"I would just like to say what a great time we had while staying at this property. We stayed in both the 1BR as well as the studio and it was perfect for our needs. Not only is Grande Bay in perfect location with beautiful views and amenities but the condo itself had everything we needed. The condo owner provided everything you need for a trip to the beach, just hanging at the pool, and even a awesome kayak for a cruise around the beautiful bay. Not to mention how close the condo is town which puts you in walking distance of almost everything you need.
It was also quite a pleasure dealing with Laurie and everyone from the management company. From greeting us the day of our arrival to helping us get all of our luggage to the dock to catch our ferry.
Our experience was truly first class and I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone! Looking forward to coming back soon."

"Having just spent 5 nights at Callaloo, I would highly recommend this wonderful villa to anyone who is looking for wonderful breezy views of coral bay. The house is beautifully decorated with an eclectic collection of art and furnishings. It is very comfortable, (we were a group of 9) and private baths and sleeping areas was wonderful. The constant breeze made this a great place to hang out when not beaching it for the day. The pool was a great addition and the outdoor bathrooms are the best. Do consider staying here without hesitation!! I would definitely return."

"We really enjoyed our time at this house.
Great property managers
Well stocked with beach items
That drive up to the house gets a little old
No television (only an issue if weather stinks)
Overall we really liked the house. The drive is a bit intimidating the first time, but once you do it once or twice and feel confident your vehicle can make it, it's not too bad. It does get a little old though because it is not a quick drive and is quite rough. You will absolutely need 4WD to make it. The neighbors down the hill could be heard on occasion. Music from Indigo restaurant could be heard Saturday night, but was over by 12am or so. Could have a little better furniture indoors, but the sectional on the deck was great. Access to laundry would be nice, especially for beach towels and bath towels, after a few days, they need washed. Loved all the travel guides/books available, I used them every day.
This is definitely for those that want to be off the beaten path and away from it all. But, Coral Bay has several restaurants only a few minutes away, making it a great location. The property managers Cathy and Clark were great and stopped in to check on us a couple of times."

"SeaRock Villa is beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect spot to stay on St. John. We loved Coral Bay, and the view from Sea Rock is spectacular. The roads and driveway leading to the villa are easy to navigate and restaurants and markets are nearby. Our most favorite beaches were those closest to the villa too. The house is well-stocked and immaculate; the beds are comfortable; the view amazing every time. Dan was very responsive and easy to work with, and his on-island recommendations were spot on. Thank you for a terrific 10 days. We hope to return soon."
