  • Absolutely perfect condo with an ideal location

"Our week in St. John was wonderful! We had our family of 8 stay in this condo and it was perfect! Tracy is so great to work with and really makes you feel at home. The amenities at the Grande Bay are beautiful, the condo has everything you need and more, the location is ideal and we can't wait to go back and use Tracy's condo again! We arrived by ferry on Saturday around dinner. We walked the very short walk to the condo, unpacked and went to dinner. You can't ask for a better location. Tracy has thought of everything and there was nothing we ever wished we had. We used the coolers and beach chairs every day we went to the beach. We had a parking spot in the garage for the 3 days we rented a car. The only reason you would need a car is if you want to travel to the beaches on the other side of St. John. Again this place is perfect and we can't thank Tracy enough for our wonderful family vacation!"

  • A Wonderful Week

"Beautiful views, spacious, and what we would describe as a "tropical ski cabin". Plenty of room, a nice outside but private shower if we wanted it, a great kitchen, plenty of amenities, and just a great place to relax after a day on the beach or just to hang out. The caretakers were very friendly and offered us great advice about the island and waters. The house is up a short hill overlooking Coral Bay and part of the town. We had a short walk to a store and a few places for dinner. And, only a short drive for some of the best reef snokeling on the island. Many want to be on the side facing Tortolla for snorkeling but we found the waters and reefs just as nice but with fewer people. Coral Bay is so much more laid back than Cruz Bay. And, if you want a more lively evening only nine miles gets you to Cruz Bay on the other side of the island. We would recommend this place for a family or a couple or two."

  • Breathtaking views from this Coral Bay villa

"The road leading up to Villa Tiffany is ridiculous- A Jeep is absolutely required. That being said-it's the price paid for a seriously spectacular view! We stayed over the Christmas holiday. J.Miller met us at the Jeep rental company in Cruz Bay, and led us to the villa. He was very professional throughout the booking process and for the duration of our stay. The villa was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Laundry room was stocked with detergent- it came in handy throughout the week. Pool and hot tub offered great views of Coral Bay. We spent our days exploring many fantastic beaches, however, so they remained unused. Villa was equipped with ample bath/beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were provided w/ some spices, dish soap and sugar for coffee. Be sure to buy your groceries in Cruz Bay at the Starfish market-it is expensive, but offers the best selection on the entire island. There are a couple of tiny markets in Coral Bay, but they are extremely pricey and don't have much to offer. Our goal for this trip was to RELAX and enjoy the beaches. Mission accomplished! We packed a picnic lunch each morning, and then headed out to a different beach every day. Jumbie Bay (next to Trunk Bay) was our favorite. A short hike to the beach, and very few people. You have to arrive early (before 10) to secure one of the few parking spots. Sand is beautiful here and the snorkeling is great-We liked it better than Trunk Bay. Rent your snorkel gear from Crabby's in Coral Bay. Salt Pond bay (on the south east side of the island) is close to the villa and our second favorite spot. Miss Lucy's is on the way back home, and offers a delicious grouper reuben and painkiller cocktail for an early dinner. Cinnamon Bay beach is gorgeous. Leinster Bay (and Watermelon Cay) offered the best snorkeling, but the beach area is really rocky so wear something on your feet and bring bug spray. The Popular Skinny Legs is also in Coral Bay-great family friendly bar that also has a couple of small little shops to pick up a vacation t shirt. We didn't think the food was that great, but did stop for drinks a couple of times. Worth noting- 2 bedrooms are only accessible from outside the villa. Good to know if you have younger kids. Overall, very happy with the villa and had a wonderful trip. Yes, you will see lizards here and there and a few bugs, but remember that you are in the tropics and take it in stride!"

  • Heaven on earth!!!

"Our family spent Thanksgiving , 2013, at Palm Hill and it is one of the best vacations we have ever had. The view is spectacular! We loved watching the boats and ferries. The house was awesome. It is close to town however feels very private. We loved the bedrooms being across the courtyard from the living, dining area. The house was really stocked well with all you needed! We would definitely go again and definitely would recommend to anyone! We could sit on that porch forever! We also loved Cruz Bay! The shops , bars and restaurants are great and some with a great view. It was so much fun when we returned home and House Hunters were on Cruz Bay and we could "re visit" the area watching the show. This house and area are a keeper!!!"
