"We got lucky - this spot opened up at the last minute. We loved this condo - modern and spotless, it had everything that we needed. We loved coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning looking at those views , very relaxing. The grounds and the pools were also spotless and well kept. Perfect location so close to Red Hook for groceries, supplies, restaurants and bars. Loved that if we didn't want to go out for dinner or cook (happy hour started at 4), we could grab something at the Sapphire Grill, or the snack "bus" at the top of the driveway. We even ordered pizza one night to our door! The BBQ's on the property were also handy one night for a steak dinner.
This unit was in a great spot on the property, close to the pool, bar, and the beach. Our friends were staying in one of the units on the hill, which was quite the workout, but the views were even more amazing once you caught your breath!
We didn't rent a car and had no problem getting around the island. The safari taxis were great for going to town, and we even grabbed one to Charlotte Amalie for some shopping. We rented our own taxi, which took us on a personal tour to different beaches, and to the top of the mountain. Magen's Bay is stunning!
We also really enjoyed the beaches in St John, which is so easy to get to - 20 minute ferry ride from Red Hook.
Our favourite thing was the speed boat that we chartered for the day and got to cruise around the BVI's, snorkel at the caves , lobster lunch on the beach at Sydneys, and spend the afternoon at the beach by Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke. Awesome!
We would love to come back here. There were no issues with anything, WiFi worked great too, and it was a pleasure dealing with Tom through the booking process, which was all new to these All Inclusive travelers. What a treat after this long long winter in Toronto!"

"I stayed for about a week and had a great experience. Dan the manager is super nice and really helpful. I used this condo for my first week on island in trying to relocate and its a great place to start. Centrally located and surrounded by beauty, wish I could have found a place to rent in Sapphire long term. Comfy bed, new ac, great price, simply and easy."

"The condo is exactly as described and pictured. The view is amazing! Snorkeling was fun at Sapphire Beach. There were lots of good places to eat (Molly Malone's, Fish Tails, Off The Grid, Island Time Pizza... Tom went above and beyond helping us with information for fishing, directions, places to eat and even helped us get a rental car! A rental car isn't needed but makes exploring the island and St. John's easier. Tip #1: Don't pack a lot. The condo has everything you'll need (cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels...). Tip #2: Grocery store within a mile, making it easy to cook at the condo. (Prices are a little higher than groceries back home). At home is what you feel at this condo. Clean, comfortable & WHAT A VIEW! Thank you Tom for the memories!"

"My fiancé and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Dianne and Tom's lovely condo! We absolutely loved it. The place was exactly as beautifully decorated, clean, and designed as expected/advertised. The pictures show a perfect reflection of this lovely property. From the awesome balcony view, to the beautiful kitchen and dining area, to the apparently renovated his and hers sink and bathroom area, it was just like a picture in a book. It was fully stocked with everything you could think to need as we stayed for 31 days. We cooked, we enjoyed short walks to the most beautiful beach on the island (Sapphire beach) and enjoyed lunch on the balcony overlooking the marina sometimes even breakfast. Not to mention the bed was so comfortable and the room had plenty of space with two closets, plenty of room for storing belongings and a window with another beautiful view of the marina and beach. The maintenance office is so conveniently located just across the way and we had our vehicle parked right out front no problem. We look forward to staying there again in the future. We are now calling it our St Thomas home."
