  • Great location and amenities

"We just stayed in this condo in February 2015. The facilities are well maintained, and the beach offers lots of activities, but is not crowded. There are two excellent restaurants on the premises and it's a 10 minute drive to Red Hook where there are many restaurants as well. This condo could easily accommodate 4-6 people. I would recommend this to my friends and family."

  • Wonderful Seaspray Stay

"We've been to St. Thomas each of the last several years and thoroughly enjoyed our 1st stay at Seaspray villa. We've stayed at Cowpet Bay West before and this unit on the water was great, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs. When seeing a complete rainbow from the balcony 5 minutes after arriving, it was a good sign of the rest of our stay. Janel and Gordon were helpful and easy to deal with, including an email follow-up during our stay to make sure everything was good (thanks). We also like the uncrowded, very nice beach right there. When looking for something different to do this trip, per Janel's suggestion we booked the BVI multi-island day sail with New Horizons/Breakaway, definitely the fabulous highlight of this trip (spectacular Baths in Virgin Gorda and beach fun on Jost Van Dyke). Big fans of the Red Hook area for dining and nightlife, although dinner at Oceana in Frenchtown, unbelievable views high-up over downtown at Mafolie restaurant and brunch at Old Stone Farmhouse were well worth the drive (had a car). Look forward to returning and strongly recommend a stay at Seaspray."

  • First Class Place to Stay

"Had a fantastic stay at this unit in the Elysian Beach Resort!. This is the place to stay! Unit was well appointed, clean and fully functional with a great layout. The pricing was very reasonable and it was well worth it. It is certainly one of the better resorts around with well maintained grounds, access to the beach, good food and a convenient pool. There are tons of things to do, and places to go if you choose to wander out and about. There are some "must see" places to go while you are there such as the Soggy Dollar and/or Sydney's Peace & Love on Yost Van Dyke. There was some very good snorkeling at multiple places with all kinds of interesting pelagic life such as spotted rays, turtles, octopus .. you name it. To get there, check out St Thomas Boat Rental for great transportation. Try the out of the way restaurants and bars ....for a different twist on the traditional Dairy Queen, a good stop is a little ramshackle place called the Udder Delight at Magan's Bay for a milkshake with some island rum thrown in ... maybe even a couple of stops there are warranted."

  • WOW -- What a view!

"I have been traveling to the USVI for many years now -- but it has been our first time back with our kids (ages 10 and 13). We really wanted to stay on the East End, close to the ferry and to Red Hook so we can enjoy the many beaches and restaurants the east end has too offer. But we still wanted to cook / eat breakfast when we wanted to. (Breakfast options are not plentiful.) Unfortunately, many resorts have been run down in the area. But not Cowpet! The villa was excellent. Updated, clean, and everything we could want. The location of the villa within the complex was probably one of the best -- overlooking the end of the beach -- but far enough away that it is totally private. We loved falling to sleep to the waves. The beach was truly a gem. Not crowded at all (unlike the Ritz next door), with no sea grass (unlike a few other resort beaches). Two top notch restaurants on site, and a place to rent water toys. The entire complex was well maintained, as the complex was gated and secure. Oh, the pool was great too! Nice and big, and tropical. Loved the little pool bar where we could watch a few football games while we enjoyed the beach/pool. My son snorkeled the bay almost everyday (even though it lacks a reef that would attract many fish). No worries though, plenty of great snorkeling at Coki and Sapphire -- all within a 10 minutes drive. I really hate writing such a good review -- as we want the place all to ourselves. But Bill was a great host, and we won't be back for a few years. He deserves a great review."
