"This was our second time staying in Cowpet Bay and it was lovely yet again. The beach is close by and there are a couple places to eat if you don't want to wander too far away. The condo has everything you need, including a pack and play for younger children. It was very spacious with everything you need. The view of the bay is beautiful and so relaxing to wake up to. Will definitely look forward to coming back next year."

"We have sojourned three different winters here at Sapphire Beach West (SBW) and have dealt with the same family/owners. Tom B. is the most efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, affable and dependable and owner/renter we have ever had the pleasure of renting from in all of our years of travel and using VRBO rentals. This association has been the fundamental reason we have kept returning. This is not to diminish one bit the perfection of the location and place out here at (SBW). We feel that the beautiful views seen from and around SBW, the quietness of the place, the maintenance of the picturesque grounds and the properties, themselves make SBW exceptional. We've driven all over the island and in our view, do not think there is a better choice available for a stay of a week or more. Charlotte Amalie is easily reachable and though traffic can be often tied up, it's never for long and there are always sights to enjoy (truly) while you wait to start moving again. Only once have we ever witnessed any road-warrior rage and that was two locals upset with the driving of another local in town. Traffic moves slowly but with everyone sharing and giving way at intersections and at parking lots and traffic lights the "island" pace is, dare I say, enjoyable. I love the use of American cars with the steering on the left which puts one's edge-of-the-road right there giving the opposing traffic as much room as the roads allow. We have, in our visits, found a delightful coffee shop/internet café outside of which to while away an hour or more reading in the coolness of the porch's shading tropical trees. Though close to the cruise ship madness of Havenside, those tourists seem almost unaware of this perfect spot to relax. The place? Don't overlook The Barefoot Buddha when you're in town and looking for great coffee flavors, fresh baked goods, relative quiet and coolness during the tropical day. And, too, Tom has yet to include the Frenchtown Rock among his recommended dining places. It's new, great selection of authentic Jamaican/Caribbean dishes. Just one block north of the Dronningens Gade main drag, at Bakery Square. They close at 6 PM. We highly recommend the place for an early dinner where we ate twice this year. So much to say-all positive, about the island but most of all Tom's two places here at SBW especially for the 55+."

"First it took us a while to find the place but once we did, all we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW. The place was well kept, all bedrooms and bathrooms are oversized and the kitchen is every woman's dream. There can't be no other spectacular place to eat your meal especially during breakfast overlooking this million dollar view. You can see all the boats passing by, you can hear the gentle crushing of the surf below and the view is worth a million dollar. This is truly a place where family and friends can relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of your busy life....wherever you came from. Even though the driveway maybe steep backing down isn't that bad if you line up the wheels with the curb. My husband did this because he was into 8 was of right knee replacement and it was difficult for him to walk down the driveway. All in all it's a beautiful place and we will go back again. In addition, the pool is an added bonus. We had great memories, so much fun and laughter in this this "home away from home"."

"My husband and I have been coming to STT and renting at Crystal Cove for over 10 years. I'm not sure how we missed renting this condo before this year! Brent and Claudia's condo is definitely one of the best! This condo was beautifully furnished and equipped. It was clean and had all the amenities of home. I especially appreciated the W/D. The safe was a definite plus, although we have never had any problems at CC. Plenty of plush towels and more than enough beach towels. There were spices, foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen; all very nice to have on hand. This is the first time we had beach chairs available. We took them to STJ for a day of snorkeling. We even managed to get the TV to work! Wi-fi was a huge plus!! Brent was more than helpful. He answered all our questions and responded promptly. The condo information spreadsheet has everything you need to know about the condo, shopping and where to go and what to do on STT. We stopped at Moe's market in Red Hook; it's a winner. They had very nice fruit and vegetables. It was much better than Plaza Extra. About every 5 minutes one of us would say, "This is so beautiful". And it is! Why go anywhere else? A 5 STAR week! Thanks, Brent and Claudia! We hope to return."
