"the condo is just exactly as shown in the listing, although the living room furniture had been freshly covered in a new fabric. the balcony is large and the view is 180 degrees and just incredible! the resort grounds are fun to explore... plenty of trails and paths that always seem to lead to somewhere new. the actual unit is very basic. kitchen is extremely tight on space so not ideal for people who like to cook. very small fridge and stove. the unit still has all of it original fixtures which are looking a bit outdated and worn. the unit would be much more desirable if it was renovated but as it is this is a great value to be able to enjoy such an amazing view! The resort has security so you'll feel safe. every time I used the hilltop pool I had it all to myself. it was generally very quiet and relaxing. A couple of nights I enjoyed some free live entertainment from the Dreams at Sugar Bay resort that is next door! definitely happy with my stay here..."

"Our kids LOVED this condo! It was on the pool and the beach with a beach café! The landscaping is great. The people were very pleasant. We found Sangrias to be hard to beat for the atmosphere, price, and food. The snorkeling was great to the left of the beach. We spent all our time here, and then went by car Ferry to St John for more snorkeling. St John is a pristine national park, so we spent most of our beach time there. We really could not find any place our kids would have enjoyed more than here, though. We could rest while the kids went around taking pictures and exploring. It was a very self contained property without all the commotion of a busy resort. Greg gives you TWO rooms , a kitchen, and a family room for a great price. Greg is helpful and a good communicator. He suggested for us to eat at Bluebeard's Castle which was great. We also ate at Bluewater (the Ritz) next door which was also great for about the same price as most nice restaurants. We would love to come back here!!"

"We stayed at our unit at the Point Pleasant Resort for an entire glorious week. The view from our unit was priceless; we couldn't get enough of it! The magnificient king sized bed faced the eastern balcony, so you could watch the sun come up!
We read the binder the owner wrote and found it chock full of useful information. At the unit the owner granted us access to a regular sized cooler, and a mini one that was very convenient, basic scuba gear, and beach chairs, (it costs $5.00 to rent a chair on the beaches, not to mention overpriced drinks) so we were able to save a few bucks!
We had more towels than we could use (vital for beach bumming!) We were able to cook meals in the kit
Coki beach, a beautiful little beach was just a ten minute walk from our unit, very convenient when we wanted to chill and not visit the numerous other beaches on the island! We opted not to rent a Jeep, the favorite vehicle on the island most likely because I chickened out, at the prospect of driving on the "wrong" side of the road!
However we did not regret it, as we had access to the resorts shuttles for trips down to the main road where we made use of local taxis, and visited St. John for a day trip to Trunk Bay.
I highly recommend this condo to aspiring vacationers!"

"My fiancé and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Dianne and Tom's lovely condo! We absolutely loved it. The place was exactly as beautifully decorated, clean, and designed as expected/advertised. The pictures show a perfect reflection of this lovely property. From the awesome balcony view, to the beautiful kitchen and dining area, to the apparently renovated his and hers sink and bathroom area, it was just like a picture in a book. It was fully stocked with everything you could think to need as we stayed for 31 days. We cooked, we enjoyed short walks to the most beautiful beach on the island (Sapphire beach) and enjoyed lunch on the balcony overlooking the marina sometimes even breakfast. Not to mention the bed was so comfortable and the room had plenty of space with two closets, plenty of room for storing belongings and a window with another beautiful view of the marina and beach. The maintenance office is so conveniently located just across the way and we had our vehicle parked right out front no problem. We look forward to staying there again in the future. We are now calling it our St Thomas home."
