"Everything lived up to our expectations at Sea Cay. From the arrival from the management company and the homeowner to the spectacular view. We would definitely make this a return visit. This is very well located to Cruz Bay and to all the beaches."

"We spent five nights at Christy-Ann. The villa is gorgeous, very spacious, very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful, large terrace with a great view to Fish bay with a constant nice, summer breeze, which makes it even more appealing. We also loved the outside shower.
The villa is very close to Cruz bay, approximately a 5-8 minute drive and close to the beaches on the North side of the island.
Pete, the owner, is very kind, helpful and trustworthy. Thank you Pete for everything again!
We highly recommend this villa for a family, or couples who would like to stay in a quality place that is much more spacious than any condominium at Cruz bay.
When we return to St John, we will stay there again."

"We spent a week at White Cottage in August 2015. The home is in a great area, about a 10 minute drive to town. We were happy to have a private pool and lovely terrace to relax on. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and the home had plenty of beach towels for us to use, as well as beach chairs and coolers, which was a nice touch. It would benefit from more seating around the kitchen table and the living room area as there was not enough for our entire group at once. Fortunately, we spent much of our time on the terrace outside so it wasn't a big issue. We initially could not log into the Wi-Fi, but that was quickly resolved and we had no problem with the Wi-Fi after that.
We had 5 adults and 2 teens in our group, so we used all the bedrooms. I think we all enjoyed having our own private space to retreat to at the end of our action packed days. If you have young children you need to know that except for the main bedroom, adjacent to the kitchen space, you must go outside to get to the bedrooms and use an outside staircase to access the ones downstairs. The bedroom adjacent to the living space is the largest with a sitting area. As another reviewer mentioned, the morning sun is strong. Take a sleeping mask if you plan to sleep-in.
When we visited St John, the island was in a severe drought, so we were instructed on arrival to take very short (1-2 minute) showers and not to flush the toilets unless necessary, etc. This was unexpected, but we did as asked but still "ran out" of water the night before we left which was inconvenient. We were not told this could happen. I understand the entire island has these restrictions and they have water delivered to fill up the reservoirs under the homes. Anyone travelling to St John should know that these water restrictions are in place."
