"My husband and I, along with our college-aged daughter and niece, stayed at Connie's condo for 10 days. We were everywhere on the island during our vacation and each day, we commented how Cowpet Bay was the perfect location. The bay is beautiful, the 1 minute walk to the beach is easy (you do have to be able to go up and down quite a few stairs) and the 5 minute drive to Red Hook, with its nice variety of restaurants, bars, grocery stores (go to Moe's - they have everything you may need), and easy access to the St. John Ferry, was great. Also it is not a very far drive to 2 of STT most popular beaches, Sapphire and Magen's Bay. The condo is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed, and literally has everything you might need. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Spent most of our time at the condo sitting on the large balcony enjoying the view of the bay and all the ships. The condo development does not have a pool but we truly did not miss having one at all - not with the beach a minute down the hill. Plenty of chairs on the beach, too - never a problem to get one. There are also 2 restaurants on the beach, as well as a small water sports concession (can rent snorkels, etc.). Highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Connie!"

"We just stayed in this condo in February 2015. The facilities are well maintained, and the beach offers lots of activities, but is not crowded. There are two excellent restaurants on the premises and it's a 10 minute drive to Red Hook where there are many restaurants as well. This condo could easily accommodate 4-6 people. I would recommend this to my friends and family."

"Our kids LOVED this condo! It was on the pool and the beach with a beach café! The landscaping is great. The people were very pleasant. We found Sangrias to be hard to beat for the atmosphere, price, and food. The snorkeling was great to the left of the beach. We spent all our time here, and then went by car Ferry to St John for more snorkeling. St John is a pristine national park, so we spent most of our beach time there. We really could not find any place our kids would have enjoyed more than here, though. We could rest while the kids went around taking pictures and exploring. It was a very self contained property without all the commotion of a busy resort. Greg gives you TWO rooms , a kitchen, and a family room for a great price. Greg is helpful and a good communicator. He suggested for us to eat at Bluebeard's Castle which was great. We also ate at Bluewater (the Ritz) next door which was also great for about the same price as most nice restaurants. We would love to come back here!!"

"We've been to St. Thomas each of the last several years and thoroughly enjoyed our 1st stay at Seaspray villa. We've stayed at Cowpet Bay West before and this unit on the water was great, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs. When seeing a complete rainbow from the balcony 5 minutes after arriving, it was a good sign of the rest of our stay. Janel and Gordon were helpful and easy to deal with, including an email follow-up during our stay to make sure everything was good (thanks). We also like the uncrowded, very nice beach right there. When looking for something different to do this trip, per Janel's suggestion we booked the BVI multi-island day sail with New Horizons/Breakaway, definitely the fabulous highlight of this trip (spectacular Baths in Virgin Gorda and beach fun on Jost Van Dyke). Big fans of the Red Hook area for dining and nightlife, although dinner at Oceana in Frenchtown, unbelievable views high-up over downtown at Mafolie restaurant and brunch at Old Stone Farmhouse were well worth the drive (had a car). Look forward to returning and strongly recommend a stay at Seaspray."
