  • A FAB place for a Great Price!

"A group of lady friends and I decided we needed to escape the SNOW and COLD and searched for a place where we could enjoy a private beach, have access to great restaurants, easily cruise to other islands, take long walks and do whatever. This condo provided all that we could ask for and then some. A great value for a wonderfully maintained and pleasant residence for a week! Will go back!"

  • Father of the bride

"Great stay, great condo very well equipped lots of beach toys and many left over condiments etc from previous occupants. Was missing bath and hand soap..minor nuisance. As close to beach, pool ,restaurants as possible at Elysian but did require multiple flights of stairs up and back down to go to beach.Owner very easy to work with and very helpful."

  • St. Thomas - Cowpet Bay

"We had the good fortune to meet the owners as we dropped off luggage on the way to the airport and they were exceptional. We had planned to ship a turkey in our cooler but they left a 20 bird in the freezer for our Thanksgiving dinner. What a way to start our week. We found the location, about 5 minutes from Red Hook, which has several good restaurants and a very upscale grocery store. The unit was very well maintained and the entire complex is very well kept up. While the beach is not large there is good snorkeling and if lucky some turtles to make your day, but you have to swim out a bit to find them. Ask for direction from marina personnel who are right next door. The tennis courts are also in good condition along with the weight room. Enough on site to keep you active. The view from the balcony is very good and very relaxing to just kick back with a good book and cool drink at hand. The unit accommodated 8 people and feel we were lucky to get the whole family in one unit. We all slept very well and were ready for the next days adventures. As mentioned the unit is located very close to Red Hook and just a few minutes the other direction is the Ecotours location which provides a great snorkeling and kayaking adventure. If the downtown - cruise ship area is what you are looking for in shopping, its only a 20 minute drive, 30 minutes to most locations on the island. All in all we would rate this a five star unit and great location. Have a great time on your visit. We wile be coming back. Everything as promised and more."

  • WOW -- What a view!

"I have been traveling to the USVI for many years now -- but it has been our first time back with our kids (ages 10 and 13). We really wanted to stay on the East End, close to the ferry and to Red Hook so we can enjoy the many beaches and restaurants the east end has too offer. But we still wanted to cook / eat breakfast when we wanted to. (Breakfast options are not plentiful.) Unfortunately, many resorts have been run down in the area. But not Cowpet! The villa was excellent. Updated, clean, and everything we could want. The location of the villa within the complex was probably one of the best -- overlooking the end of the beach -- but far enough away that it is totally private. We loved falling to sleep to the waves. The beach was truly a gem. Not crowded at all (unlike the Ritz next door), with no sea grass (unlike a few other resort beaches). Two top notch restaurants on site, and a place to rent water toys. The entire complex was well maintained, as the complex was gated and secure. Oh, the pool was great too! Nice and big, and tropical. Loved the little pool bar where we could watch a few football games while we enjoyed the beach/pool. My son snorkeled the bay almost everyday (even though it lacks a reef that would attract many fish). No worries though, plenty of great snorkeling at Coki and Sapphire -- all within a 10 minutes drive. I really hate writing such a good review -- as we want the place all to ourselves. But Bill was a great host, and we won't be back for a few years. He deserves a great review."
