"We arrived after midnight at the condo by a shared taxi that took us to the right building in the Sapphire Village complex for $30 for 2 people. In the morning we found the view just as lovely as shown in the photos – the turquoise ocean with scattered green islands, a white sand beach and marina. We are balcony people and spent a fair amount of time out there eating and enjoying the view. The walk to the beach is around ten minutes but seems shorter. Sapphire beach is quite nice and usually not too crowded. The condo is certainly very nice and fulfilled all of our needs except for WiFi which was obtainable at the business office. Red Hook is very close, but yet so far. The only way to get there is to walk on the roadway or go by vehicle. The problem with walking is that near the condo complex the shoulder of the road essentially disappears for 200 yards of the journey. The last 50 yards are especially dangerous at night. During daylight hours, though, it is possible to slog for 20 minutes up the hill and be reasonably safe. If one does not want to walk in the dark, one gets stuck with a 5 minute, $8 taxi ride for two people back to Sapphire. Getting to Red Hook, on the other hand is easy during the day and the very early evening hours. One can flag a safari bus and pay the $1 fee. Safari buses only go into town and never go from Red Hook to the condo in the other direction. Our initial plan was to eat lunches at the condo using the food truck, but unfortunately, the truck has moved to a different location. As a consequence, we tended to go to Red Hook for lunch, followed by a stop at the grocery store to buy a carry-out dinner for the evening, and finally, trek back to the condo before it got dark. If one gets tired of Sapphire beach or just wants some variety, one can actually go to the main highway and walk to the right to Lindberg/Smith beach, only about a half mile away. And, the road has enough shoulder that it is not all that bad of a walk. We also took a taxi to the highly regarded Megan’s Bay. The ride through the hills was interesting and worth a visit. The best beach on our trip was Trunk Bay via ferry on St. John. We also took the rather pricey, but fairly good trip to the British Virgin Islands on the Breakaway charter boat that leaves from the marina at Sapphire. We found the East End Taxi drivers followed the island government’s rate list sheet for taxis. Yellow cab, on the other hand tries to bend the rates higher."

"My husband and I and our kids stayed at Villa Bonne Vie for 11 days, what a beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. It had everything from beach towels, coolers, sand chairs and snorkeling gear. The condo was very clean and recently updated. The views were spectacular!! Christina was always available to answer any questions that we had. Look forward to coming back very soon!"

"We've been to St. Thomas each of the last several years and thoroughly enjoyed our 1st stay at Seaspray villa. We've stayed at Cowpet Bay West before and this unit on the water was great, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs. When seeing a complete rainbow from the balcony 5 minutes after arriving, it was a good sign of the rest of our stay. Janel and Gordon were helpful and easy to deal with, including an email follow-up during our stay to make sure everything was good (thanks). We also like the uncrowded, very nice beach right there. When looking for something different to do this trip, per Janel's suggestion we booked the BVI multi-island day sail with New Horizons/Breakaway, definitely the fabulous highlight of this trip (spectacular Baths in Virgin Gorda and beach fun on Jost Van Dyke). Big fans of the Red Hook area for dining and nightlife, although dinner at Oceana in Frenchtown, unbelievable views high-up over downtown at Mafolie restaurant and brunch at Old Stone Farmhouse were well worth the drive (had a car). Look forward to returning and strongly recommend a stay at Seaspray."

"The 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo on Cowpet Bay, St Thomas suited our family's needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating. The kitchen was well stocked and we were thrilled with the added bonus of a washer/dryer. The location of our condo was very convenient for all of our activities and we enjoyed our week in St Thomas."
