"We had a party of 8 people stay in Croix Vista with 2 teenagers, 2 parents, and 4 grandparents. The set up of the house if perfect for multiple families. The house has everything you could think of that you would need and the view is beautiful. The drive up to the house is a little scary the first time, but once you drive it a couple of times it is not a big deal. We even felt comfortable driving at night by the last 3 days of our stay. Would definitely come back and stay at Croix Vista!! Everyone loved this house."

"We stayed in Reef Bay Cottage for the latter part of our honeymoon and wish we had stayed here the entire time. The cottage was exactly as described and came with everything that we needed for our daily excursions (coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, bug spray, etc.). We were able to get some groceries upon our arrival so that I could make breakfast and also pack lunch before we headed out for the day. I even grilled dinner a couple of nights on the gas grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the condiments and coffee, tea, sugar, etc. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio every morning overlooking the waves crashing on Reef Bay. We spent the late afternoons with cocktails at the pool which overlooks the ocean - a great way to wind down after our adventures. Seng was the most accommodating host as well and really gave the trip that extra touch that will make us return in the future. I would recommend having a rental car since it is a little off the beaten path - very secluded which is what we wanted on our honeymoon. It is only about a 10-15 minute drive into town for all the bars, restaurants, and shopping. One of the unique aspects of St. John is driving the winding hilly roads - absolutely amazing scenery and vistas throughout the island. Already looking forward to our next St. John trip!!!"

"We stayed at Anchorage Aweigh June 21-28, 2015. We arrived and rented a small car from the airport, dropped by a local grocery store in St. Thomas then hopped on the Car Ferry to St. John's. We met Marc and St. Johns roads were a bit scary due to the steep hills and hairpin turns. When we arrived at Anchorage Aweigh we were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, and fully equipped. The pool was extremely nice and larger than expected. Without a hot water heater, we were grateful to have a hot shower every night. The air-conditioned bedroom was a plus, we slept well the entire trip!
We did not need a four wheel drive at any point on the trip and we were happy to have a small car to easily pass others on the narrow roads. We were told only one road on the island required a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
The only thing Anchorage Aweigh didn’t supply that is a must is snorkel gear and mask defogger. We loved snorkeling every day! Anchorage Aweigh had a new washer and dryer on the property, however it was not listed on the amenities. Note: No need to purchase: tide, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, or beach towels. Anchorage Aweigh will have everything you will need.
We truly loved Anchorage Aweigh and felt comfortable and pampered, we highly recommend this place."

"My wife and I have had the undeniable privilege of vacationing in Coral Bay now four times. Most recently, we stayed at Francesco's cottage, a small but very comfortable place with a beautiful view of Johnson Bay, The East End, and Tortola. We always look for a place in Coral Bay, because of the quiet, laid back feel of the area. It is interesting to interact with the locals, and enjoy spending time at the restaurants, and snorkeling, swimming and relaxing at beautiful, quiet beaches. Truly paradise!!! We will be back again. We agree with the others, the outdoor shower is awesome!!!!! Thank you, Antonette!"
