"I Stayed here from 12/28 through 1/4 and had a wonderful time. Check-in was hassle free and so was obtaining beach towels. The view from the balcony (and the bed) is beyond words. There were beach chairs in the closet and two conveniently placed TVs. The beach is great, the water is choppier than in other places but turned out to be the best place (that i found in 7 days) for snorkeling. The owner was very accommodating and responded fast to emails.
The only con was that there was no wifi in the unit (the wifi from the main office did not reach). Not terrible in itself and let me focus on everything that was great around me."

"This property was everything Kirk said it would be. It is all you need to have the perfect vacation. We snorkeled on the beach right off the balcony, saw beautiful coral and sea turtles out by the breakwater. There is a great swimming beach a little to the left of the pool. The pool was never crowded, actually the entire beach area where we stayed had only a few people. It is the perfect location to catch the ferry from Red Hook to St. John, less than a mile away. We rented a car so we could explore all the beautiful beaches, but Sapphire beach is really quite gorgeous. Loved the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The condo comes equipped with everything needed for cooking, coffee pot, beach toys, cooler, etc. Kirk is only a phone call away if needed (we didn't need him) and I would stay here again."

"My wife and I stayed here 5-11 to 5-16 as part of our 20th wedding anniversary trip. This unit proved to be a very good choice. I can not say enough about Annette and her quick responses to many question we had prior to arrival. She also checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was up to par. It was! Everything about this unit is as it is pictured and promised. Very clean and well kept unit with towel and garbage service as well as light cleaning. This is where Kathleen comes to oversee a great crew to make sure everything is taken care of. Everything we needed was here. Snorkeling gear, beach and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, beach lounges, etc. The unit is literally 15 ft. from the ocean and the views were breathtaking. Sapphire Beach is a wonderful place to spend time. Swimming and snorkeling here were both very good. No need to pack too much as there is an area to do laundry very nearby at the marina. While researching for our trip I read mixed reviews about Sapphire Beach Resort. I am convinced that this is due to people renting from a property management company as opposed to directly from an owner. If you choose to stay here only deal with an owner and I am sure you will have no complaints."

"This condo was the perfect spot for out vacation. It had a beautiful view and everything we needed. It was east to travel anywhere we wanted to go by cab - 10 minutes or less to Red Hook, and then by ferry to St John or any of the BWI. The only reason it did not give it an excellent was that there was some construction going on in the complex and it was somewhat noisy at times."
