"We booked this unit based on the positive reviews and the responsiveness of the owner. Everything you read is true! This a nice unit in a perfect location on the east end of St. Thomas. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped. Any questions we had, we were able to email Hong (or we could have texted or called) and he was quick to respond. Building B is in a great location, beautiful beach, great snorkeling. We spent a lot time out on the patio (with two lounge chairs and a table and four chairs) because the view was just gorgeous (the beach, the water, the islands nearby). We were a five minute drive from Red Hook where were were able to eat, go for a drink, find a pharmacy and grocery store, and take the ferry to St. John. The price, the location, the comfort, the view, the atmosphere, the amenities, and the contact with the owner cannot be beat. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to coming again with my husband (maybe even our kids!)."

"My wife and two daughters just returned from a great week at Greg's condo. Condo was equipped with everything we needed including several sets of snorkeling equipment. Snorkeling was great right off the beach. Loved waking up each morning to the unbelievable view. Very convenient to Red Hook. We rented a car at the airport and took the car ferry over to St. John's twice. Off The Grid, (food truck at the top of the hill) was great. I only wish the pool bar had been opened."

"My fiancé and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Dianne and Tom's lovely condo! We absolutely loved it. The place was exactly as beautifully decorated, clean, and designed as expected/advertised. The pictures show a perfect reflection of this lovely property. From the awesome balcony view, to the beautiful kitchen and dining area, to the apparently renovated his and hers sink and bathroom area, it was just like a picture in a book. It was fully stocked with everything you could think to need as we stayed for 31 days. We cooked, we enjoyed short walks to the most beautiful beach on the island (Sapphire beach) and enjoyed lunch on the balcony overlooking the marina sometimes even breakfast. Not to mention the bed was so comfortable and the room had plenty of space with two closets, plenty of room for storing belongings and a window with another beautiful view of the marina and beach. The maintenance office is so conveniently located just across the way and we had our vehicle parked right out front no problem. We look forward to staying there again in the future. We are now calling it our St Thomas home."

"We stayed at the OK Villa for five days and the only issue was that our stay wasn’t long enough! When we arrived on the island in the middle of a rainstorm, Gail and Curlson met us in Red Hook and led us to the villa. Once we made it up the hill and into the house, they took their time to give us a tour and explain many of the things in the house, as well as to tell us about some of the restaurants that we should try. The layout of the villa allows someone to watch television in the living room without disturbing someone resting in the bedroom. Speaking of, the bed is amazingly comfortable! You’ll have to pry yourself out just to get out and enjoy the island.
The location was super convenient to the ferry terminal and to Red Hook in general. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store less than 5 minutes from the villa. Trips into Charlotte Amalie took about 20-25 minutes, and yes, you quickly get used to driving on the left side of the road. The drive up the hills to the villa takes some getting used to, but the view is definitely worth it.
Back to the villa, the closet is huge and well-stocked with plenty of towels. The kitchen is very modern and we enjoyed cooking in it. There are also several tables on the covered patio, so it was great to be able to cook our own breakfasts and dine al fresco. The private pool and spa were relaxing and added to an already awesome experience. If you don’t feel like going outside or happen to visit during the rainy season, a full cable channel lineup, DVD player, and excellent wi-fi are also present. Each morning, we were able to text Gail and ask questions without us feeling as though we were bothering her. Although she and Curlson were directly upstairs from us, we really did not see or hear them, and they respected our privacy. The villa is well-maintained and we cannot say enough about the view! A trip to St. Thomas in the future would definitely mean that we stay with Gail and Curlson again!"
