  • The Good Life!

"After a stay at a BVI cottage with outdoor shower and no A/C it was so welcoming to walk into this beautiful condo. We threw our luggage down, opened the curtains to huge windows leading out to the patio right on the beach. We quickly put our groceries and clothes away, slipped on our bathing suits and to the beach we went. Between the beach, pool and patio, we were outside most the time, however, when it was time to eat, the kitchen has it all, sleeping was very comfortable, loved the huge shower and double sinks. We only left the condo three times the whole week. St. John is a beatiful view from our patio and so easy to make the day trip. A couple times, passerby' stopped to inquire how to rent our condo. The location is unbeatable and the owners were super nice and very accommodating! Would definetly stay here again."

  • Keep Busy or Just Relax!

"We had the most amazing time staying at your condo, enjoying St. Thomas and all the activities, islands, and amenities located nearby! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed or desired. I never like to travel with nail polish remover. The attractive island decor of the unit, with beautiful tropical design bedspread and shams(on a very comfortable bed of course) and new sofa made us feel relaxed and welcome when we arrived! We wished we could have taken the bedding home so we could still feel like we were in Saba! Those floor mats with the Sapphire Beach scene were something else I would have liked to have packed into my suitcase as well. I don't know where you find these things,Carole, but all the special touches reflect how much you love your place(and we do too). The view from your balcony, overlooking the islands and the marina, presented an ever changing scene that one could watch all day long. When there's a change in weather things, became even more interesting!! We loved being part of the Sapphire Village and beach community if only for 9 days. We met friendly people at the pool, beach, the marina...wherever we went who loved to share travel tips and stories. One afternoon I briefly talked to a shy gentleman who said he was here to "write". He could be someone famous! We met your delightful Victoria who keeps "things in order" and sang her praises too. I could write a few more paragraphs about our memorable time. You can bet we're already planning to return to your condo. To sum things up, we went to the BVIs on the Breakaway, took a St. Thomas island tour(Chicago and Chesterfield),did a St John island tour with Douglas and enjoyed the beaches and Cruz Bay restaurants 420 on Center, and Sea glass on the waterfront, ate at Off the Grid on the top of Sapphire Hill, ate at Secret Harbor, enjoyed a dinner and watching the Pats win at the Sapphire Grill(great bartender Matt), dined at Island Time in Redhook(Pizza heaven),took up lots of space at Sapphire Beach, shopped Redhook and Charlotte Amalie, bought fresh Yellowtail at our marina, used #50 sunscreen, sampled good drink and food at Banana Cabana(Sapphire Beach). The one mistake I made in booking our vacation, was I should have booked 2 weeks...one to be the "go everywhere do everything tourist", and one week to just relax! Thanks Carole, for being a gracious and attentive host. You made us feel like family!"

  • Great Family Vacation !

"Our group had 4 adults and 3 kids (5,9 and 13) and we stayed nine days (I wish we could stay longer). The condo was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Every room had picture perfect view. The kitchen had everything we need for cooking dinner or breakfast. Lots of beach toys, beach chairs and snorkeling equipments. The resort was very well maintained (beautiful landscaping) and was very close to Red Hook Ferry, Sapphire beach, Coki beach and not far from downtown. The onsite beach was also very neat, snorkeling friendly and convenient for other water activities. After a day of adventures outside, swimming pool /hot tub is a great place to relax for both kids and adults. The owner provided very detailed information (dining, shopping, transportation, booking activities…). We had great time in St Thomas and we will come back again !"

  • Great vacation at Nancy's Condo at the Elysian

"We had a great time and will be back. Our unit was clean, well maintained and well furnished (with wireless). The ocean view from our unit was better than the pictures. The Elysian Beach Resort is one of the nicer resorts on the island. We had several meals and drinks at restaurants at the Elysian and all were great. It was a tough choice pool or beach as both were excellent. We also did a few day trips. Nancy’s choices of suggested activities were awesome. We tried spear gun fishing with Captain Rick. Awesome time, it is not as challenging as it sounds, try it. We also went to St John by ferry with our car. The other trip was by boat to Yost Van Dyke. We chartered a boat through St. Thomas Boat rental. Our captain was outstanding. The Soggy Dollar is the place to go. We also snorkeled at several stops along the way. I would suggest a car although you can get around without one. We cooked in and ate out over the course of the trip. Red Hook is a short drive with many restaurants and bars. If you are near Meagan’s Bay, stop by Famous Delite (formerly Udder Delite ) for adult milkshakes. Can’t wait to go back again. Nancy has it all covered!"
