highlights of the week. The bedroom AC units were a plus during a warm week; they were a bit loud but helped block the noise of the all-night roosters! Relaxing every evening on the deck after dinner was a delight. The first couple of driveway adventures were white-knuckle events, but our intrepid driver and 4-wheel drive jeep turned it into entertainment as the week progressed. We enjoyed snorkeling all over the island, but our best was a late afternoon snorkel at Maho Bay (eel, rays, and turtles). We recommend Pickles in Paradise for breakfast, lunch fixings, and wifi. Indigo Grill had good dinner, outdoor seating, and very good pizza. Overall, Calabreeze and Coral Bay are a winning pair on St. John."

"We loved St. John's and the location of this condo on the island! It was convenient to restaurants, shops, the ferry and beach. It had all we needed and more. The owner was great to work with and helpful in our visit. The island is beautiful and the waters were perfect for for swimming and snorkeling. We had wonderful meals everywhere we ate. The condo was a home away from home and we are thankful for this trip. Hope to return and stay at this condo again!"

"My husband and i celebrated our 20th anniv at Seanest and could not have been any happier with that decision! The villa was as described but the pics do not capture the full beauty of really staying in their tropical paradise! The villa was so very clean and thoughtfully decorated and stocked. We had zero complaints about the accomodations! Its well worth the stay to honor their water/electric conservation requests. We will return to Seanest and recommend any who want a beautiful island getaway. Dave, the owners assistant was above and beyond helpful and kind with great tips for the best on site massage and even suggested a perfect gentleman to use when we wanted taxi service! Thank you Paul, Joan and Dave for helping us really celebrate our 20th!!"

"The brutally cold northeast winter wore us down and the stress piled up at work. We arrived for our six-day stay at Cinnamon Bay Daydreams and found serenity in a clean, wonderfully laid out home with breathtaking views, supreme seclusion and unmistakable island character.
The pictures don't do justice to the quality of the wood and masonry construction, large bedrooms and updated bathrooms. It was just two of us on this trip but CBD would have offered plenty of space and privacy for two families or three couples with two separate, equally large master suites and large loft area. The open floor plan allows guests to move freely between the kitchen, living/dining area and the lanai. We especially enjoyed watching the sun rise over Tortola as we started a pot of coffee and cooked breakfast.
We took early morning hikes and full day excursions from CBDs central island location in Catherineberg. It's one of the islands most exclusive neighborhoods due to its location within the National Park boundary. We enjoyed the most restful sleep we could recall as nature played us a symphony of rustling treetops, crickets, tree frogs and other nocturnal creatures.
The world famous north shore beaches are your playground. You can walk down the hill to Cinnamon Bay or hop in the car for a 10 minute ride to Trunk or Maho (our favorite). One of our favorite activities was to put the top down on the Jeep and cruise the island. It's less than 15 minutes to either Coral Bay or Cruz Bay, with miles of hikes in between. The plantation ruins from bygone eras are everywhere and not to be missed.
We always made it back early to enjoy an evening cocktail on the lanai. The twilight view of the BVIs is best accompanied by a Cruzan on the rocks and an old pirate novel.
Not only would we rent this villa again, we would move there if life allowed us. You won't be disappointed.
One note- you cannot fully enjoy this location without renting a car. Soft top Jeeps are only available on STT but the cargo ferry was very easy."
